What a horrid company!!

This is the ONLY tour company that refused a refund during this global pandemic. I will be very sure to make sure everyone I know to never, ever use this company whenever they cruise to the UK. Even if they had to hold back a booking charge or give a credit for future years - that would be acceptable.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, as the supplier I understand your frustration that you were not offered any alternative options to resolve this matter via your travel/booking agency as this service was not booked directly through us we are bound to follow the terms and conditions as stated on our products description which appears on your travel/booking agency website, as we do not process your payment or are provided with your payment details we are on able to process any refund from our side.
