Probably would not advise to take it.
Mike was a great guide and Ron was a great driver. We were disappointed though that although Bath was on the itinerary that there was not enough time to go and actually see the Roman Baths. Windsor Castle was a little rushed as well. Again, great guide and driver, but poor planing for the tour by the company. Also lots of driving.

    Go with Mike!
Our Tour Guide Mike was amazing! Ask for Mike the next time you go to Stonehenge. You know those classic English experiences you just have to do when visiting London? The 1 day tour to Stonehenge and Bath with International Friends should be at the top of your list. Seriously, it was such an awesome day from start to finish! Let me just start by raving about our tour guide Mike. This guy was the quintessential jovial British bloke - hilarious sense of humor, friendly as can be, and an endless supply of fascinating stories and facts about England's history and culture. He really made the tour come alive. Our first stop was the mysterious Stonehenge. I've seen pictures before but being there in person was wild. As we approached those iconic massive stone circles, Mike set the stage by giving us all the juicy background. Then we had plenty of time to explore the ancient monument, touch the rocks (yes, you can do that!), and get all the photos. Walking amongst those monoliths was such a mind-bending experience trying to fathom how they even got there. After Stonehenge, we rolled into the unbelievably charming city of Bath. I'm talking straight out of a classic English postcard. Mike led us on a delightful walking tour, pointing out all the famous heritage buildings like the Royal Crescent and Pulteney Bridge. But obviously the true star was the sprawling Roman Baths site - those remarkably preserved 2,000-year-old structures will blow your mind. We had some free time to just soak in Bath's picturesque streets, grab fish and chips at an authentic pub (thanks to Mike's recommendation), and do some shopping. Such a welcome break from the hustle of London. The van was clean and comfortable, and our driver got us back to the city safe and sound. But let's be real, Mike the tour guide was the MVP who turned this into such a memorable, entertaining experience. His passion and wit transformed a regular day tour into honestly one of the highlights of my whole UK trip. I'd book this specific tour again in a heartbeat just to hang out with Mike! He's a real gem that International Friends is lucky to have. If you're looking for a taste of classic England from London, seriously don't miss this tour. Just be prepared for your mind to be blown by both the historic sites and Mike's sparkling personality!

Endless driving & bad tour guide
Why did we travel to England? To experience the Cotswolds. This extremely poorly-run tour ruined our dream of experiencing the Cotswolds. The tour guide, Tony, was obviously seething with disgust for all people conservative, and let it be known loud and clear in his running political commentary which lasted the entire tour. This, coupled with the fact that the vast majority of time on this tour was taken up by an extreme amount of driving between far-apart Cotswolds villages - not scenic, just tiring hours of driving, ruined what we most looked forward to on our vacation. The tour took us to stow-on-wold for lunch. Didn't get to walk around village, took an hour for lunch including getting waited on, receiving food & eating. It wasn't one of the better villages to see anyway, so shouldn't have wasted our time even going to this village with all the time spent driving to and from Stow-on-Wold. Burton would have been a wonderful village to have allowed us to spend 2-3 hours strolling, wandering, imagining and having lunch. Visitors want leisure time to do these things to really soak in the beauty and ambience of a beautifully representative Cotswolds village like Burton - without rushing. Instead we drove past it even though it was NOT crowded. It would have been much more enjoyable spending our time leisurely breathing in the ambience and sights of just a couple quintessential Cotswolds villages, rather than spending the vast majority of time driving boring roads in between distant villages. Instead of commentary on the history or beauty of what we were seeing, the tour guide continually made political slurs. When the participants on the tour asked any question about how England accomplished something we were seeing, the tour guide turned it into a political hit piece against conservatives. We came a long distance, took time away from other things, and paid a lot of money for a vacation. In Oxford, we wanted to learn about the history and interesting facts about Oxford and it's people. Instead, we had to listen to the tour guide's political lambasting, and worse, when the tour guide turned us loose for a short period to explore, he failed to tell us what there was to see, what were the interesting things to look for, and where to find them. People were wandering around lost, trying to figure out which way to go and what to look at. It was a total waste of our time. In addition to the running political monologue, he made other inappropriate and offensive comments throughout the day such as referring to the poor gentleman who missed our tour bus as "a vegetable". (The gentleman and his wife had missed our tour bus, and later connected up with us). The tour guide repeatedly exclaimed, when talking in a derogatory manner about something, "Jesus Christ!" as an expletive. This is extremely offensive to Christians. No one wants to be subjected to a scathing, ongoing political lambasting while on a tour. That, coupled with the endless driving between distant Cotswolds villages, and failure to allow us to spend a good amount of leisurely time exploring a quintessential village or two, and turning us loose with no map and no explanation as to what to see in Oxford, ruined the most important part of our vacation.

    Stonehenge to Cruise ship
Excellent pre cruise trip. We were picked up at our hotel even though it was not on their official list. Then driven to meet the bus. The guide was also very informative of special locations along the way. We were dropped off to our cruise ship on time. Loved Stonehenge!

    The Best!
Our guide, Amber, was amazing! She was very knowledgeable with photos from the Downton Abbey series and films for each location we visited. She definitely made the whole trip fun! We kept to a fairly strict timetable but never felt too rushed! Fantastic tour!!

    Wonderful small group experience
We loved our all day tour with international Friends because there were only 8 people total on our trip, and we got in and out so quickly. Our guide, Valentina was very happy, and knowledgeable and we enjoyed every part of the trip. Be sure to get noon tickets to enter the baths ahead of time on your own, so you don't have to wait in line to do it there, and it might be sold out.

