The tour we took was amazing seeing the Stonehedge. When i returned home people were interested in the history of that prehistoric monument. It would be good if the tour person discussed it before or after the viewing of Stonehedge. There is a lot of history to be told and educate people about.

We booked the Elvis tribute cruise with 3 course meal. Not sure what to expect for our £89 per person but what an amazing evening. The staff were excellent. They were very attentive & professional throughout. The meal was so good from start to finish and everything was piping hot with great presentation and it all tasted lovely. The sights of London seen from the huge glass roof and side windows were so clear to see. Elvis was very entertaining too. We ate well, danced a lot and just had the best time. I was also surprised that the cost of drinks didn’t break the bank either. A brilliant night…..we will def return with family and friends.

Very disappointed !! No commentary most of the time and the 2 minutes that was given, unable to hear even on a practically empty vessel, due to the sound being poor and the engine very noisy!!! Not sure if you are allowed to smoke on these trips, but a staff member was, albeit outside - but only just outside the door!! Not a good look

We greatly enjoyed the trip with City Cruises and a shoutout for Dylan at the microphone who made the trip enjoyable with his "guided tour with a twist"... it was hilarious! Thank you.

Had a very enjoyable time. Food was reasonably good for serving a large group. Didn’t expect as singer and dancing which was good as well. Nice to see the city at night from the water

It was an excellent trip. Very informative. The people were nice and service was very good. We would do it again!

It is a nice cruise up and down the river. The food was good and the staff friendly. You get good views of many of the main sights.

If you’re reading this- BOOK IT! I’m a boat captain from Hawai’i & of course I work with tourists in the same industry so I understand the business completely. This is a great trip! 3 hours along the Thames is plenty and the food was wonderful. Views are quite exquisite. The boat is very nice …. Even including the tables, flooring, windows, dishes, restrooms, etc as well. You’re welcomed with champagne followed by an appetizer rather quickly. After that, soup arrives followed by the main course. And lastly you wrap up with dessert and coffee/tea. I’m a picky bloke when it comes to food. They impressed me. Obviously no one is perfect and there are conditions/circumstances you can’t control… but all these negative reviews others have posted reflect a type of person we call a “ Karen”… Seriously though some people just live their lives looking to complain about anything. Lastly, the price was well worth it. This company could charge way more easily… Mahalo nui & Mālama

Absolutely fab !!! We went to celebrate lunch on our marriage anniversary. We opted for Halal lunch. Overall experience is splendid. Staff member are very supportive on Pier. Staff members inside cruise are very good, always smiling and ready to help. Main course was good to standard, warm and nicely presented. Desert was too good. It is an amazing experience dining while enjoying cruise sail past all the landmark locations and buildings of London. Can't recommend anymore!! Thanks

We paid £210 for this trip for 3 of us as part of my birthday celebration in London. We booked 3 vegetarian afternoon teas. When we arrived they had only set the table for 2 so was clear they were not expecting 3 of us. Brought tea for 3 but only milk for 2 so my husband took milk off another table. They then brought 8 quarter sandwiches between 3 of us which was the same as they were giving to tables of 2 and obvs 8 is not divisible by 3. When we pointed this out to the waitress she went to speak to the manager and came back embarrassed saying they couldn't give us the extra sandwiches until everyone else had been served in case there wasn't enough to go round and people might complain. We pointed out that we were complaining and had paid £70 each for which one of us was only getting a 1/4 egg sandwich and a 1/4 cucumber sandwich and I wasn't prepared to be eating the rest of my sandwich as we walked down the jetty at the end of the trip as we'd paid for this experience. She was v embarrassed and said they would be held accountable if there weren't enough sandwiches to go round and often the office didn't give them the full booking numbers on the day. By this time I was completely annoyed and my husband and son were chipping in equally annoyed. She went away and eventually brought us more sandwiches but the shine was taken off by then and we'd already started on the cakes as had not been expecting her to come back. Other people had mixed bread and 4 types of sandwich but the vegetarian offer was white bread only with egg and cucumber. What's the reason behind that. It's not that hard to find 4 vegetarian fillings. The rest of the food was equally as mediocre and definitely not worth the £70 we spent for each of us on it.

This was the first activity we did after arriving in London for our honeymoon. It was a great way to see the city lit up at night while enjoying some good food and entertainment (even if it was raining)!

We started at Western Pier and had fantastic views. This was an absolutely brilliant cruise, all staff happy, polite and genuinely made you feel welcome. The lower deck was really warm and plenty of seats and tables to have a nice cuppa etc with great windows to view from. We went on top deck which is open to the elements but had fabulous views of Westminster , London Eye, Tower Bridge and so much more. The live commentary from Lee was superb, told us so much about the various buildings along the journey to Tower Bridge in such a natural, relaxed and humorous way . Can not fault this River Thames cruise company. Highly recommend. Thank You all on City Cruises.

This was a highlight of our time visiting London. The views from the river were fantastic with great views of Tower bridge all the way to the eye and Big Ben. The food and tea were excellent and the service was very friendly. Overall, a wonderful way of experiencing a good afternoon tea while seeing many great London landmarks in a memorable way. Highly recommended, especially if you don't have a lot of time in the city.

We had so much fun on this Dinner Cruise! We purchased a window seat & priority boarding and it was definitely worth it. We had an amazing view! The food was delicious and we really enjoyed everything that we ate. The entertainment was lovely! Also, the view from the top of the boat was very nice. Highly recommend this dinner cruise!
