- jwH6924YV00Nothing short of magicEven though it did start rough, this place is nothing short of breath taking. The tour starts of in the cinema room before a giant curtain rises to reveal the door to the great hall. You go through a plethora of amazingly detailed sets, and is very reminiscent of the films. The highlights for me include the deadly dragon animation in Gringotts, and the giant sculpture of Hogwarts castle shortly after. I also loved the Forbidden Forest as you come face to face with a scary Aragog. It can be a bit of a sensory overload for some, but the staff there are immaculate and will be there when you have any questions or need to find the calm sensory room located near the Backlot Cafe. There are WAY more things to see and do and basically every aspect of harry potter is resembled here in some way shape or form. Especially for the nerds like me, the small details hidden throughout the studios are amazing and the little the passports they supply you with before the tour is great fun for the kids and adults , with little challenges like trying to find all the golden snitches. One complaint from me which is huge for most including me is the price. £40 for a photo?! £50 for a shirt?! Come on. And this takes it down a star for me. But none the less you and your family will come home with smiles wishing you could go again. And I was pretty chuffed with my giant Niffler Plushie and Chocolate Frogs.
- O8634QRkeithm00Very informativeTook our niece and family members when they came to stay. Very well organised, most were friendly and excellent with the children. It’s well signed and you are given plenty of time to stop if you want to. Even if, like me, you are not a Potter fan, you cannot fail to enjoy this tour. All of us enjoyed this. Well done.
- H9361UZjenniferm00Christmas lights by open air busPaul made the tour so much fun and educational. He prepared us to know when to take photos etc. I would highly recommend this tour
- jeannieg67600Wonderful Tour in Bath and StonehengeWe enjoy every part of the tour Bath and Stonehenge is a wonderful place to visit. You can take amazing photos in every location and also it made our trip more special because our tour guide Nicolas his knowledgeable and humorous at the same time.Kudos to our Chauffeur Lamer
- Stay6094175797200Terrific day out of London with friendly tour guide Eugene and driver CarlosDid a Stonehenge, Windsor, Bath and Lacock day tour. Had just enough time at each stop to take in the sights and pictures. Shoutout to our tour guide Eugene and driver Carlos! Eugene was super friendly, knowledgeable, humourous and shared many fun facts about each place throughout the trip. He also made sure everyone in our group got the tickets we needed for each stop. Eugene and Carlos also made arrangements and did their best to drop us off as near to the entrance of the attraction as possible taking into consideration the walking distance (especially when it was cold and raining). Eugene even gave multiple recommendations on where to dine OUTSIDE of places we visited. Overall superb experience with both Eugene and Carlos! :-)
- Duncan B00Well worth the fort. Thoroughly enjoyableWeather was not great but a lot was packed in to the day. Early start but the Eiffel Tower was amazing, great food and wine. Boat trip allowed me to see Paris from the water
- kimberlysB2749JL00Paris Eiffel Tower and River CruiseThe tour guide Anna was amazing with Premium Tours. The tour was great but if you expect to go up to the top of the Eiffel Tower after dinner you’re going to be disappointed. Lift tickets are only included to the restaurant and once you have ate there is not enough time to walk the stairs to the top. Otherwise a great experience.
- Voyager75627400EnjoyableAnna was fantastic wonderful splendid absolutely a joy a must do again with more friends and family
- Rachel F00Funny, Entertaining and EducationalAnna , was warm , friendly, polite, intelligent, funny and professional with her delivery and providing information.
- 324maijam00Wonderful Paris day tripAnna was absolutely fantastic! The trip was impeccably organized, and I had an amazing time, even in the midst of the cold rain. I highly recommend having lunch in the Eiffel Tower. Additionally, the bus driver kindly lent me a portable phone charger, which saved the day for me!
- 947sairam00Great Paris day tripThis trip was a good taste of Paris. You get to experience the Eiffel Tower and see the historical buildings from the river cruise. You’d need a longer trip if you really want to get a feel for Paris, but as a day trip from London, it met my expectations. Eating at the restaurant at the Eiffel Tower is worth it for the experience and because one is so limited with time anyway. I would rate the foot as 3.5 out of five. It was all cooked fine (went with the pescatarian option) but I like a little spice in my food. Anna was a great guide, answered all our questions, and was patient with us.
- usmanssiddiqui0010/10Punctuality is a MUST for this tour. Our guide Anna was awesome! She made sure we were taken care of and comfortable. Great tour overall and would def recommend.
- Jodie F00Great way to see the highlights!Highly recommend this tour as a way to see the highlights in a single day. Eugene (guide) and Carlos (driver) were amazing and really made this trip something special! Eugene’s commentary was hilarious and entertaining right from the beginning, but he also had a nice balance of quiet time on longer stretches which was nice. Eugene’s time management and organisation meant that the group got to maximise the amount of time in each place. Carlos was an excellent driver and navigated tiny streets with ease. One thing I would mention is that in winter, you will most likely have dinner in lacock instead of lunch. So if you’re really set on seeing Lacock during the daylight, then perhaps take this into consideration when booking. We actually loved the dinner option and it was a lovely social ending to the trip before heading back to London :) Overall so pleased with this trip! Big thanks to Eugene and Carlos!!!
- Lainie00700Wonderful experience thanks to a great guide, Eva, and driver! This was a great day trip, mostly because the tour guide Eva was fantastic! And so was our driver; my apologies I forgot his name! She was warm, funny, and kind, and regaled us with personal tidbits and interesting facts about Stonehenge and Bath. It was a beautiful day to visit Stonehenge, windy, but sunny, blue skies, and not a cloud in sight. The Roman Baths was fascinating to see in person,
- J1092FAedwardt00Picture perfect ParisWe had a glorious day. We were so thankful for Anna, our guide. She was beyond amazing. She took such good care of us, remembered everyone's names and gave us so much information. What a wonderful way to squeeze Paris into our UK vacation. Even with the train delay, Anna still kept us informed. Thank you for a great experience.

