Booked this transfer for 25th March 2024, 8 months ago at fixed price. Transfer for 1 in a 1-3 person vehicle. When I asked about luggage (I had 2 check in & 1 carry on) I was told that I would need to pay more to upgrade to a minivan! Unbelievably bad customer service, and just trying to 'rip' the customer off, as there is absolutely no reason for a bigger vehicle. I cancelled the booking, and booked with a reputable local company for less money, with the same size of vehicle, and taking all my luggage. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!Written February 19, 2024

Dispatch sent him to airport instead of cruise terminal. Driver showed up 2 hours late. On the way to airport driver had to stop for gas, we finally arrived at Heathrow Airport with less than 1 hour before flight left. A total disaster with the private serviceWritten July 28, 2019
