We had the pleasure of being led by Rowan, the tour guide from Evan Evans, during the tour to Stonehenge and Windsor Castle, and I must say that she exceeded all expectations. Rowan's excellent work made the trip an unforgettable experience.
From the moment we stepped onto the coach,
Rowan's warm and friendly personality put everyone at ease. Her deep knowledge of both Stonehenge and Windsor Castle was truly impressive, and she was able to answer all of our questions with ease. Her passion for history was evident throughout the tour, and her enthusiasm was infectious.
Lastly, what really set Rowan apart was her ability to engage with each member of the group on a personal level. She took the time to get to know us, and her stories and anecdotes added a personal touch to the tour. She made us feel like we were more than just a group of tourists, and that made all the difference.

It was an AMAZING tour!! Rowan is an awesome guide she is super fun and is always looking to help you and give you more interesting (and funny) data. Gary is an incredible driver, he helped us get back to London super fast and without any issues. The Inner Circle tour IS A MUST DO, we changed all of our itinerary just to make space for this tour and it was totally worth it!! Go with #EvanEvansTour to Stonehenge, preferably to the Inner Circle 😉

The tour was amazing. Lot's of time in Stonehenge and relevant information about the heritage site. Many things to do in Windsor as well. Rowen (the guide) was AMAZING: very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Her comments and jokes made the experience be worth it 100%.

Enjoyed guide Colin who is informative & quintessentially British. Great trip that takes u to the very center of Stonehenge. Everything went smoothly from check-in to the smooth safe driving by coach driver Robert.
Coach is comfy and clean. Usb charge ports are available at each seat so bring your cables.
Stonehenge is stunning and a unique experience. Visited Windsor on the way back. There was a light drizzle every now and then, should have brought an umbrella or work a hoodie on hindsight.

Very organized and professional. Robert was an excellent guide who seemed to know was much as the National Heritage guide. He was also very nice. The driver, Greg, was safe and courteous and nice as well. The trip was exactly on schedule. Until I noticed this tour in a brochure, I didn’t think it was possible to visit the inner circle. The subject matter is extremely interesting. I highly recommend this tour.

This is 1000% worth it! Getting to enter the inner circle of Stonehenge is a once in a lifetime experience. Our guide, Robert, was delightful, coordinated, a good photographer and most of all knowledgeable! Robert shared great insight and stories as Patrick safely drove us across the countryside! Plenty of time visiting just the 2 places, we didn’t feel rushed and got to enjoy the castle tour and surrounding areas. Highly recommend this combo trip! We went in March, and I recommend layers, it was a cold morning (0C, slightly windy and a light snow!) but it turned into a beautiful sunny day in Windsor (10C).

This tour was even better than could be imagined! Being able to walk between the stones of Stonehenge was a once in a lifetime event. Robert our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job keeping us informed of any important facts and his knowledge of Stonehenge and Windsor was immense. Additionally our driver Craig a very smooth and safe driver. I will be recommending this tour to everyone I know who is traveling to London!

What an incredible, enjoyable day! Starting the morning at Stonehenge- IMSIDE the inner circle, was a magical experience I can’t describe. Worth every penny and even more importantly for me, waking up before dawn. Windsor was beautiful and the town itself charming. Our guide, Robert, was so knowledgeable, witty and warm, he made the hours fly by! And let’s not forget, Craig- the true MVP, driving us over 200 miles safely and efficiently. I would highly recommend this tour as a fun and fascinating way to explore even more of UK history!

Robert and craig were great for our trip. However the description on get your guide needs updation as it is misleading to mention about castle. It could have been clearer about what is included and whats not rather than being a bummer.

We went on July 2022, the afternoon tour, from 11 am to 10 pm. Just Windsor and Stonehenge. Not visited Oxford. So, we have more time to visited the castle (fantastic!), lunch and then, Stonehenge. It was a great tour.

Hi! I purchased 2 tickets for this tour. I was planning on using my London pass to visit inside the Windsor Castle. What time do we expect to arrive at Windsor? What time is the Windsor walking tour generally completed before having to return to the bus en route to London?

I'm not 100% sure of the time, but Windsor is the first stop on the tour. You'll have somewhere around and hour and a half to take in the castle. Our guide took us around to a back vantage point and gave us some history of the place, its current use by the Queen, plus some royal history focused on Henry VIII.

We were only able to spend (once getting through the line up and security) 15mins at the castle before needing to walk back to grab a bite to eat and a quick bathroom
Stop and then meet the tour guide at the bus. We had 5mins to spare once back at the bus.
The guide does a small walking tour from the bus to the castle entrance if you skipped this o believe you would have more time to see a lot more of the castle and it’s grounds. I had the London pass which gave us entry however we still needed to line up in the ticket line to get the pass scanned and paper tickets printed then through security

About 45 minutes to 1 hour+. Really depends on traffic and weather. Ours wasn’t too bad.
