We needed to get from London to Southampton to meet our cruise ship. We decided to splurge on a private transfer, not realizing how great of a decision it would turn out to be. Robert and Roadtripz was everything we needed in a transfer and tour guide. Punctual, knowledgeable, clean, safe, and time efficient. From the moment we first contacted him, he helped us optimize our day with our needs in mind. Once we met Robert, he became more than just a tour guide. His personality and demeanor made us feel welcomed and at ease. By the end of the day we came to think of him as a friend that we want to travel with again. With his expert knowledge, he got us where we needed to be, when we needed to be there, and was able to squeeze some extra sights in along the way. From knowing the right place to park, the right line to get in when we arrived, and even being able to help with a great spot to watch the Changing of the Guard at Windsor Castle, he was the help we needed. When time is valuable on vacation, he made suggestions that saved us time and money. We are already planning another trip to England, and we plan to try and use Robert and his company to make the most of our trip.
