Dispatch sent him to airport instead of cruise terminal. Driver showed up 2 hours late. DO NOT BOOK with this company. Booked this transfer for 25th March 2024, 8 months ago at fixed price. Transfer for 1 in a 1-3 person vehicle. When I asked about luggage (I had 2 check in & 1 carry on) I was told that I would need to pay more to upgrade to a minivan! Unbelievably bad customer service, and just trying to 'rip' the customer off, as there is absolutely no reason for a bigger vehicle.
I cancelled the booking, and booked with a reputable local company for less money, with the same size of vehicle, and taking all my luggage.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
