About the operator
- Mark B00Great value, great guide, good fun!Great trip definitely worth it if you are time-poor but still want to see the sites of Paris! And relatively well priced when you take into consideration how much the Eurostar tickets would normally cost you as well! Anna our guide was amazing and very knowledgeable and made the trip seamless for everyone! 10/10
- 748LeeT00Great day out at Harry Potter.Recently visited HP with my son and we loved it. It was amazing walking around and seeing all the props etc from the films. Food is expensive but it was nice to eat. The butter beer is very sweet but it's a must if you are a fan. Plenty of merchandise but they aren't cheap. But the tour is fantastic. I must have taken about 200 pictures and we would probably revisit in the future.
- L6345AZjohns00Stonehenge and Windsor, all in one!Steve and Christian were outstanding tour guides. They gave us the do’s and don’t of each stop. Kept us comfortable through the day, and made great conversational on the way. It’s an incredibly long day and you will be tired at the end, but it’s worth the adventure. Just make sure to pack a heavy snack or lunch or plan to buy some thing at Windsor castle or you may be hungry before dinner at 5 PM if that’s what your Tour will do.
- V4014LBjenniferl00Wonderful day in ParisThis was an amazing tour with an awesome and informative guide, Anna. I definitely recommend this trip!
- Dreamer3609698587000Worthy!!Had a fantastic time with my adult kids who grew up with Harry Potter. Just a tip: thoroughly read the voucher to find the precise location of the bus at Victoria Cross Station—it's a large place! Enjoy your visit.
- W9246OZelizabetht00Anna is Amazing.Anna was the best tour guide possible that I’ve ever had. Paris was gorgeous & the lunch in the Eiffel Tower was superb. She was very informative and extremely personable. Continued to make sure we were safe and knew exactly where to go. Would come back and go on another tour with her many times again.
- B4721JJjohnn00Very Good Time Eiffel Tower and River CruiseAnna was quite good with our group being informative and engaging and fun. Highly recommend Anna. Learned history of Paris during bus tour and the many buildings.
- Road3362850976200ExcellentVery good experience to see Paris in a day. The food was awesome and the guide Ana was great, funny and very helpful.
- 770suhaibk00Couldn't have asked for moreThe tour was absolutely amazing led by our tour guide, Lisa's guidance. Carlos, our bus driver, was also as friendly as it gets. Recommend it completely as their is enough time to explore all 3 places.
- C7549PXandrewk00Windsor, Stonehenge and Bath in a dayCarlos and Lisa were great, lively and kept us on track. Would very much recommend this same tour with them to our friends
- triciasB3566NM00Fantastic ExperienceWe had a fantastic time with Lisa and Carlos! We saw so many great sites and the day did not not feel rushed.
- MelissaJ71700Great tourWe had a fantastic day with Lisa and Carlos and were able to see so much. Lisa was kind and caring and made sure we saw everything we wanted to see.
- Curiosity74137500Great long day tour! The tour guide Steve was extremely talkative and knowledgeable. He definitely will teach you about everything you see and visit during the tour. The whole tour is enjoyable and the drive between sites is very well organized. I’ll definitely will recommend it for small or big groups!
- Kris89s00Pretty awesomeThe trip was pretty awesome, quite a long day, there’s so much to see. Our guide, Andrew was awesome, knowledgeable Scottish man with a sense of humor. Bath was very busy due to the Christmas markets, which made it impossible to get into the Roman bath without a reservation. Overall I recommend this tour which is helpful yo get a little taste of English culture. Shakespeare town I think was my favorite experience as it is actually interactive and not just something to look at.
- taylorlU8090PD00Beautiful TourBeautiful area! The tour was very punctual, which was appreciated, we did get back closer to 11 hours- but there was no where to cut time. The region was absolutely gorgeous, must see.

We used Premium Tours in 2019 and enjoyed our experience, so we decided to do our tours again with them. This tour advertises Changing of the Guard, but BUYER BEWARE! The fine print says "subject to availability". When our tour began our guide told us unfortunately we won't be seeing the Changing of the Guard, because in August it only takes place every other day. If I had known that, I would've booked my tour for a day it was going to take place. I emailed the company to express my concern with the fact that it was advertised, but not delivered, only to have them refer to the small print that says "subject to availability". What it should say is that in August the Changing of the Guard only happens on these certain days. The guide knew that before he picked us up, so why wouldn't that be advertised when the tour is booked? Seems like a sneaky bait and switch. Our tour guide was wonderful, but had a horrible cough the entire time and needed to clear his throat practically every time he spoke which made for an uncomfortable situation in close quarters trying to listen to his commentary. Lastly, none of the tour buses have wi-fi, so if you see that advertised somewhere, don't believe it. The guide told us that after COVID the company has yet to renew their wi-fi contract. I should have done my research and looked into the dates for Changing of the Guard, I just trusted that if the company advertised it they would follow through and offer that part on the tour.

