Definite trip highlight!! We did the evening version and took advantage of the golden hour photo ops — truly amazing!!! Loved seeing the Roman Baths but if you do the entire audio guide, it will eat up most of your time. We did most of it and still had time to get a clotted cream ice cream treat. Lacock is charming - tip to eat fast so you can walk around town a bit. Seeing the English countryside was phenomenal leading up to the true highlight of Stonehenge. Our heritage society guide was very good and answered many questions. We had plenty of time in the inner circle and left all feeling amazed. Our Premium Tours guide was Carol who did a phenomenal job providing the right amount of commentary and ensured that we all were ok. We considered the lesser price version but have no regrets spending the extra $ for our private experience. We were treated like VIP’s!! Would definitely recommend this experience!!

To be completely honest, we were really on the fence about whether to choose this trip as it was a little more expensive, but...we are SO glad we did! This trip is one you will never, ever forget and well worth the extra cost to get access to the inner circle. Our guide for the day, Frank was the epitome of a well versed, professional tour guide. He was funny and most entertaining, telling our 20 person group various stories and interesting bits of information along the way during the ride to Stonehenge. Once there he, along with our Stonehenge host, Wendy, both were such great sources of interesting facts about this most magical and mysterious place. We spent a full hour inside the circle and took a many pics as we could.
At our next stop, Lacock, we had a very nice traditional English breakfast at the historic George Inn, followed by a short and informative walk around this cute, quaint village where many movies have been made, including some Harry Potter scenes. Our last stop was Bath and a visit to the Roman baths, which was actually very fascinating, and then some free time to shop or get a snack. On our way back to London, our fantastic driver, Neil, proved his incredible driving skill by getting our rather large tour bus safely through the extremely narrow streets of Bath. He earned applause from the entire group when he literally squeezed our bus between a very tight space on the busy street, leaving only inches to spare!!
Thank you, Frank and Neil!
What an incredible day we had on this trip!! Very, very highly recommended!!

Friends
My mother (77 yrs young) and I had a wonderful day with great Guide Peter and exceptional driver Germain. Both were so friendly and helpful wanting to ensure we had a wonderful time. Not only knowledge but helped with pictures and asked questions to connect. If you are interested in Harry Potter, there was extra special moments pointed out that you may have seen on screen (I’m not a potter head but a few seemed very interested including my friends back home). I would recommend this tour and team to anyone interested in a great day trip out of London.
Lunch at a pub it Cotswolds/Lacock was delicious and a perfect stop between Bath and Stonehenge. Peter and Germain were helpful getting pictures for people at Stonehenge and pointing out the best angles and wanting to make sure everyone had a great time. So nice not to have throngs of other tourists around while you stand 10 ft away and circle Stonehenge like a shark or one more ring removed if you can get yourself to the free path around the site like I did decades ago…..wandering inside was wonderful…no touching….our National Park tour guide was also friendly and knowledgeable and made the experience so much better. I wouldn’t have seen the stones sparkle if he hadn’t have pointed it out. While you can take your shoes off and wander in Stonehenge (I did) - they did warn us that you can only get naked on solstice lol.
Only caveat (wasn’t an issue for us) - lots of uneven surfaces in both Bath and Cotswold so mobility issues may have some challenges.
What a great day! Thank you so much!!

Unforgettable experience thanks to Premium Tours! Our first trip to the UK wouldn’t be complete without visiting Stonehenge and this tour exceeded our expectations. My husband who was very critical prior to the tour (it is a bit pricey) was amazed and came home to tell everyone this ended up being the highlight of his vacay!

Our tour guide, Peter, was just superb. Knowledgeable, approachable, and humorous. Loved how he took the time to get to know everyone on his tour. He also gave us great history lessons we didn’t know beforehand.

The trip to Bath was wonderful! The city is absolutely stunning…a painting frozen in time! I felt like I travelled through time as the city has maintained much of its original and historic architecture. I just wish we could’ve spent more time there but it was a great preview for the next visit where I will book our family to spend at least a couple of days to explore and take in this pretty city.

Lunch at Lacock was great! What a cute and quaint little village. Like Bath, it’s almost like it’s frozen in time. The food at the Pub was great! The steak & ale pies were delicious and the toffee pudding was amazing.

The final stop and grand finale of course was the inner circle tour to Stonehenge. WOW. To actually experience one of the ancient wonders of the world up close was undeniably priceless. We were blessed with the best weather (sunny skies but cool temps) and everything ended up picture perfect.

After our tour, Peter waited to ensure we all got back to our destinations safely. What an awesome tour guide! So thankful to Premium Tours for allowing me to receive the “credit” from my husband for booking such an unforgettable tour. Lol. I only had to book it…you guys did the rest! Looking forward to booking future tours with your company.

Wonderful trip, worth getting up early to have access when no one else is around. They even opened up the gift shop and cafe for us. Our guide was James and he is charming, knowledgeable and his narrative is interesting. He has the perfect inflection. Arriving at Stonehendge early is exceptional as, you are the only group allowed in the circle. When we arrived we had to wait a bit as another group was there, but it was just a mere 10 min wait. Upon arrival the Stonehendge guide waits til all are at the circle to get photos before letting your group in , as we all have photos without people. Even when the group was in there, it is easy to obtain the photos. Lacock is a charming small town, if we were to advise we would say skip the breakfast, bring something of your own as it was just average if not poor and the town is so wonderful to walk around. A true English feeling to it. Bath, can be spend the entire time as the Baths or sometime around town. Although you arrive as a group, once inside you are given a headset to listen to as much or littel as you want and roam at your own pace. If you opt not to spend all your time at the Baths, there are shops, restaurants and pubs to see and a little park across from where you will be dropped to explore. At no point did this tour dissapoint.

