We had a memorable experience on our Capri tour with Eliana as our tour guide. She is so full of life and energy, and has such a passion for tourism which was evident in the time spent on the guided tour with her. Eliana made the tour worthwhile. We took many beautiful pictures around Capri. Once on the island, we ate at a nice restaurant and shopped the local boutiques. At the end of tour, when the boat took us back to Portici, she ensured we got on the right taxi back to our hotel. She took good care of all her passengers. Positive bits first - the tour was well organised - pick up and departures from each location were punctual. Staff were friendly and engaging. Now the negatives. Amalfi is a tourist trap. The irony of me, a tourist, saying this is not lost on me, but it was insanely busy and, at the risk of me sounding like a writer for the Rough Guide to the World books, it was soulless. After meandering around for a while and grabbing something to eat, I was bored - just how many souvenir shops can one tolerate in one trip? Positano had more charm, but sadly we didn't have long enough there to make the most of it. I'd potentially go back to Positano if I were maybe making my way along the coast and stopping there for a day or so, but I wouldn't hurry back to Amalfi. That said, if completing your bucket list requires visiting both spots, then this is a decent way of ticking it off it via boat from Naples. Just reconcile with yourself first that you might be disappointed by the destinations themselves.

A lot of fun. The water level was too high for the Blue Grotto on the day we went so that wasn't an option. Great views and very informative. Unfortunately, we sat in the front next to the loudspeaker so a little tough on the eardrums. Found the music unnecessary and detracted a bit from the trip. Capri is a peaceful, calm place, not a party stop. Other than that, there was quick boarding and unboarding and a very nice loop around the island.

Fun and informative way to see the island. The tour guide was really knowledgeable and shared lots of facts about the island. There are some great photo ops and it's a good chance to see the sights. We didn't opt for the Blue Grotto trip so it lasted one hour, which was the perfect length.

The tour of Capri was great! My wife and I were informed the entire time, felt safe, were given more than adequate time to see everything we wanted to see, and our tour guide, Madeline, was great. I would highly recommend this company and tour guide.

Our tour guide Maddalena was very great and she made sure she answered all our questions. We were able to see a bit of Anacapri and Capri with the convenience of the Blue bus. Although it was a great experience, we wish we had more time on the Island.

Alba and Simone were amazing! They told us stories about different places we have seen along the way incorporating fun facts and anecdotes. The trip was amazing - the vibe was lovely, and Alba and Simone made trip very enjoyable! The schedule of the trip was relaxed providing us with enough time to spend at Amalfi and Positano and explore these cities.

971148568 Bus driver picking us up was a buffoon, causing us to walk 2.5 miles to a pick up point when it should have been a matter of 100 yards! However this paled into insignificance as the young lady, Martina who was looking after the group joined us. Her enthusiasm, charm and knowledge made the rest of the trip a dream. Nothing was too much trouble for her and her hard work made it a great trip for everyone involved. Thanks Martina, you made the beautiful island of Capri even better with your smiles.

Very beautiful boat tour. I would recommend sitting on the top deck or along the railing of the boat. Don’t worry about getting wet. The tour did leave a little early from the report time too. Had stunning views of the island and got up close to some of the grottos like I wasn’t expecting.

Really nice trip with swimming in the sea. we were really lucky with the weather. I recommend the place and the conpany. they are really well organised and friendly. Great value for money.

Capri Boat Tour - Amazing Company & Staff From making initial contact regarding options and port locations HP Travel communication via what's app was brilliant. They assisted in providing a link to the correct tour that suited myself and my husband. Confirmation 24 hours before was great too to know that everything was still arranged and the meeting point hadn’t changed. Desiree & Martina, were outstanding from start to finish in making you feel welcome, the tour, options available on the island of Capri and recommendations of activities and places to eat. Sending these via WhatsApp with google links for ease to find on the island. They are both a credit to HP Travel and certainly made our trip with how friendly and helpful they both were. We met at the port of Piano Di Sorrento as this is where we were staying, so this was very easy to board. The boat wasn’t too big either with plenty of space too. I would definitely recommend to book the boat tour of Capri, the fast pass for AnaCapri chair lift, and use the "blue bus' for travel this made navigating the island so much easier. Nice little touch with Lemon Chello before boarding to head back to the port. Thank you

Definitely recommend. It was a really lovely day and definitely money worth spending. the trip included a lot of actual sailing which was so nice. The only my preferable point was that I prefered positano with 1hr break than amalfi with 3 hrs break. It is totaly someone's preference. The staff was friendly and well organised. I had a feeling that they are looking and care about me at all times.

This was the worst travelling experience we have had to date. This is a glorified ferry at best but 5x the price - there are around 150 people from 3 or 4 different tour operators on the boat. Absolute chaos getting on and off. At least half of the passengers got wet either direction. No limoncello tastings. Slipped on our way off the boat and ended up with massive bruises. Please don’t book this and waste your money - just get the ferry instead.

Thank you to Martina! We had a great day. Helped us to change the day of our boat trip at short notice. Enjoyed the amount of free time on the island before boat tour around the isle at the end of the day. Views from the Villa and chairlift were the highlights on the island.

Booked the tour to Amalfi/Positano with Ravello . I would not recommend this tour at all. It was poorly organized from the very beginning. No information of the meeting point was provided, and I had to call the company myself to inquire. The pickup bus driver was more than 30 min late (due to traffic which is not his fault), but there was no extra time provided to compensate. Once we got to the dock to catch the boat, the entire ticket pickup process was a mess and took way longer than it should, again wasting more time. Boat had at least 150+ passengers, which I did not expect from a relatively expensive tour. Didn’t even get to the first town (Amalfi) almost noon. Since we were going to Ravello, we had to take another bus and there was barely any time provided to explore. Back to Amalfi, and only 45 min given. We weren’t even able to visit the last stop Positano due to “strong currents” and the boat unable to dock, yet I saw dozens of other boats docking successfully. No compensation provided, not even a water! (which cost money of course). What a complete waste of a day. To add injury to insult, the tour also cost double compared to other local tours. Don’t waste your money on this
