Great day for someone trying to see as much as possible in short period of time. Leeds Castle was the highlight for me. Beautiful and tour guide was excellent. Beautiful grounds. Dover cliff was a waste but War memorial, with WWII planes, we stopped at was touching. Canterbury was a great place to visit and we had enough time for very nice lunch in shopping area. On to Greenwich which was also nice but a lot of walking especially down the hill to water taxi. Water taxi was neat but it is not a tour boat. Leaves you off at Embankment pier from which it was easy to get the tube.

The tour we had today was great. Our guide was very helpful, ready for us when we arrived and very informative. We learned a lot about the history of the castle and while our guide had a lot to say, he also didn't talk the whole way there so we could just admire the country side on the way there. He always explained what we would be doing and where and pointed out landmarks so that when we were let loose to explore on our own, we could find our way back easily and on time. The Leeds Castle was beautiful and even though it drizzled the day of our tour (in October) the grounds were just stunning with lawns, the lake and black and white stands and other water birds. The interiors were not like your usual ancient castle since they've been modernized by the last private owner so it was a bit like entering one of the homes of the rich and famous. After Leeds was Dover which was brief but impressive. Then we went to Canterbury and the town was mainly gift shops but the Canterbury Cathedral was splendid with amazing stained glass windows and the best part of the whole stop in Canterbury (my opinion). Then we came back to London and got off the bus in Greenwich and briefly heard about the Queen's House, the Maritime Museum and the buildings around there, then we saw the Cutty Sark and hopped on a riverboat that was quite comfortable for a cruise back to the middle of London. All around interesting, entertaining thanks to our guide and I learned a lot too.

We booked this about two weeks ahead of our scheduled visit. Two days before we were scheduled to go on the tour I called a company with a question. At that time they told me the trip was not yet “confirmed” even though I had already paid. It turns out they were holding out hoping for more people. They could not tell me if and when they would be making a final determination as to whether the trip would even take place. They then canceled and refunded my money. Very poor customer service. Had I not called with question I’m not sure they would’ve ever told me until I showed up that it was cancelled.

Been a dream of mine to see the white cliffs of Dover. Booked tour on a very jammed pack family vacation to London to fulfill that dream. Leeds and Canterbury were bonuses in my mind. Couldn't believe what they did. First, the tour company loaded at least 8 other tours that were much closer in proximity to London, and then realized Tour 7 hadn't gone yet. We left the station almost 1 hour later than we were scheduled to leave. Then on the way to Leeds Castle, the tour guide tells us that there was a strike in France causing traffic on the Chunnel, so we wouldn't be going to Dover. This was infuriating as now we were absolutely stuck on this tour. We sacrificed some things we wanted to do elsewhere to go on this trip. We googled the problem on the border and discovered that this had been going on for 2 days, and they should've been well aware of it, and notified us before we left on a tour centered around the famous attraction. Then, because we left the station so late, we missed our promised private tour of Leeds Castle. We had to view it with loads of school children and no guide as he had promised to lead us through before it opened to the public. Leeds Castle is a little overrated if not paired with Dover, so it was all a big disappointment. Canterbury was lovely of course, but just not good enough as they offered no compensation for our loss. Then they ended the tour with Greenwich and a boat ride down the Thames back to London, but after 8 hours of being on a bus, we were dropped off on the other side of the park and had to walk over 1 ½ to get where we were going. It was an awful day, and I wouldn't recommend it. If you want to go see Dover, take a train! I will do it some day! The Tour Guide was really nice and a good guide. The situation was out of his hands, but he offered nothing to make it all better.

This tour started with a guided visit to Leeds Castle, then we stopped in Dover for a few minutes (enough for taking photos of the White Cliffs) and later we were given almost 2 hs to explore Canterbury (stunning!). On the way back, we took a cruise at Greenwich Pier.

Our guide for this tour was pretty boring, and only gave facts on the bus. At the sites, we were on our own to explore, which was fine. There was no set time for lunch, so you did have to sacrifice time at the sights to eat. The tour ended in a very strange way. We all just got onto the public transport ferry and wandered away at the last stop. There was no 'goodbye, thank you' etc. There was no point in going to Greenwich, it felt like it was just to add some more to the itinerary.

