Would have like a few more hours added
Meeting place is the gate at the station whatever time you have. Bus was clean ride was smooth. Tickets given when you arrive you have so many hours then meet back for the bus to return. The bus takes up a lot of the time so you can’t leisurely spend time there but we saw everything. Lots of pictures can be taken there.

      Magical day out
Best day out ever. The whole tour showed the back story, props, prosthetics. It was magical. Better than Lego land, Universal and Disney.

      Good Tour Guide
Steve was really nice and friendly. I enjoyed his tour. I really liked the Shakespeare's school tour. Bath was nice too but needs more time.

      Excellent experience
The views were amazing and the trip gave enough time per stop to take in the visit. The guide was very well versed and was able to share alot of information per stop and even information regarding the country in general. Would recommend.

It’s a bus ride, then you’re on your own.
This was a fairly comfortable bus ride to Stonehenge and Bath. It wasn’t much of a tour. We got some info on London history on the way out of town. Stonehenge is on your own with an app, which they don’t tell you to download until you’re on the bus without WiFi and you probably won’t have your earbuds since you won’t know this ahead of time. Bath was also mostly on our own because we booked the Jane Austen experience which is just the tour guide handing you tickets and showing you where it is. There was a walking tour in Bath, but the guide walked really fast and made us all hike up a hill with zero info on the way up so we decided to go on our own. We didn’t book a hike, and if there wasn’t going to be a *guided* tour, there was no point. If you’re an Austen fan, the JA experience is very interesting, and Bath has lots of shops and restaurants to visit. Technically you could do all this on your own. It was nice not to have to figure out our own way with trains and buses, but I’m not sure it’s worth the price.

      Wonderful Day Touring
Very comfortable and clean double-decker bus. John, our guide, was extremely informative and friendly. Both sights were amazing - with plenty of time to explore both locations. Be prepared for a long day - but well worth it. John also pointed out places of interest along the way during our 2-hour bus trip. Heads up - upon arrival back in London, we were dropped off at Gloucester Road Underground Station - so you can be prepared to go on to your final destination. Perfect for us as we were one-stop away from our hotel.

      Fantastic Experience
Wonderful tour with Carol, our amazing and knowledgeable guide and Afifi, our driver. Be prepared for a full-day of touring. Very comfortable, clean bus. Premium staff at Victoria Coach Station were incredible. Since my daughter has disabilities, they allowed us to board the bus first. The schedule changed for Changing of the Guard - so we did not get to see that. Buckingham Palace's decision - not Premium. Very minor disappointment which was made up for by seeing the changing of the King's Horse Guards on The Mall. Tired at end of day, but well worth the experience.

      Fabulous
Excellent tour - we had Alan as our tour guide who was fabulous - very informative without being boring & a great sense of humour. If your time is limited or you just want a taster of what to do so you can return to the areas that interest you - this is the trip for you. Highly recommend doing the early morning tour if you can as much quieter for viewing Buckingham Palace before the crowds.

      Don't go with this operator
The problem wasn't with the Harry Potter tour, the problem was with the tour operator, the bus driver was rude, he left a family of six, five of them were at the bus telling the driver that one of them was on the way, he told them to get out, that he was already late and left them. Then he didn't even announce where he was dropping us off, took me a little while to figure where we were. So, if you want to go to the Warner Bros. Harry Potter tour book it with a different operator

Your was great, although rushed we squeezed so much into the day, well done to the tour company for moving so many of us to so many places. My only negative is the tour guide said ‘I know you’re supposed to wear seat belts on the bus but don’t’. This was to the day 12 months since the Australian bus disaster with 10 people who died when the bus tipped over, everyone fell onto the windows and dragged under the bus due to no seatbelts. Nearly every person on the bus died or was very badly injured. The tour guide was reckless in his comments, he also grabbed the driver under the neck as a joke while he was driving. Please train your guides to take safety instructions seriously.

Great tour thanks largely to a terrific tour guide.
I took this tour on June 7, 2024 with my son, who I took to London to celebrate his 40th birthday. It is a long tour, lasting close to 11 hours, but it was well worth it. The bus took us to Bibery, Burford and Stow, which were all worth seeing. The best part of the tour was our guide, Toby, who was probably the best tour guide I have ever had. He was interesting and funny and just a really nice person, What impressed me was that before the tour ended he went around to everyone on the tour and asked where they were going and made sure that they had directions on the underground to take them back to their hotels. His concern for the well-being of the people taking the tour was very impressive. My son and I really enjoyed this tour thanks largely to Toby.

We booked this tour months prior as our daughter was only going to be in London with us for a few days....Got call on March 4 that our trip on March 21 is cancelled...they did offer trips before and after however that simply was not possible. Just a shame this company charges a 100% cancellation penalty and does not honor its bookings.

