Inbound to Punta Cana the wait was only about 10 minutes from meeting the representative until we were under way to the hotel.
On our return we had booked the pickup time at 0810. At 0810 our driver had not arrived and I attempted to WhatsApp the company. After a bit of delay they responded at 0820 that the driver was delayed due to rain and would be there in just a few minutes. The driver actually arrived at 0845, 35 minutes late. We had booked 0810 time to account for delays with the traffic and lines at the airport. With the 35 minute delay we still had enough time so you may want to book extra early to account for delays from the company.
Also the company was sending us messages during the delay even telling us what type of vehicle we were looking for to pick us up. It turned out it was not only the wrong make of care it was the wrong color. It is a bit concerning to get into a car that doesn't fit the description that the company has said the look for in the first place.