Stonehenge was amazing but the bus used to take us there was unacceptable. The spacing between seats was set up for persons under 5' 10". My son and I are over 6' 3" tall and were constantly being squashed by the people in the seats in front of us for almost 3 hours each way. The ac did not work in the back so we were all sweating. The driver tried to take a short cut on the way there which cost us an extra 15 minutes on the bus. And on the way back, he kept stopping the bus in the middle of the highway during rush hour with no explanation. I would not recommend this tour and will make sure my family and friends are aware of this particular tour as well.

Was a fun way to get out of London and enjoy something that I wanted to see. On the way out of the city the driver pointed out things of historical relevance and got us to Stonehenge in a prompt manner. This was perfect for me as I don’t like guided tours and I just wanted an easy way to Stonehenge.

So much fun! Our driver Miguel was outstanding. Kept calling us his “family” and had us belly laughing from start to finish. We even got extra time at Stonehenge and he made sure each passenger was accounted for as we trickled back onto the bus. He played music which kept us all calm, in cheerful moods, and allowed the sleepers to sleep :) After being burned by Evan Evan’s (one minute late, denied boarding, no refund) my mom and I were pleasantly surprised by Miguel going above and beyond to make our birthday trip a memorable time together!

It is a long way to go to essentially see a pile of rocks. But, being such a famous pile of rocks it is worth the trip (at least once).
Bus ride was fairly long but comfortable on a standard coach bus. A nice way to relax and catch some views of the countryside.
Was really surprised we were able to view the stones and get photos without a million tourists in them. It is a well done exhibit and the timeframe was more than enough (we did not add fish & chips).
It was a beautiful day and a lovely way to spend it.
*Note: You can see Stonehenge from the highway as well as walk around the fenced site on your own for free. But you will not be able to get as close. If you have transportation and want to save some $$ this is an option.

