We used this service for transportation and also had Tony help us with booking a Adventure Boogie trip while we were in Punta Cana. They were amazing, prompt, respectful, and extremely accommodating. When we arrived they had our names on a board and they were easy to find. The vehicle was cool, well maintained, we felt safe in the vehicle and they even had drinks for us after our long flight. We booked round trip and set-up for the return trip to the airport was smooth and easy.
While there we decided to book an excursion and Tony worked hard to find us one that fit our price range and the day we wanted. I would definitely use this service again and recommend them to anyone who is looking for transportation or an excursion. The communication was easy and so was the payment.

We had private transport to and from Macau Beach hotel and the drivers were helpful and courteous.
The standard of this 5star hotel was mixed. The staff generally were helpful and kind. However, my husband and I struggled with tepid food in the general, self-catering restaurant. My husband solved the breakfast problem by always having an omelette cooked in front of him. My breakfast ended up being toast, marmalade and, sometimes yoghurt and a banana. We complained - politely - and were granted preferred status. This entitled us to go to two other restaurants for our breakfast. This wasn’t successful as my sunny side eggs weren’t cooked and were cold. I asked for them to give me the same breakfast but hot. Another breakfast came and, stupidly, I ate the eggs which were still not cooked and the white wasn’t cooked and cold. I ate it as I hadn’t the heart to send another breakfast back to the kitchen. As a consequence I had a queasy tummy for the last few days of our holiday.
The hotel itself was brilliant and we had an excellent room with a wonderful view of the sea. The beach was excellent with lovely white clean sands. The breach bard were also very good.
With good supervision and fresh management of the kitchen the hotel would merit its 5star status.
