Our hotel concierge recommended this tour group. Our guide, Fabrics, was very knowledgeable about Paris, history, Fontainebleau, Napoleon and the area. We genuinely enjoyed our tour. The door to door hotel pickup was absolutely worth it. We shall keep them in our contacts for future trips to the region. Fontainebleau is a wonderful chateau with 800 years of French history.

Really very much worth the price for the convenience, individualized commentary/focus on particular interest areas, effortless transport and lunch. We skipped lines, were furnished with umbrellas for the rainy day, were shepherded from one highlight to another without having to figure anything out, and were given very focused historical and cultural commentary based on our articulated areas of interest. Definitely pricey but if you want a seamless, effortless day, it's worth it.

I booked an English speaking tour. We were 7 people. # English speakers and 4 French. The guide put off my questions until we were past the point of interest. She spoke French most of the time and when questions were asked in French she answered in French so 3 of us missed the questions and answers. Three of us felt like we got half a tour and were very dissatisfied. I contacted Get Your Guide via internet and told them the problem. They have never responded. I think they wasted my time and will n ever use them again. Fortunately I had a day and a half to walk this sweet town and chat with other visitors and knowledgeable people.

Our guide RoseAnn was so fantastic. She was able to give us a great understanding of the history of France. Versailles is opulent and we came to understand why the revolution finally occurred . We also got to see Marie Antoinette’s private residence and the get away for the kids which I would recommend. Beautiful walk !

This was the second tour we did with Parismatic Tour and they were fantastic again! We had such a wonderful day even though it was a bit rainy. Andre knew so much about Versailles and was very accommodating with some tired travelers. It was a great way to see all the sites at Versailles, not just the main palace.

We absolutely loved this tour! Bertrand was an absolute delight. He made the trip fun and interesting and was patient with traffic. He had great stories about the sites and we ended up talking about all sorts of other subjects. He did a great job pivoting as we got delayed by morning traffic and had to adjust our schedule a bit and find an alternative lunch location - it was fantastic!

We were blessed to have Bertrand for our guide! He was pleasant, very knowledgeable, and by the end of the day we felt like he was one of our family. He seemed to go out of his way to make our visit to Normandy a very memorable one.We will certainly recommend him and your company to all our friends.

This visit was fantastic! My guide and driver - Neda - did an excellent job and made the journey a delight. The gardens are overwhelmingly beautiful.

Summer 2023 was absolutely amazing!! We did the Get Your Guide tour from Paris, extremely comfortable air conditioned spacious bus. Lovely tour guide. Only wish we had more time!!

'Half Day' tour only consisted of about 1.5 hours of time with the guide. We were left to our own to explore the gardens without the guide or any context at all. Car ride there and back was us being berated with all the problems of US politics - exactly the opposite of what we needed. Avoid this tour at all costs.

It was great to have roundtrip transportation for this tour, because this saved about 4 hours in having to figure it out and do it. I was traveling with 5 friends and my wife, 2 individuals had mobility issues. Our guide was very knowledgeable and was able to get a wheelchair at the Palace for one of my friends, which made the tour easier. When we were left in the gardens on our own; we got lost going to the restrooms (there was no one else nearby) and finding the exit, as well as finding our way to the car park. We felt that Bertrand abandoned us to go for a cigarette break. when we finally found an exit and left the gardens we were in the town of Versailles. it was uphill to find our way back to the van so we left our friends that couldn’t walk it. We got back to the car about 20-30 minutes late due to these issues! We had to drive back to pick up our friends, which was fine. However, he should never have left us without clear directions from where we were, to find him, after using the restroom which he said would be less crowded. He was right, there was not another soul in the area, poor signage and no one to ask. Then we couldn’t find the exit also due to poor signage. Except for all this, the tour was good.

We learned so much and had such a good time with the most knowledgeable tour guide, Eric! Eric really knew his stuff, the knowledge and the views complemented each other perfectly. I recommend this tour highly!

Certainly an experience we will all remember. Guide picked us up on time. Did not seem as knowledgeable as we expected and seemed to rush us through. Memorable experience but not the value for the price.

While the journey is long, you will be amazed at the beauty of the sites. From the shops to the beautiful church, Mont Saint Michel is truly a wonder of the world. Our tour guide was wonderful and knew shortcuts to get through the town quickly.
