Visit Guernsey with Helen. Outstanding.
Helen was our tour guide. She was excellent. Friendly. Educational. We highly recommend her and the tour. Don’t miss it.

The weather was bad and the cruise ship tenders couldn’t come in. So the tour guide thought all of her clients couldn’t make the tour.she wasn’t informed that my husband and I were staying in the island. We waited at the pickup site and.she did not show. We finally got in touch with her and she had already started to focus on another aspect of her job. She sent a 25 year old taxi driver to give us a tour. It was ok, but for 368 pounds we don’t believe we got the full tour that we signed up for. At this point we probably won’t sign up for another tour with WOW A Tour. The first tour we took last year with this company, the guide was over an hour late.

They cancelled on us !

We couldn't believe it, but our tour was cancelled 2 days before the tour! We had just landed in London when we received an email that the tour was cancelled due to "illness and low driver guides" and that we "might be able to get a tour through the cruise line or a taxi". We had scheduled this tour months in advance and we were on a "trip of a lifetime" to the UK. We required an "easy" tour due to age and mobility issues, and all of the cruise ship easy tours were full. It was a huge disappointment to us!! Beware.
