- Instruction meeting point after getting off your ship: There are two ship docks in Roatan. They are Mahogany Bay cruise port where Carnival Cruises, Princess Cruises, Holland America Cruises, Costa Cruises, and other ships dock. Then there are the Town Center Port of Roatan where Royal Caribbean cruises, celebrity Cruises, Norwegian Cruises, TUI Cruises and other ship dock. If your ship is dock on the Mahogany Bay Cruise port once, you walk off your ship walk up through the shopping area pass the water fountains up to the red top building on the right. It is the white taxis terminal it is a walking corridor at the end of the hall make a left on the pavement and walk up and over the hill through the big green gate. On the other side down the hill a representative will be there expecting you 1 to 2 hours after your ship arrival with a warm welcome and a smile on our faces ready to make your day a memorable one, look for Roatan Anderson Tours sign. If in a wheel chair or a scooter, you can get a taxi to bring you over the hill for an additional $2. NOTE: There will be local independent drivers and guide trying to sell you a tour just tell them you have book with us and they will leave you alone. After your excursion full of excitement, adrenaline and fun, we personally drive you back over the hill inside the gate. . If your ship is dock on the Town Center Port of Roatan, down in Coxen Hole once you walk off your ship it is much easier for you to find us. Just walk straight out pass all the shops then make a right. You will see lot of tour kiosk continue through the terminal making a small left straight out to the main street once exiting gate #3 look across the street for Roatan Anderson Tours sign a representative will be there waiting for you 1 to 2 hour after ships arrival. If you make friends on board or have any family member and they are not booked with us but want to tag along that is not a problem, we will accommodate them with you. Once outside and having trouble locating us just feel free to ask any the security guard or any other local tour associate for Shervin Hamilton or Roatan Anderson Tours sign. If by any reason you decide to cancel your tour with us and didn’t had any internet on board or forget to email us back before your arrival to the island we will appreciates and be more than thankful if you can call us or send someone from your party to please inform us of your cancellation. I have traveled all around the world and have been on hundreds of excursions. This tour, tour operator and our tour guide Jaime were exceptional. When I travel back to Roatan this will be the only tour operator I book with in the future. Jaime was our private guide and was gracious and kind and I can now call him friend. There was supposed to be 8 in our group, but ended up with 7 as my husband had broken his foot and missed out on the fun. We were treated like as if we were VIP's, were not rushed and had an incredible time. Our vacation ended up being extended 11 days as Roatan shut their airport due to the COVID-19 so we had some mishaps along the way. My husband had a broken foot and a friend ran out of needed medication. Jaime helped us with every thing we needed during the tour and even outside the tour. We ended up booking our airport return with Jaime when the airport finally opened up and saying, 'goodbye' was a very bittersweet moment.

We booked this excursion separate from our cruise ship and are so glad we did! We had a private guide just for the two of us -- no waiting on others to become familiar with ATVs, no set time for the beach, the ziplining was AMAZING and Demark has lived on the island his entire life and knows everything there is to know. He took us through neighborhoods, we had lunch together, he knew a lot of the local vendors; it was like staying with family. We would do this time and time again!

This was a fun tour that offered a little of all the best parts of Roatan. We started with tha ATV’s and rode along the ocean in the jungle during the dry season so it was extremely dusty. Lots of authentic cultural exposure as you drive through neighborhoods with local children giving high fives along the route. The ATV’s we’re about 45 minutes from the port.
Second stop was zip line. The guides were great and the lines were fun. Got bruised from the harness, but other than that it was a blast.
Third was the animal sanctuary where we saw birds and other critters and then held monkeys and sloths. The sloths were the best. They love to snuggle and have the best smile!
The sip line and sanctuary are located right next to the port so it’s super convenient.
Last stop was the beach. It was probably a 30 minute drive the opposite direction of the port (and opposite direction of where we rode ATV’s). The beach was beautiful and the perfect spot to end our excursion.
Our driver wA friendly and kind and got us back to the ship on time and stayed with us for the entire tour, which was great.

Absolutely AMAZING! I was definitely apprehensive at first but "FLUFFY MARSHMALLOW" (our guide) made the experience so fun! The ATV riding through places with gorgeous sights and the zip lining was sooo fun. Flipping in the air with the instructors, stopping for pictures at historic attractions then ending with great native food annnd making it back to the Cruise Ship with time to spare all makes for one of the best trips I've ever been on! Highly recommend! 10/10

Planned this trip for me and my daughter and I must admit it was well worthy. My tour guide Chapin was very helpful and knowledgeable of the island historical background. The activities in place were on point. Needless to say we had a wonderful time and we are definitely planning our next trip. Thank you for the great memories with my daughter!!

Chapin was a great host! He was very trustworthy and when he said we would have a good time, we did! The Zipline was amazing and the guides were super safe and fun!! Anderson tours also arranged us a quality fishing trip and we caught a lot of tuna and had a great time visiting Palm Beach. Very knowledgeable of the island and you are in good hands with Anderson Tours!!

great time, i was the only one in my group at the time, so i felt like i was in a VIP group. took me where i wanted to go, did what i wanted to do. i definitely will ask for deri again. great driver. Manuel at the ATV was great, had a great ATV ride. a must do. Zip line was fun, be warned, its harder then you think also for the bigger guys they hold up to 350 pounds..

The Zip line was a true adventure. Awesome host J.B. and Herndon. These guys had as much fun with us as we did with them. Max was our tour guide across the island to the ATV's. Truly super guy who was up for anything we needed or wanted to do. Great time on the Atv's an retuned to ship in pkenty of time to shop.

Your itinerary does not mention stopping for zip lining or stopping for the Monkey'/Sloth encounter. It also does not state if the excursion price include admission for these 2 activities. Could you please clarify in a reply and/or update your page?
