There was a mixup (totally my fault) regarding our transfer arrangements, and these guys were total pros and extremely courteous helping sort it all out. Lots of businesses are good with easy stuff, but you really see a company’s worth in how they handle problems. This company is AWESOME!

Transatlantic Cruise on NCL disembarked at Horizon Cruise terminal Southampton. Don’t be sheep and get ripped off. Heavily enforced taxi geared to overpricing . Book an Uber for a fraction of what the other taxis charged. Walk a short distance to the IKEA store and you can get more reasonably priced cabs. We were able to get an extremely comfortable van to the Flat we rented in London without being fleeced.

Viator of Tripadvisor is simply awesome. It has made both our cruise and our visit of London that much easier and more comfortable. Our use of Viator's services in our Oct 2023 trip included: 1. Private Shuttle Services between Southampton Cruise Terminals and London, both back and forth and 2 Private Shuttle between Heathrow airport to our hotel Hyatt Regency, London-Churchill, back and forth. Vicator's services included the driver, the large comfortable car, its total reliability (on time in all four long trips) and the price are all super. I have no hesitation to recommend Viator to all our friends and other future passengers. In all, Viator's services are sincerely appreciated and highly recommended by us.

Although the trip by private car is a bit expensive, it was much more convenient and time efficient than going to Hampton Court by taxi and train. The driver was prompt and extremely courteous.

We hired a private car to pick us up at Heathrow, stop over at Stonehenge, and we added a second stop at The Tank Museum. Our driver was right on time at 8 am (meeting us in front of the WHSmith shop when you exit customs). Visits to Stonehenge and The Tank Museum were perfect - we could not have asked for better service. The service was for my family of 5 - me, hubby, and 3 boys (21, 19, 15). I highly recommend Travel Brake!

Was were we were told to be, and waiting 40 mins. While waiting we were calling and emailing with no answer. Did not work nor did they authorize a refund. Rational was because the did eventually show up.... late. We had to pay a taxi. It was a long flight and they had ALL of my information to communicate with me.

Driver was on time! Vehicle was immaculate and driver personable. Could not ask for a better experience.

The shuttle service was excellent! We booked a private shuttle. The driver was friendly and very willing to help. He made a point of coming a little early, and we arrived in plenty f time to catch our flight.

Our guide Sandy made this tour. She was concerned with transportation to Hampton Court as there was a rail strike the day we were arriving. 5-6 emails/ text to make sure we worked around the transportation to Hampton Court from our St James Place hotel. Sandy made the experience the best ever. Knowledge of English history and experience with the Palace and options of places of interest were very much appreciated in our group of four. She was terrific and were most pleased!

Our driver, Kazi, was so wonderful. Everything went smoothly and he directed us very nicely. Windsor castle is one of the best. Getting to see that church up close wax amazing.

I had my own agenda for this day - in addition to Stonehenge I wanted to visit the village my ancestors came from - Steeple Ashton - though it is quite off the beaten path. Juliana MacNicol was outstanding and made sure we had a day that will be a cherished memory. I recommend her!

Windsor Castle was amazing our service from London to Windsor and back was very nice and very easy, highly recommend this company, it was very nice that they pre-booked our tickets as when we arrived there was a queue but we walked straight in as we already had our tickets.
