We enjoyed a daylong private tour of the Tuscany region, visiting several towns and lunch at a wonderful Winery. The guide/driver was very knowledgeable and provided great insights on the history and present day life in Tuscany. This was a great introduction to Tuscany!

Alex was one of the best tour guides I have had. He was so knowledgable not only about the particular tour points but other questions asked as well.

This was an enjoyable day (very long). The description says there will be no more than 63 guests on each tour, however ours had 77. It made the tour a little less efficient and a lot of waiting at stops for people to arrive, be accounted for etc. The wine tasting was nice. I would not describe the lunch there as hearty, however, and not sure how they determined it was 3 courses (there was meat/cheese at the beginning and then pasta for the entree).

Everything was great! Don’t miss the lunch at the winery it’s really worth it! Ilaria the guide was really helpful and kind! Really good vibes! All of the team was nice indeed!

Enjoyed the day tour with our guide. I was happy we took the walking tour in Siena. It was only about 30 minutes and we still had time for lunch and exploring the city. The wine tasting was fun too!

Our first journey in Florence was incredible, we spent 7 days during the Christmas holidays in 2024 and the tour in these magical places like Siena, Chianti, San Gimignano, and Pisa were unforgettable, part of this wonderful time had to do with our gorgeous, professional, charismatic, very friendly and ready to help everybody in the group at any time, our tour guide Martina, without her, it wouldn't have been special, thank you very much for sharing with us so much history of your beautiful country on Thursday, 26th, we loved it and keep it dearly in our hearts. This tour covers SO much of Tuscany - from the iconic leaning tower of Pisa, the lush green fields of the region with an stop at a local winery and lots of time to explore the smaller regions of Siena and San Gimignagno. We had two seniors and two young kids in our group and our guides Yakobo/Jacob and Tabatha (hope I'm spelling that correctly!) helped us keep pace to make sure we had time to see as much as we could at each stop. You get about 2 hours in the smaller regions, 1-ish for lunch and another 1 hour at Pisa. It's a perfect full day trip for groups of all sizes. We even left something every important on the bus and the driver Raul retrieved it for us and is in the process of shipping it to us. (in addition to being an expert driver on winding streets, country roads and city traffic). Appreciate how communicative and easy it was to travel with Ciao Florence!

Ellaria and Alto were amazing! She was very thorough and kind, making sure everyone was present before moving onto the next stop. She also was very clear with her instructions. She’s very sweet as well!

Ilaria is a really good guide, she is friendly and helpful and supportive. The trip was well scheduled, with wine tasting and group guide on Sienna. Would totally recommend to all travelers.

We had an awesome tour of Tuscany & Pisa... the trip was well curated & our guide, Ilaria was super with explaining the places & did a great job in keeping a check on time....so important when you do these day tours in groups. Overall we had a great trip & do look for Ciao tours & Ilaria possibly in your Tuscany & Pisa tours !

Hillary is amazing and a very competent host. She goes above and beyond in dealing with clients, she is very knowledge on the Tuscany region.

This was a perfect tour for us. We prefer to wander about on our own rather than with a tour group. Leonardo, our driver, was excellent. We had over 2 hours of free time in each location. Had a great lunch in Cortona at Leonardo's suggestion. Would definitely go with this company again.
