The entire process from start to finish was excellent, definitely recommended. They texted me asking if i was in the airport, once i told them where i was they send a picture of the location where i met them with my name plate.

Easy to book they were there waiting at the airport and accommodated our request for a later departure from the resort back to the airport.

Our driver Edgar was professional and personable. There was a language barrier and he was able to use an audio translator to make our trip special. The transfer from airport to resort was seamless, and the van was pristine. He was on time and drove great. No worries at all!!! He came back to bring us back to airport and was just as wonderful as the previous run!

We had great experience with HQT, I booked the round trip from airport to hotel and hotel to airport a week before our trip to Punta Cana. In terms of communication they did great. A day before our arrival, I got a text from them with meet up time and the same form of communication a day before our departure from our hotel. Both drivers were nice and friendly. The cars were very well air conditioned. I’d recommend HQT and I will use their services next time I go to Punta Cana.

My trip to Dominican Republic was amazing. Though I had trouble with a previous shuttle service, booking with Viator was a great experience. Luis Perez was my driver. He was very nice and handled my transfer to the hotel and my luggage with wonderful care. I would most certainly recommend him to anyone that needs transportation services. He is amazing. 5 stars.
