The place is a palace to me, Anfield is beautiful on tele and even more in person.
We loved the tour and everything that comes with it, the price is amazingly cheap for what you get.
The pitch is beautiful and standing where klopp stands just sends your imagination wild especially if you was him and turning around and seeing the amazing fans this club has.
Loved it!

Special place & fantastic to visit Anfield!!
For years we've always said, we would visit Liverpool Stadium as tour, having been to many matches. It was much more than we expected & seriously, every fan should do this tour. Time flew by, as we saw history, culture and a wonderful overall experience. A great day out for couple, family or even if you want to do a solo visit. Highly recommend the stadium/museum tour. Especially the video where Jurgen Klopp welcomes you to the stadium tour! Only regret is, we didn't do these tours 10 years back. It's one we'll do again in a few years as the stadium grows, more trophies and more memories to capture. Would also recommend walking around the stadium, outside, as unique place to capture memories. There's exceptional Street Graffiti & Artwork on walls, that need to be seen and captured too! Especially the Jurgen Klopp one on Jamaica Street, worth driving out to snap that. This is a must visit tour! 10/10

I have to say that this is fantastic value for money. Husband is the Liverpool fan and has been to matches here but he really enjoyed the tour. It's very well organised by timed entry so you don't feel rushed through the tour. Headsets tell the story and set the scene for every part of the stadium. The 360 pitch images which show you match day crowds around you is brilliant. Had our photo taken with a couple of trophies.
Museum entry is included and lots of history is on view that made for a very interesting display for even our eldest son who has no interest in football.
Think we spent 2 1/2 to 3 hours at the stadium.

There was no clear info about the limitations to tours on match days!! So disappointing to discover just how restricted it was, when we arrived. The info should be much clearer at the point of booking - we didn't get to experience the changing room, the press room, the players' tunnel nor the dugout. We had found the small print about no access to the changing room on match days, but nothing about the other areas, so we had a very limited tour indeed - our 12yo son was bitterly disappointed (as were we). The tour guide was informative and funny, but his frequent use of the word "bloody" was, I felt, inappropriate - especially with a few youngsters on the tour.
Get your act together LFC, and give clear upfront info at the time of booking about tour limitations on match days!!!

Massive queues waited 30 mins even though we booked as advised to speed things up, Forget getting the cup photo - absolute chaos - one person on the till in the museum explaining everything, waited 30 mins and gave up. Apparently 2000 going through today. If you know that, plan for it and only allow so many to book for specific times and have the staff available, there were plenty around the stadium. Later in around 3pm it was empty so spread out bookings and make sure people stick to them.
However, the tour was great loads of interesting information and the audio guide was very helpful. The staff in the tour were helpful although a couple could smile a bit more and not shout at the kids who were giddy to be there (not mine)
Will maybe go again during the week when it’s quieter and we can enjoy the experience more.

I attended on the 28th March 2023 never been to the area was caught in traffic, 10 mins late . The staff at the reception were very helpful and got me too the tour guide and group . From that moment big dissatisfaction really tour guide was shocking, hurrying us through like cattle no time to enjoy the tour. Same narrative 🙄 with the other tour guide was at the back counted him leaving us 3 times to use a comfort break 'weak bladder'. No substance really tour guide leading was not capable of presentation for this great club , un professional and awkward he looked disinterested at all times .
Completely rushed lacked knowledge of the club , other guy kept leaving to use the toilet .
Liverpool football club need to address this issue.

I will admit I am not a Liverpool fan, far from it! But this review is in no reflection of that. I took my 14 year old and my father in law as my father in law is a Liverpool fan.
I booked the stadium tour online, which was fine and an easy process. I am not from Liverpool and I had no real idea of the parking situation but as it was a matchday for Everton, you had to pay £10 cash only to park in the car park. This was not made clear to us. All it said was you can park in the Stanley Car Park for free on non match day. Well, Liverpool were not playing so I assumed no need to pay but this was the first issue.
We arrived early and were let in for the tour with no problem because it was "self guided!" We were not aware of this. Other tours I have been on have all been guided. They said it was at our own leisure which is a bit of an inaccurate statement.
Anyway, within 45 minutes we were out. It was good to see the stadium and mark it off the list but when they say self guided, they still stop you and move you on at times they see fit. So it isnt fully at your leisure. It would have been better to have a guide to talk through the tour, the little handheld thing they gave was not loud enough and some of the people on tour were complaining it didnt work at all.
OK so onto the muesum ... well its small considering the history of Liverpool. 30 mins max and youve seen it all.
Completely underwhelming and I would not rush back here for a tour again.

Brilliant experience. The stadium itself is absolutely beautiful, but what takes the experience over the edge is the clever mix of technology and the friendliness of all of the staff.
Standing looking over the pitch and hearing 50k people sing you’ll never walk alone is mind blowing. The knowledge and personal anecdotes of the staff were really fabulous too.

My mum is die hard Liverpool fan and I took her to Anfield for the very first time. She absolutely loved it and enjoyed every moment, so much so there were tears in her eyes! Happy tears btw, of being able to see a magnificent stadium and to learn lots about the club. I myself am not a Liverpool fan but enjoyed the tour and experience and would recommend it to anybody. Gordon, our tour guide is one of the nicest people we met and made our tour such a delight. He embodies what every football fan should be, loyal to their club but considerate and kind to others regardless who they support. I want to thank Gordon especially for being so welcoming and making it a lovely day for us.

To start with, we found it difficult to get to the parking. Because of numerous roadworks around the area, and works at the rear of the stadium it was tricky to work out how to get there. It is not well signposted.
Once we arrived we were quickly served and given our own audio guides and headphones. A guide took us to the escalator and we were sent on our way. I did enjoy listening to the audio guide but would have preferred a human tour guide like we experienced at Etihad.
The actual stadium and backstage areas are amazing and I absolutely loved every minute of getting to look around. My son, the LFC supporter, was absolutely blown away by it all. And even my other son, a spurs fan, enjoyed every minute.
The museum is worth visiting too but again signposting is poor so we followed some random people to find it 😂
It’s a shame the boot room restaurant is now the staff canteen because it was recommended to me by a friend.
On the whole, we’ll worth a visit.

Hi, we have booked the stadium tour for this week but I was wondering if you can wear other team colours? We are Rangers fans but Liverpool is our 2nd favourite team, but the kids don't want to be wearing Liverpool kits the week Rangers are playing Liverpool twice. So would it be okay for the kids to wear Rangers tops?
We've always wanted to do the Anfield tour so thought we'd fit it in this week as we will be down there for the game