Dear customer, We are very sorry for this cancellation and we understand your disappointment. Due to current global epidemic situation we had to cancel your tour. Premium Tours has been trying to be as flexible as possible towards other customers who had to cancel their travel plans due to corona virus and as result we had to cancel some of the dates in March. Please accept our sincere apologies.

Wonderful day trip to Paris. Arrangements were handled very effectively including border crossing under busy circumstances. it was hard to imagine being able to absorb Paris in a day but this outing is certainly well worth the price and does wet ones appetite for a return visit. A cruise along the Seine, lunch at a small cafe.... All wonderful experiences.
We spent the last couple hrs meandering through the Louvre, and were rewarded with an informal cello performance beneath one of the archways as we were departing.
Anna was brilliant at collecting us all at the end of the afternoon and escorting us back through the busy train station at peak time.
    Bravo!

I will admit the rain contributed to the horrible time but can’t excuse the chaotic and over crowded tour experience. One guide for 50 people is just ridiculous. Waiting in a hot bus behind a stopped emergency vehicle, where there was no emergency, for over 30 minutes is unacceptable. Then walking several blocks thru heavy rain to experience an Eiffel tower restaurant lunch, just to be told our lunch reservation was going to be an hour late and we were told to wait outside in the rain. The lunch was ok but not worth the money spent. Next was a terrible adventure to find the meet up spot for the boat ride where we decided to skip rather than choosing between sitting on the crowded first level or standing in the rain on the top level.
Lastly we had 35 minutes to either run up 3 levels and cross a busy street to shop or a quick look at the Louvre gardens.
Please reduce the tour group size, share more of the itinerary in advance and consider adjusting when the weather is not favorable. Overall too much is squeezed into this day trip tour and Paris was disappointing, dirty, crowded and the people are not friendly.

We did the full experience with lunch in the tower. It was kinda unorganized we got to the tower late after a bus tour of the city which was very sketchy, driving in Paris is insane I’m glad we were on the bus and not driving, however the consistent breaking will make you car sick. It took forever to get into the tower once arrived. The elevator process was very very slow which pushed us behind on our reservation time for lunch. Once we were there it took forever to get our food. We were too late to make the reservation time for the boat cruise so to ensure we got all of the experance our tour guide changed the time to later and then pushed us up to ensure we made the next boat once we arrived. It just made us feel very rushed. On the boat cruise it was very hard to hear and understand what they were saying so majority of the time we had no idea what we were looking at they did offer an option to follow along on your phone thankfully. Once we left that we did get 1.5 hours of free time at a local mall but majority of the stores were closed. I was so excited to see the city and tower however I expected more from the city. The smell of urine throughout the street and the amount of trash along the city was kinda depressing. Our tour guide was great bubbly personality and knowledgeable about the city, answered all of the questions asked and knew the ins and out on where to sit and where to go for cheaper option souvenirs.

Our family of three, including our 13-year-old son, took this guided tour with Anna right after Easter. The tour was well organized and efficient, and Anna was an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable guide. We chose the option which included lunch at the Eiffel Tower and truly enjoyed the food and the experience. We thought the lunch option was well worth it since we made it to the viewing platform and had incredible views of the city. We booked tickets to the Louvre on our own (Tip: we booked a 4:30 entrance time, which was just right with catching an Uber from lunch), and Anna was very accommodating in having us meet up with the group by the inverted pyramid inside the Louvre once we were finished touring since that’s where the bus picks you up to head back to the train station. Others chose to explore Paris on their own but having been there before and knowing how sprawling the city is, we didn’t feel like we would have enough time to do much and thought we would rather show our son the Mona Lisa since it was his first trip to Paris.

Overall, I would highly recommend this trip if you are wanting a quick overview of Paris to get a feel for the city and see highlights like the Eiffel Tower and the beautiful scenery along the Seine.

This tour felt like a school field trip. The standard coach seats on Eurostar were a bit tight, as was the motor coach that took us around. We did see a few landmarks but mostly the coach tour consisted of being stuck in gridlock traffic. Through miscommunication, our large group lost out on priority entrance to Eiffel Tower lunch, where seating is dictated by the guide. Bathroom breaks few and far in between. Treacherous steps getting down and back from boat ride. Visit to Louvre was a 25 minute stop at the gift shop. I felt hustled and frazzled the entire 15hrs. Anna did a commendable job keeping us all together, but there is always someone in the group who has no regard for others so we spent a lot of time waiting on stragglers. I dont feel I got value for the amount this tour cost, and certainly did not feel it was in any way "luxury."

