Fantastic trip! Our tour guide Nicholas and bus driver were amazing! Nicholas was a wealth of information and funny too. Only wish we could have spent more time in Bath, but it was only a one day trip.

Anna was super helpful, knowledgeable about Paris on the short timeline we had to tour it, and very friendly! She made sure everyone knew where to be, and when to be there, so the tour went smoothly.

Derrick (hope I spelled his name correctly) our tour guide and Eduardo, our driver were both the epitome of a tour. Eduardo was not only safe driving but also efficient. Derrick knows the history as well as England's culture which he shared and indulged with us all. He even taught what it's like to be as different as 'Chalk and Cheese'. My wife and I had an excellent day!

Our guide John was a mess from start to finish. He had some issues with the tickets of a group in Windsor, so he skipped all the historical explanation of the castle and arrived late to leave for our next stop to Stonehenge. He gave us just 1 hour for the Stonehenge visit which was simply not feasible for this important landmark. Only the shuttles took 15 minutes each so we were left with half an hour. We were left behind without notice (along with ~6 other people) and we missed our lunch and Lacock. Another guide took us in their group to visit Bath and go back to London. That group was much more organized and we ended up having a better experience with them. Do not recommend

Anna was Amazing! Great way to see the Eiffel Tower in a day traveling from London. I do think that more time could be spent at the Eiffel Tower instead of going to the mall/shopping area.

Stepping into the Harry Potter Warner Bros Studio Tour felt like walking right into the wizarding world! As a Harry Potter fan, I was enchanted by the incredible attention to detail in every prop, costume, and set. It was a dream come true to see Hogwarts come alive, and I was absolutely spellbound by the magic around every corner. And, of course, sipping on Butterbeer was a delicious highlight! I only wish I’d had more time to explore every corner of this magical place. The only downside was the bus ride there. I had expected one of those spectacular, themed buses you see around London, but unfortunately, it was just a standard, rather hot two-story bus—not even red! Even my mum, who joined me on the tour, was captivated by the magic. She marvelled at how the films are so much more than just the actors—the real magic happens behind the scenes. For any Harry Potter fan, this tour is an absolute must-do. It truly brings the magic to life!

The tour guide (Ava) and the driver (Joanna) were great. The villages are gorgeous and we had ample time at each spot. I’m glad to have taken the lunch option since there is not a lot of options at Bibury.

Had a fantastic day trip to Paris with premium tours and our guide Anna. Everything was well organised the train, the bus, the boat trip, the Eiffel Tower and the quick stop at the Louvre. The lunch at the tower was a real highlight. Anna was very charming and funny giving us lots of information about Paris as we drove around. She was very clear with her instructions, meeting points and timings and very thoughtful and considerate of the group. A fabulous experience.

Absolutely amazing experience. Everything went smooth and was well planned out. Out guide Anna was terrific and went above and beyond.

We loved the entire experience. The bus was awesome. The ac worked. We ate at the studio tour. Had to get butter beer! The sets are fabulous. Would go again.

The highlight of our trip to London. Our tour guide Nicholas and driver Wasami are exceptional. Nicholas has so much knowledge and experience as a local that it makes the trip interesting and fun at the same time. He took great care of the group till the very end providing each and every one directions on how to get back to our hotels from the drop off location. Highly recommend it!!!

Great tour, very well organized. Early start is a bit tricky, but well worth everything you'll get to see and experience during the tour. Our guide (Nicholas) and driver were amazing and have made our trip interesting and comfortable. Pub lunch was really good, all recommendations for the menu.

I've been wanting to go on this tour for a long time and it didn't disappoint. We got the free bus from Watford Junction. We had to wait a good 20 minutes in the queue for the bus as we didn't all fit onto one. The bus stank of pee. All of the staff were friendly, enthusiastic and very helpful. Be prepared to queue a lot - to pick up the digital guide, drop off jackets, the toilet, getting onto the Hogwarts Express, getting food etc The first part of the tour staggers the group but the staff are good at getting you excited about your visit and take your mind off standing. You're soon free to wander but it is very busy and easy to miss bits because there's so many people. The food is OK but nothing special. The shop is really cool.

We took a trip on a Sunday and it was the last booking of the night. We weren't too sure how it was going to turn out but every staff member we met seemed to be full of energy and they made the experience what it was! It's the second visit we've had and it's still a magical experience. Would recommend a trip to visit them.