It was a pleasant day out with an amazing experience walking within the stones. Definitely worth the time and expense for inner access.

The trip is mainly to Stonehenge and roman baths and you don't get much time to explore Bath or to take one of the local guided tours. Lacock is a very small place and if you take the evening Stonehenge option, all the shops would be closed apart from a couple of eateries.

Driver Barry was very skilful and our guide provided good recommendations on what to do in London and surrounds.

Trip would have been much more pleasant were it not for one passenger who tried to fully extend her chair back in a bus which isn't exactly spacious. Throughout the 11 hour trip she would press back and my knees were thoroughly bashed.

She could have taken a seat at the back of the bus with no one behind her but opted to slot herself in between two occupied rows. But I counted myself lucky that she chose to sit in front and not behind me as she was also obviously ill with a sore throat and coughed wrackingly every few minutes, unabashedly maskless.

This has to be the best way by far to see Stonehenge. The inner circle after hours access gives you a remarkably intimate and private experience at this fascinating site. You are there with only your tour group (about 50 people in our case) and able to explore all around the stones (just don’t touch) while listening to the on-site archeologist/guide share interesting facts and stories. Forget the lines for shuttles only to mill around at a distance with thousands of others.

Since we did the evening Stonehenge trip, our tour started in Bath with the Roman Baths museum and a bit of time to explore on our own - just enough to get a taste of this beautiful town before the visit to Lacock Village. Lacock was more interesting than I expected. The (optional) pub food we had was serviceable and served promptly (not bad for an establishment that dates to the 1300’s).

Our guide Leon was fantastic: knowledgeable, funny and easy going, he kept us on time, entertained and informed while also giving some nice breaks to just take in the scenery. Our driver Moe got us smoothly and efficiently on our way, expertly navigating some narrow and winding streets in the large comfortable coach.

Be prepared for a 12 hour day. Our guide, Peter, or more accurately Peter the Great, was wickedly funny, very knowledgeable, and sincerely enjoyed engaging with the group. He kept things smooth with the driver, who had a long tedious day. It's nice to know there are a few pros left. There isn't time for lunch. Take a snack to have when you arrive at Bath (rules are no eating on the bus, water was ok). If you purchase lunch in Bath you'll miss the one hour allotted. An extra hour would have been nice, but that would have necessitated leaving at 10 am and turning a 12 hour day in to a brutal 13 hour day for the guide and driver. Stonehenge was the middle stop. The Stonehenge experience was astounding. It's much more worthwhile than my last visit 30 years ago. With James, a Stonehenge director, escorting us, were allowed in to the stone circle as the sun was setting. Weather was initially cold+sunny, then quickly became ghastly with freezing rain. I expected Peter to pack everyone back to the bus, but noooooooo, he insisted we wait for the sleet to pass (it was miserable). Within 10 minutes the sun returned, revealing the most amazing complete double rainbow ever. This was a first even for James, a Stonehenge director. We stayed to watch the sun set behind the stones, followed by a moon rise above the stones. Then on to the town of Lacock, where we had a pub meal (extra $$ but worth it). Peter the Great took us on a brief walking tour of Lacock, a preserved medieval town. The experience was worth so much more than the cost! To see three sites in one day and be allowed to enter the stone circle is well worth the fee. With Peter the Great as our guide, the blustery changing weather became a magical asset. Highly recommend.

We booked this tour specifically because we wanted the inner circle access to Stonehenge and it did not disappoint. Our tour guide, Leon, was very informative, entertaining, and funny. It was obvious that he is truly passionate about the history of Stonehenge. The guide at Stonehenge was named Chris and he told many fascinating stories about the stones and was able to answer essentially any question you could think to ask. Getting time to be in the inner circle and really appreciate the monument without crowds was worth every penny.

The Roman Baths were also great and there was even a little time to grab a pint at a pub in Bath before continuing on. Lacock was fun as well.

This was the highlight of our trip to the UK. I took my 15 and 7-year-old kids, and I wasn't sure what to expect. Completely worth every penny! Our tour guide Peter and our driver Neil took us first to Bath, where he guided us into the Roman baths and made recommendations for places to pop in and grab treats before we moved on. Bath was SO cool and I had no idea how much history was there! I feel lucky I had a little glimpse of it and can't wait to go back now. My kids loved the history too. We then drove through the Cotswolds (SO BEAUTIFUL) to Stonehenge, where Peter and our private tour guide Chris took us up to the Stones and let us walk around and take pictures for more than an hour. This was bucket list for me and it was perfect. Peter and Chris told us so much about the Stones and the history, took our pictures in just the right light and angles, and let us linger until the very best sunset light came through. They went above and beyond, and it was truly incredible and once in a lifetime. Afterward, we drove to dinner at a pub from 1362 in Lacock, and Peter gave us a quick tour of the medieval town. It was just right. A full day, but so well spent, and they did everything they could to make it perfect. I felt like I hit the jackpot with this tour! Highly recommend and for kids, too!