I’m sorry to write you like this but I have to say I was really disappointed with the guide we had today and I usually don’t do this. But he went by the name of Shawn and I thought I should give a heads up moving forward that maybe you should keep a better review of personalities you choose for tours like these. Mind you I’m a public servant myself and understand complexities with certain situations. But I have to say the dialog with this man was heavy with sarcasm when most questions asked and making it so awkward and tense with most. Minimal historic insight was given and quickly geared to how he enjoys drinking and a story about himself, actually most ended with these self loathing, starved actor vibe that was relentless in each conversation that minimal was said at the end. At first I think we accepted it as humorous only to quickly realize it was something else. We had members of the tour group itself acknowledge and inform more of the history of the Westminster tour then himself. And he wrote off the Changing of the Guards as a brisk walk thru which was confusing because we had to time everything properly to be there at the right time only to get a back end of a March. And I have seen the Changing of the Guards before but my son hasn’t. I noticed he was deciding to truck thru the garden/park instead of heading towards the palace itself only for him to bark at me later for even questioning that we had missed the changing of the guards in front of my son. It was wrong and unprofessional PERIOD and unnecessary AND WE PAID FOR THIS. We paid for this mans 3 hour mental health tour about weird drinking excursions and personal stories and vague history facts. The tour was a joke and thanks for waisting my son and mines time and money. I’m telling you I’m sure I will not be the first or last to say this about chosen tour guide Shawn.

Our family is a world traveling family. This is one of the worst tours we had. And the price doesn’t justify the content of the tour ( we spent nearly $700 GB for two adults and three kids). First of all, the big reason we wanted to join this tour is that they had “guard changing ceremony” to watch for the day. Instead, after we bought and got in the bus of the day, the tour guide told us that there is no guard changing. The reason is that the guard changing is only once the other day and that day was not the day. This tells me that they knew the schedule far ahead and they didn’t disclose on their website. Feels like a scam already.
The rest of the day has been boring with the bus being driven around the city and the tour guide pointed us which famous or rich people live there, which is not our interest at all.
The River tour was not a guided tour. It was a passenger boat for the River with hundreds of folks on the boat.
Also, we had to have a poor argument at a public bathroom, where the tour guide told us we could simply walk in and got yelled at and pushed around by the worker at the bathroom facility because we didn’t pay. Kind of ruined the mood for part of the day.
Overall. A very disappointing and totally not worthwhile tour.

We had an amazing time on this all day London tour. Our guide (Zozo) was so incredibly knowledgeable and was able to quickly pivot the plan and navigate to unique areas when one of the stops was closed for a city event. We had a fantastic experience, and would highly recommend booking a tour with Premium tours based on our experience.

Overall it is a full day with a fair amount of walking involved so be prepared

Marginal at best. They skipped the changing the guard in favor of St. Paul’s Cathedral as it was opening late that day. Basically we drove around got out and walked a lot. Took pictures and then got back in the bus and did it again. Our guide had a whisper voice, walked very fast and seem disinterred in anything that wasn’t in the script. You can do much better picking the places you want to see, riding there at your leisure, buying tickets and doing it yourself. Definitely skip this one.

I booked the "Best of London" tour through Expedia,
The tour did not include several of the things that were advertised (most notably the London Eye and the changing of the guard). When I complained to the tour guide (who was rude and generally unpleasant), he suggested that I contact the company for a partial refund.
I did that and they declined the refund.
Stay away from this company.

Driving quickly by the major sights with the tour guide pointing them from inside a bus out is hardly a way to experience London. We did not see the changing of the guard or the guards at all as promised. Our cream tea consisted of four scones, one half glass of cheap champagne, and tea. We were dropped off and let go at Harrods and had no idea what was going on. Were we supposed to pay for our tea? Could we have ordered something more elaborate? The tour guide just dropped us off and left us there. This was an overpaid " extra" which we did not enjoy. We did stop off at St. Paul's Cathedral and the Tower of London. We enjoyed that. The Thames River ride was another overpaid extravagance where where landmarks were pointed out, but we did not really experience.

Our tour guide John did a fantastic job posting out historical landmarks and gave their background story when driving around London. During the stops at St Paul's Cathedral and the Tower of London John knew the best way to get in and beat the crowds. He provided in depth historical stories and had a great sense of humor. If you want to see in a day the highlights of London then this is your trip. Cheers!

This was a great tour which highlighted many of the major sight sin London. We met at 7:45 AM and it ended at 4pm so make sure you set aside the full day for it. Our tour guide Frank was informative and had a great sense of humor. He made us feel very welcome. We were very lucky to have a small tour that day so he was able to give each person a lot of attention and answered all questions. He was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend the tour!

I would just be mindful that later on there is quite a bit of walking and some of it on cobbled streets which when uneasy walking is not good! Many found them difficult

The bus takes you to places where you get off and explore with the guide. I do not think it is suited for a wheelchair.
Is this a bus tour or walking tour?

The bus is mostly to take you places where you do get out and explore the building.