Amber was a great guide! Very knowledgeable and entertaining. She clearly loves to give tours. Just the right amount of info and “guiding” and plenty of time on our own. Locations were all beautiful too! It was a fun Downton day

    Best Tour EVER!
Highly recommend! This was a spectacular tour for Downton Abbey fans and “very interesting” to those who were lovingly sacrificing a day for the fans they love. Our guide Michelle was very knowledgeable, and funny. Our driver kept us safe and on time. All the stops were filled with trivia and the Abbey of course exceeded all expectations. We even got to see Lady Carnarvon! We love small group tours and we always meet sweet people which makes the experience that much more special.

Amazing experience for all the family!
A quite amazing experience that both adults and children in our group absolutely loved. From being welcomed by the lovely Valentina (Tour Manager) on our arrival and setting foot inside the venue and being confronted by the huge Ukrainian Ironbelly Dragon (Wow!), comforted by a glass of Champagne (always helpful!) until over 3 hours of exploration around the film sets, props, costumes, models, interactive displays and CGI sets the experience is both thoroughly enjoyable and amazing! The kids absolutely loved the Forbidden forest, Gringotts Bank, Diagon Alley and the Lestrange Vault but we were all astounded by the breathtaking Hogwarts Castle! For Harry Potter fans this is a must do but even for those not as familiar with the Films the experience is unforgettable and the guides (known as Interactors) make the experience even more amazing. Cannot recommend highly enough and now the only challenge is wanting to watch all the films again!! Brilliant!

Semi private late night tour with International Friends
Last night, my daughter Lilly-Rose and I had the best evening at the Warner Bros Studio tour, The Making of Harry Potter, courtesy of a semi-private experience with the always amazing International Friends. Thank you to our guide, who was helpful and made sure we knew what we were doing. If you're a Harry Potter fan, this is a must-do! ✨ Magical Details: The tour was semi-private, which means that instead of the usual crowds, you get to see more of this incredible attraction. It was far less busy than my previous trips to the Warner Bros studios, which meant we could fly broomsticks, ride the train, have time in the Great Hall and get all the photos we liked. Late on Fridays: This special tour is available every Friday, perfect for ending the week on a magical note. The Great Hall: Our journey started with a private welcome talk and a glass of champagne in the iconic Great Hall. The Warner Bros. 'Interactor' staff shared fascinating insights about turning J.K. Rowling’s books into blockbuster films. 🍾 Highlights: Exploring the Great Hall with extra time for photos and no rushing around hoping to get a moment for a picture. Wandering through iconic sets, from Platform 9 ¾ and the Hogwarts Express to Professor Sprout's greenhouse and Diagon Alley. Sipping on Butterbeer in the backlot café and marvelling at Gringotts Wizarding Bank. This tour really brought the magic of the Wizarding World to life. Lilly-Rose (and I) were absolutely enchanted, and the experience made us both feel like we were stepping into the world of Harry Potter. Lilly-Rose did her best Hermione Granger, and I did my best Rubeus Hagrid (I should not have said that); photos below 😂 I highly recommend Friday Lates at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London. Go check out International Friends for the next tours. #WarnerBrosStudioTour #HarryPotter #FridayLates #MagicalExperience #FamilyTime #WarnerBrosMagic #MustDoLondon #InternationalFriends

    Great time!!!! Thanks to all!
This tour operator, guide (Lorainne) and driver were by far one of the best that we encountered during our 18 day visit through the British Isles. They were very thorough and informative as they guided us through our day. We certainly could not have gotten a better guide or newer/cleaner bus! I would highly recommend them to anyone considering doing this tour after their cruise on the way to London.

The trip was so well organised and executed that there is nothing to add. From the pick up to the drop off it was spot on and excelled our expectations, the unexpected sunny day in the UK really helped (so maybe consider an umbrella). Our tour guide Andrew was so knowledgeable and professional and our driver Sean, such a good team.

Tony was our guide and he was such a hoot! He was talkative and made hilarious commentary throughout the tour. He also gave us helpful tips on what to do afterwards. I only gave it a 4/5 because I felt like the tour could have ended at Glastonbury and been a half day tour so we could have more time to do other things in London.

Our tour guide, Christina, and our driver, Paul, were the very best.
The seats on our mini-bus were very narrow and less than 100% comfortable. The mini-bus was, however, clean and modern, and the air-conditioning worked.

Dear Christie What you have typed is simply not true. You are completely aware we replied to all your messages and we have no idea say why you would say this. We can only assume it is to add weight and substance to your complaint. After posting our first reply to your review showing all of the emails proving we replied, Trip Advisor removed this as violating guidelines so I will now detail what happened. You missed your flight the day before your first tour with us. You had booked to travel in the middle of summer, in August, peak season. You contacted us sending 5 emails, we replied to every single email immediately. You asked if other tours the following day were available. We told you we were sold out as it was the middle of summer, peak season. We then offered you tours on the next available date we had, but these did not fit your travel plans. We replied to every email you sent us. We, as a hard working business that does reply to customer emails, have absolutely no idea why you would choose to say this. You can see we replied to every email you sent us. You know this is true. My personal feeling is it is wrong people are allowed to make comments on public forms, unfairly damage company reputations and then companies like us do not have the right to challenge this with the facts. We have all of the messages we sent you and it is simply not true we did not reply. Jimmy

I typically prefer to avoid group tours because I don't like the typical rigidity and grinding feel. I'm only in London for a short time and really wanted to visit Glastonbury; train and bus options stunk, so I decided to give this a shot. I'm very, very glad I did. This tour was everything I could have asked for. The small group atmosphere was excellent. Our guide was very knowledgeable not just of the locations we were visiting, but details like traffic patterns and approaches to give us the best opportunities. He was also very receptive to the group's interests, letting us prioritize time where we most wanted it. I would not hesitate to book a tour with this company again.