This was a good tour. I had a friend tell me, "don't go to Dover, there's nothing there". But we didn't actually stop in the town of Dover. We stopped at the Battle of Britain Memorial, which I enjoyed. There was a view of the white cliffs from there. Dover Castle looked interesting, but we didn't stop there, just saw it out the window. Leeds Castle was the highlight of the trip in my opinion. The tour was very good. Outside the castle there's lots to do for families with kids. A maze, playground, adventure golf, etc. Part of Canterbury Castle was under scaffolding as it is undergoing restoration. My trip was on Good Friday, which I didn't realize when I booked months ago, so it wasn't open for tours. No worries, it was still beautiful to stroll the grounds. We had plenty of time to walk about the shops and have a leisurely lunch in historic old Canterbury. We ended in Greenwich with a water taxi to Enbankment, across from the Eye. I would have preferred to see the Royal Observatory (even though it was closed) and made my own way back by rail or water taxi. The only negative thing I can say about this trip is that the web site advertised free WiFi on the bus but there was none. Tour guide Carol did an excellent job pointing out the sites and history along the way.

We very much enjoyed this tour.. Was a little worried after reading some of the negative reviews about how things were a bit disorganized at the Coach Terminal, but did not experience any such issues. We read the instructions in the confirmation email, took transportation to the Victoria Coach Terminal (not the train station) and arrived ~30 min early.. we immediately went to gates 18-20 and contacted the staff at gate 19 and were told to standby for our specific tour... We had Benjamin as our Tour Guide and an excellent bus driver (did not catch his name but he's from Turkey). Travel from London to the various locations was safe, well timed and quite comfortable on the Premium Tour Bus. There were only 20 of us on the tour Oct 12th so there was plenty of room to spread out and relax. The driver provided good color commentary and insight into the various locations we visited or drove through. He was personable and quite friendly to all patrons on the tour. Am glad we decided to take a risk and schedule the tour, not only did we take some beautiful photos but we also enjoyed learning more as we went along.

Went on this trip on Monday 20 August 2018 with my mother who walks with a stick. Got to Victoria Station and found the gates the tours go from. Many tours on that day and it was a bit chaotic no clearly defined places to stand for each tour so everyone milling around not great for my mother. The tours were called and you then had to try and get to the door to follow the guide to the coach. On this day the coaches were schedulled to board at 8.15 but we didn't start boarding til 8.30. The coach left Victoria late. The drive through London down to Leeds Castle was very smooth and the guide was good telling us interesting stories along the way. Once at Leeds Castle our private tour was cut short and very rushed as the public were waiting to go in and in some places our guide had to move people on. The guide at the castle was good and very informative would have liked it to be less rushed. As we were late into Leeds Castle didn't have as much time as I would have liked to check out the grounds. We then headed to Dover (it was a little after 12.00) and stopped off on the way at the Battle of Britain memorial to take photos. Then headed through Dover on way to Canterbury. When I checked details of the tour I was informed that Canterbury would be the stop for lunch. We got to Canterbury around 2.00ish not really my idea of lunchtime. My tour didn't include entry into the Catherdal but our guide said I could pay at the gate and he would show me where. The coach stopped at the bus garage and the guide said it was 5 minutes to the Catherdal. He took off with all the other passengers leaving me and my mother to make our way on our own as she is not able to walk fast and we didn't have the chance to call him back and ask him to slow down. We had til 4.00pm for eating, looking round the Catherdal and Canterbury not enough time. To avoid being left behind we got to the meeting point early and the guide gave us directions back to he bus garage so we could walk at my mother's pace. The coach then headed back to London heading to Greenwich. We were booked on the 5.53 Thames Clipper the guide said and we arrived in Greenwich at 5.35. We had enough time to quickly photograph the Cutty Sark and then head to the Clipper. As I am a Londoner I didn't mind as I have been to Greenwich before but if you wanted to see Greenwich you wouldn't have been happy. The cruise part of the tour isn't so much of a cruise as it is the regular communter ferry and the guide made no effort to keep the group together to explain anything he just sat away from us. All in all I enjoyed Leeds Castle and the Catherdal but felt the day was rushed and a bit hurried and think perhaps it should be limited to Leeds Castle & Canterbury to allow people to enjoy both venues and make the most of the visit. I am not sure I would book on another Premium tour though the coach was very comfortable.