The experience was unforgettable for all the right reasons.
I bought this trip for my husband through Buy a Gift, and we were impressed with the efficiency of Premium Tours from start to finish. Selecting the date for September (rather fortuitous as it turned out Paris is not busy at this time of year!) we had prompt booking confirmation and itinerary sent. On arrival at Kings Cross we were met by the gregarious Anna who set out the plans and helped us board the Eurostar. Once seated, she came personally to each group of travellers and was quick to identify those with special needs and ensure they were included and felt at ease. This was apparent throughout the visit with customer satisfaction very much the order of the day.
The coach picked us up promptly at La Gare du Nord and the driver clearly was expert at navigating the capital, making adjustments to the circuit and negotiating road closures due to King Charles' visit. Unfortunately this meant no Champs- Elysses nor Arc de Triomphe but plenty of other landmarks on route and stop offs at Eiffel Tower (priority and no queuing), a beautiful trip on the Seine passing Musee d'Orsay and Notre Dame.
Lunch on the 2nd floor at Madame Brasserie, Michelin starred, was a delight with alll diets catered for and a choice of wines. Again the arrangements for lunch were finely tuned with a little time to take in the breathtaking sites from the viewing decks and browse before gathering to dine. We were fortunate enough to have a perfect window table which, despite the rain was, splendid. After the cruise on the Seine we had a final stop at The Carrousel du Louvre where there were opportunities to shop in the mall or take in the breathtaking sites of the Louvre and the Place du Carrousel above ground.
Anna ensured we had ample time to make our way back to Gare du Nord and pick up any last minute duty free before clambering aboard full steam.
The trip was well balanced and all travellers experienced a soupcon of Paris and arrived back in London yearning for more. Much of the success of this trip lies in the guide and we were lucky to have been matched with the knowledgeable and affable Anna who is an excellent ambassador for Premium Tours.

While visiting London and on limited time, we decided to book a day trip to Paris with Premium Tours. This was our first time in Paris and it was AWESOME! Anna was our tour guide and she did such a fantastic job! She was very friendly, knowledgeable & informative, and she has a great sense of humor which got everyone engaged and made for an enjoyable experience! This day trip got in ALL of the main attractions we wanted to see in Paris + some shopping, and I would highly recommend getting the lunch @ the Eiffel Tower option! What a wonderful experience, Thank you for the memories Anna!!

DO NOT EVER book an experience with Premium Tours - London Tours. We paid $400+ for a “luxury” day tour of Paris, but were ABANDONED at the Eiffel Tower by our guide after lunch because there wasn’t enough time for everyone on the tour to get down on the lift. When I requested a partial refund because we missed most of the experience, the brand manager made excuses and blamed me and my traveling companions for not getting to the meeting point on time. We were told to pay for a taxi to get to the train station. This is a compact hat does not understand customer service, and is not willing to take responsibility for the clients in their care.

Dear Jeanne, As per our e-mail conversations, we are very sorry that you were not satisfied with the tour. You notified our guide on the train that you are disabled & as a result of recent surgery - a very slow walker, but you did not take a wheelchair along with you. Our tours can accommodate a foldable wheelchair without issues - which we would have advised you of, had you called us in advance. Unfortunately we had no information of your disability ahead of the tour. During the day our guide always ensured that everyone is on board, before leaving one place to another. Anna also re-arranged the drop off point for the Eiffel Tower to shorten the walking distance for your convenience. We arrived to the lunch in timely manner. Our guide swiftly discussed with the restaurant shift manager where would be best to seat you for quicker entry/exit & you were seated just the opposite of accessible lifts. After the lunch, you queued for the restrooms, some customers climbed to the 2nd floor. However most importantly, Anna had given everyone a time & place to meet in order to embark on a river cruise. We had 50 minutes since the lunch was finished to get to a next meeting point, everyone else in the group made it, including our senior members of the group - you arrived with a 30 minute delay. While we can wait during other parts of the tour, we cannot when we are dependent on 3rd party providers. The boat leaves at a certain time, once it has departed, there is not much we can do. However Anna offered you to take the next boat, she also explained that if you do, you would need to take a taxi to the Paris Gare Du Nord station as the group had to move on to our next stop. Your decision was to continue with the group, therefore you did not take the cruise, neither a taxi to the station. We tried our best to accommodate to your needs during the day, however there was nothing we could do regarding the missed river cruise, apart from what Anna suggested to you. You still took part most of the experience. Thank you for travelling with Premium Tours.

A really professional company offering a truly wonderful experience. The best way to see a city you've never visited, or to discover new things about a place you love. All the staff we have had contact with have been extremely helpful and emails are always awnsered quickly. Our tour guide Anna was well informed, and great fun. I would highly recommend anyone to experience
