A truly incredible experience, made all the better by the Icicle team. Well organized, super professional and really friendly people running the trips. Ram and Annais (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) are experienced, took good care of everyone and made sure any small details were managed. The trip itself through up a few curve balls but it was all managed with minimal fuss. Can’t recommend icicles highly enough for anyone wanting to trek to base camp. Apologies it took so long to provide the review!

We did the Everest Base Camp Trek with Icicles and loved it! Our flight was cancelled on the way to Nepal but Indira was able to make changes just for us and still make our trip happen. Our guide Sandip was awesome! Very funny and knowledgeable. He tested our oxygen every morning and night, gave us an overview of our day so we knew how long we would be traveling for and overall was such good company. We definitely made a friend and would only go to him if we go again. They also take supplementary oxygen after Dingboche which made me feel at ease. Definitely book with them if you are thinking of going!

Incredible adventure, it was everything I had hope for and a lot more. The scenery, the journey and the wonderful Nepali people made this a peacefully thrilling trip. I can’t thank the team at icicles adventures enough for their attention to detail and the care they put into making my adventure the very best of times. I’m looking forward to coming back to this amazing country at some point in the future.

We did the Annapurna circuit with Icicles and it was excellent. Sandip and Susan were brilliant guide and porter. We had some illness half way through the trek and Sandip was really helpful and caring which made it much easier. Communication was excellent and the vibes were brilliant. 100% recommend to anyone looking to trek in Nepal.

This was a trip of a lifetime, made so much better by going with Icicles Adventure treks & Tours. From Indira answering all our questions, organising extra days at the Ramada Encore (Fantastic hotel) and organising a tour for myself, partner and daughter to explore the beautiful Kathmandu. Our tour Guide Ramchandra Khatiwada did the most fantastic Job on our 12 days trekking the EBC, we were very blessed with Ram & Lal (assistant guide) and had awesome porters, our gear was always waiting for us on arrival at the teahouses. Absolutely amazing Annapurna adventure! This is my second time with Isicles and I cannot recommend them enough. The highly organised and personal service ensured a seamless adventure. The Annapurna Circuit trek is simply stunning and strenuous, but our guide and porter took care of us every step of the way. An unforgettable experience made all the more so with Isicles Adventures.

Everest base camp trek: Flight to Lukla from Kathmandu. Experience of a lifetime! Went with my partner and was part of a group of 10 plus 2 guides plus 5 porters. Icicles team were well organised, and we always felt well supported from the arrival in Kathmandu and to our safe return. The arranged accommodation was excellent throughout; yes it gets more spartan as you get higher but the Nepalese are warm and welcoming hosts throughout. The Icycle guides are amazing and can't do enough for you. Massive shout out to Prakash our lead guide; diligent care and patience with our group, very knowledgeable of mountains, felt very safe with him in charge. There are serious physical and altitude acclimatisation issues to deal with, and as far as I could see everyone is affected to some extent. I felt that we were professionally monitored and observed; but do expect this to be a challenge. Without doubt i think it’s worth the discomfort for an absolutely incredible adventure. Would use Icicles again.

We did the EBC trek with Icicles, I couldn't recommend them more to anyone wishing to partake in any of their trips. The trip was absolutely phenomenal, everything was planned and carried out brilliantly to ensure the whole expedition ran smoothly. Indira was very supportive, helpful and informative throughout, as well as welcoming us on our arrival into Kathmandu. Our Guide Prabin was excellent making sure that we were well throughout and was very knowledgeable of the surroundings which he pointed out to us along the way. We had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Thank you Indira, Prabin and the whole Icicles team!!

I cannot recommend Icicles highly enough. My son and I had a fantastic, memorable experience on the Everest Base Camp Trek. Indira and her team could not have done any more to give give us the best experience possible. Prabin our guide was so accommodating and helpful. I completed the 17 day Basecamp Trek with one night camping at Base Camp. Icicle’s Adventures had everything organised so well and they were so welcoming from the moment we arrived in Kathmandu. I highly recommended, the company and would use them again. I would like to mention our guides, Prakash & Sandip. They looked after everyone so well and made an effort to make the Trip such a memorable experience. I loved our games of UNO in the evenings, two great guys and a credit to Icicles Adventures.

If you're considering trekking to base camp I'd highly recommend Icicles and the team, they were highly organised and informative from start to finish. We had an amazing trip and I'd especially like to thank Prakash, our guide, Praveen and the sherpas who looked after us so well throughout the trip, nothing was ever too much trouble. Prakash joined us for cards most evenings for cards and even laughed at some of my jokes:) He always kept us informed and advised us on our next day's trek, the routes, the challenges and how we should approach it. Brilliant trip... Thank you!

This was the greatest adventure I have ever been on. Icicles did an amazing job from start to finish. We had the most accommodating guide in Prakash and his team of Praveen and others. Prakash slotted into our team just like one of us and looked after us impeccably. The whole team did a phenomenal job and I can’t speak highly enough of them.
