Downton Abbey tour is a must!!!!
My seventeen-year-old daughter and I did this tour and absolutely loved it. We had plenty of time to tour Bampton Village and the castle. Highclere was stunning and had lots of dining options on the gorgeous grounds. It was a treat to watch episodes of the show while on the bus, and we could not have asked for a better tour guide than charming, enthusiastic Emma. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip!

    Nice tour
We enjoyed our Downton Abbey tour. The tour guide was friendly and informative. The food in the tea room was fair. Beautiful castle.

NOT A ALL WHAT WE THOUGHT
We only had a limited time for this tour, that is the reason we chose a two hour tour. We did not get what we thought we would see. It was just a walking tour of the city. Highlights where some of the film was shot. The tour guide was great and knowledgeable. I would recommend during a longer tour, it was just we did not want to dedicate an entire day for Harry Potter with so many other historical sights to be seen.

    Downton Abbey Tour
A wonderful tour of Highclere & the Downton Abbey village. My guide Eva was so knowledgeable with terrific side note anecdotes to share! Lovely time...only downside was an issue with no audio on DVD player on bus, but made the best of it. Well worth the booking.

    Informative and Positively Surprising
My husband and I attended the Bridgerton tour in Bath, and we had a lovely time! Even though my husband has not watched Bridgerton, he found the tour informative and surprising in a great way. Our guide Ruby was so knowledgeable, fun, and approachable! I'll be sure to look back at the series with these new nuggets of information we've learnt. Thanks for a lovely tour! We would definitely recommend it!

Dr Who Cardiff timey wimey walking tour - spoilers in photos!
My teen DD and her friend are Dr Who and Torchwood superfans. The guide was totally perfect, great character with lots of knowledge. Ample filming sites and a very easy pace - I'd definitely recommend the walking tour of Cardiff.

    Fantastic Tour
Purchased as a gift for my husband’s birthday. We went today and had a fantastic couple of hours on the walking tour. Our guide Jonathan was very knowledgeable and informative and we would thoroughly recommend.

Great tour but logistics could be better
The manor house, grounds and village of Bampton were wonderful and Chris shared a wealth of trivia with us. Sadly, we all arrived on time but waited 45 minutes as our bus was involved in a minor fender bender on the way to the pick up location. Not a good beginning. Seats on the bus were cramped for leg room and my 6 ft 4 inch husband was lucky he could sit in the last row and have his legs in the aisle. AC was either very cold or turned off. Hard to accommodate 14 people. All that to say logistics could be better but Chris saved the tour with his witty banter. For me, definitely worth the travel hassles as enjoying a Pimms on the grounds after touring the estate was a highlight of my visit to the UK. FYI, buy any souvenirs in Bampton for best prices and quality. They have items made by locals.

Amazing tour-enhanced perspective of the show.
I loved this tour. First impressions are important and Ava (Eva?) projected the best first impression I ever had on a tour. She is knowledgeable, quick, funny and made it her business to give us the best time ever. I go on so many tours and I would rate her at the top! Michael was our driver and we were lucky to have him. There was torrential rain on our way back into London and he was an excellent driver on the crowded and wet roads. The tour bus itself was very comfortable and had a port at each seat to charge. We were about 15 people and could really spread out. Ava gave us the lowdown of the entire trip time wise at the beginning. Then before each stop so we were all w the program. No one was ever late getting back. I believe we had plenty of time in the village and the castle. Ava had us laughing a lot and fed right into our Downton Abbey focus. We learned so much about the filming, the actors, the locations and the castle. It rained while we were at the castle but it was still a terrific visit. We were handed maps and a descriptive paper showing what was important to see in each room. It was fun to watch a couple of episodes in the way there and especially after the visit so we could see in the show the rooms we just saw.

    Rory was great!
Rory did a great job filling us in on all the Harry Potter lore around the city. He was kind, energetic, and also gave lots of additional pertinent history of the sights. We had a great time!

Great tour for Downton Abbey fans!
Richard was an amazing host. He had so much interesting behind the scenes info about Downton Abbey, the filming of the series and the cast. It really added to the experience. He was friendly, funny and approachable. Only downside was the issues with the audio on the bus.

