We had a brilliant day The staff were very experienced, very believable. The whole atmosphere had a great feel about it. Timing was just right. The big drop at the end is definitely worth it can be busy at times and wouldn't recommend if you have a wheel chair or mobility scooter as if dego is designed for them my poor mum had to miss out bless her

Warning: If your mobility is impaired or you are ‘elderly’ don’t visit this attraction. Whoever designed this feature never gave any consideration to the elderly or people with limited walking ability. In part you have to bend doubly forward to pass beneath heavy material hanging from above. There is nowhere to sit or rest. We took young children with ages 8 to 12. The youngest was frightened by what she saw.

Me and my partner visited as part of the big ticket, really an informative place with plenty of history, topics covered included the plague, the battle of the roses and torture.

There are jump scares and would recommend that if children are easily frightened it's probably best to avoid.

The actors/actresses were great but be prepared as crowd participation is not voluntary.