Nobody told us anything. Not even talked to us in any moment.
Nobody told us how much time it takes to go there. If it have any stops along the way. Nobody told us where to go, just gave us the ticket and left us.
The bus takes about 2 hours to get there. The is no stop along the way, so just go to the bathroom before go to the bus, because he wont stop the bus.
When you receive your ticket you can go to the museum and to the stones. There is not enough time to walk to the stones, you need to take the bus because you have only 2 hours to see the stones. The stones doesnt take too much time to see but all the other things around it is impossible to see in that time.
Dont get late for the time to get back to the bus. The driver will take of at the designated time and he wont care if there are people missing. He wont even count the people to see if everybody is there.
Bring your own food, because there is no stop along the way, you might feel hungry and thirsty. But dont do too much because there is no stop for bathroom.

It’s not really a tour. It’s basically a bus ride and tickets to walk around. I enjoyed myself but my only complaint is that our driver tuned off the bus and asked all 54 adults to stay in the bus in a 31 degree heat with no ac for 30 minutes while he got our tickets…

The company was very professional and accommodating. The bus was very clean. Luckily we got Malcolm as our guide. He had us laughing most of the trip. Great sense of humor!! He was also very knowledgeable about so many things about London and Stonehenge. His commentary made the trip an absolute delight. I was also very impressed by how conscientious of a driver he was.
We also paid the extra for the fish-n-chip meal. It was a good deal for only $12 each. The fish was so good. I'm glad we paid for this add-on.

The Stonehenge itself is amazing, well worth a trip.
But I can't recommend the shuttle Bus. For a start, the time you have at Stonehenge is too short, we could have used at least an hour more, easily 2.
There is also nothing luxorious with the luxury bus. They first blasted generic pop music increadibly loud, then turned on the AC that sounded like aiplane engines, and then the babies on board took turns screaming. I really don't know why anyone would bring their baby on a very long bus trip to a historical landmark, but appearantly a lot of people think that is a great idea.
So I recommend taking the train to Salisburry, I should have done that, and explored the surroundings more.

Lack of management. No instruction at all. Ppl from other tour groups they got guide maps but we don’t. No one tell us what was going on. After everyone got on the bus it just went away, and after we arrived at Stonehenge the driver just left, leave all of us in the coach with no fresh air nor AC on. More over one guy told us we only got 1 hour for Stonehenge another guy told us it was two hours. Not sure who to believe we just came back early found no one was there. At the end the driver took a detour for just one person because she lives in Heathrow excuse me why ? 10 mins detour made us stuck in central London extra 30 mins. Over all, really bad experience won’t recommend.

Premium Tours was super-organized, punctual, kind, and considerate. This was not a tour per se, which is what we expected from the title of this trip. The driver and bus station staff did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company and this tour!

To me that sounds way too tight. There are often delays de to late arrivals and traffic. Better to calculate that you will be back around 4pm.

I don't remember exactly. However, there's enough time to walk around the site a couple of times and read the information signs along the way. We didn't feel at all rushed for that part. I wish we could have spent more time visiting the museum back at the information center and for the gift shop. There was not enough time to do both to my satisfaction, but I'm glad I saw Stonehenge and would do it again.
Do you have wheelchair access facility busses to stonehenge

Usually buses are helpful in this regard, but sorry I can't help with a definite answer, because I do not remember about wheelchair access on the bus we used on the day. However you would be better off checking with the company offering the tour. They are quite helpful and would give you an accurate response.

Since we were 5 in the group, we took a private tour from Stonehenge port and we were picked up at 9 am, then to Salisbury cathedral prior to Stonehenge for 2 hours stop. We paid extra 60 pounds to the driver to drop us in Hilton a Paddington Hotel. We arrived 5 pm.

Is there any way to confirm the return time at 14:30? I need to catch a train at 14:32 or 14:37. Also, am I able to carry my luggage with?
Pat P
Paducah, KY25 contributions
The company will give you an approximate time that the bus will return and they were generally prompt when leaving Stonehenge, but the traffic can cause problems. We were at least 30 minutes late getting back due to traffic that afternoon in London. Also, you have about a 10 minute walk from the bus station to Victoria rail station. I don't think it is feasible to do the tour if you absolutely have to catch the train at 14:32 or 14:37. I would ask the company directly if you can bring your luggage.