    Amazing tour with great guide!
Loved this tour!! Spencer was a very passionate and funny guide, he made the (a little more than) 2 hours seem almost too short! It was very interesting to see all the locations from the TV show as well as the books & movies, especially in combination with our guide’s great storytelling and humor! Would book again any time and absolutely recommend it to every Sherlock fan!!

Excellent tour run by Nathan, who was very informative. Saw lots of sights we recognised from the films, enjoying Nathan's anecdotes as we walked around. It was very hot and the stopping spots were mostly in shade.
The short bus ride didn't happen because of road closures so mile or so walk to the finish at Vauxhall Bridge.
Had a drink and lunch at the Morpeth Arms at the finish.
Only critisism would be that it is advertised as 20 peoplemax, there were at least 30

Highly enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide. Showed us a lot of different places and brought the locations to life. We saw a few more places en route as an added bonus. This was the first time this tour had run for 6 months and would recommend this tour to anyone who has seen James Bond Films

I recieved this as a gift from my wife. It took some time to book due to Covid but I eventually managed to do it last weekend (26/9/20).
It did start slightly disappointingly as the initial location was shut due to renovations but the guide still managed to give a good depth of information about it and explained how 1 locations turns into many in a film (I'm trying not to give spoilers).
We moved on to the second location which was also blocked to us (thanks NGC) as it wasn't allowing tour groups in using Covid as a weak argument. Again, the guide went into some depth about about the scene.
From this point on, the tour went to many of the film locations seen mostly in the last few films, but also dipped into the history of SIS (MI5/6).
Want to know why M is called M? Go on this tour.

The guide was very knowledgeable about the film industry, Bond, Flemming and some of the non-Bond related parts of the tour.

In my opinion, when of the better ways to spend 3 hours walking around London.

I would have scored a 5, if the first 2 locaions were open, this maybe harsh but thats me. The guide scores an easy 5/5

A very enjoyable tour. We went to several locations where Bond filming took place, though the tour primarily concentrated on Skyfall & Spectre.

Chris, our guide, was very knowledgeable about all things James Bond (plus a few other films) which made for an entertaining time. It was interesting to hear things like how the film crews had to work with London authorities to get permission to close roads whilst filming took place, plus the challenges of changing Underground station names.

There were 30 people booked on the tour, though only 21 attended. I think around 20 is about the right number. The tour is appropriate for all ages, as evidenced by the age range in our group.

Total walking distance was probably a couple of miles, but there are plenty of stops and I didn't feel tired after 2.5 hours on my feet.

Very worthwhile for fans of 007.

We booked a private tour (3 persons) February 3rd 2023 and it was fully worth it. We had a great time with our guide Tom. Tom was very attentive, knowledgeable and appeared to be fond of James Bond himself. Therefore we never had the feeling of someone just doing his job.
Keep in mind that for obvious reasons you cannot enter inside locations.
We would recommend this tour.

Did this walking tour on Nov 20th and excellent day out and value for money.

Saw many interesting JB location sites (aided with film photos) and our guide was brilliant.

The "surprise" meeting with JB "For Your Eyes Only" actor John Moreno was priceless - a true legend and actor of a golden era.

With 60 years of film history and the colourful life of author Ian Fleming there is a plenty to learn on this tour. Happily, our guide Konstantin was obviously a Bond enthusiast, so able to share some amazing facts and familiar locations confidently and clearly. I don’t think I missed anything.
The tour itself is well paced and showed me nooks and crannies even I didn’t know despite living here over 20 years. You also get a chance to hop on a London bus for a couple of stops if you’ve not tried that - contactless or Oyster card are needed but knowing TFL there is no way Brit Tours can do this for you sorry. The National Gallery and the Horse Guards Parade are the standout visually but each stop has something new. Finishes very near the Tate Britain which is handy for a visit once done as that is mostly free to look around and has facilities.

After experiencing another walking tour with this company earlier this year (the Paddington bear walk) we booked James Bond and we weren’t disappointed. Had the same tour guide for both (Tom) who is very knowledgeable and humerous. Would definitely recommend both tours. Lots of interesting information particularly on the James Bond tour, not only about the film locations and the actors but London and the history of MI6 etc.

The tour guide should have a live location enabled on them all the time during the tour.
I it late by 10 minutes due to railway emergency works.
Had the live location been enabled I would have been able to catch-up with the group.

They might be good at the tour, however they are bad at customer service.
