Bad service and attitude
They lost our car ! And were very rude and unhelpful. They eventually found it after an hour wait, but then they couldn’t find the car keys, but the worst thing about this was the attitude of the staff it was appalling

Driver did not show up to pick us up!!
This reservation was made far in advance and paid in advance. The driver did not show up. It was difficult contacting the dispatch as they did not respond to texts and no phone number was given to call them. Ultimately, we were emailed after the fact that the driver had a mechanical problem and would not be picking us up. Horrible, horrible customer service after a transatlantic flight for my family. Never again.
