Our driver Ronny greeted us at the exit to the hospital and assisted us to the car. He had cold drinks waiting for us. We asked several questions and he graciously answered them all. He stopped for us at a souvenir shop and cigar shop and patiently waited. He was also our return driver and our flight was delayed and we were able to contact him through Whatsapp and push our ride back no problem. I would use him every visit!!

Great transfer to the airport. Very easy to book. They provide constant updates as the pickup and drop off time gets closer. Very punctual on arrival with name in hand. Super Mark did a great job on our return sharing some history of the island, getting us to the airport on time and helping us with our bags as well as having refreshments available. This is a great company to use for private transfers.

I have been on many trips and booked many airport transportations, but this has been an experience I will remember and have regrets the most. We had the same driver for pick up and drop off. I wanted Beers in the car once we arrived but there were no beers and the driver told us that he was going to take us to the store to buy the beers. I did not feel comfortable with this as we were 5 ladies. And then on the way back, the driver was late by 45 minutes and now I was stressed in getting to the airport quickly! The Suburban we were in seemed like it was on its last leg. It was taking a long time to accelerate when stopped or slowing slowing down for bumps. There was a cracked section above the glove compartment and the vehicle seemed dirty and not cleaned. Overall I would not be using them in the future. I don't want to feel like I'm not going to make it to any one destination after thinking I've booked a safe transportation.

In and out. Great! They had our name displayed, large vehicle, and seamless transit service. We traveled with our kids and it was easy, great, and needed to timely escape the Punta Cana airport.

Myself and Mom, we have been using the Luxury Airport Transport RD company for the past few years for our annual trips to Dominican Republic. Our flight was delayed and customs took longer than expected but our transportation was still waiting for us when we arrived. Our driver was very kind and made the 49 minute ride to our resort very pleasant. Oh, and he had much needed ice cold waters ready for us. I am very pleased that we chose this transport service and expect that our airport return will be just as pleasant.

Everything from start to finish working with Transekur was perfect! The website was easy to use and made you feel very confident when your flight and flight numbers were listed for selection. The email notifications were full of information and made you feel very secure without even having to speak to someone. At both arrival and departure the vehicles were waiting for us and it was super quick and easy! The vehicle was exactly what I selected and both comfortable and clean. Sergino and Sandy were both friendly and very safe drivers! I will use them again and would highly recommend!

Luis Miguel Eufrasia Tejada was our driver from Punta Cana Airport to Dreams Dominicus LaRomana. The experience was great. He was on time for pick up at the airport and return. Very professional and kind. Communication with the company before pick up was great. An email was sent the day before with the driver information, and another message was sent when the driver arrived. I would not hesitate to use this company again for transportation in the DR.

As a solo, young female traveler that speaks broken Spanish, the obvious concern is will I make it safely to my hotel not using hotel transportation.. took a gamble due to the other reviews by mainly couples.. and was very very satisfied with this company. On time, professional drivers.

This will be the third transport with this company and will highly recommend again. Transportation was great! Transportation from Punta cana airport to grand sirenis spa. Our flight was delayed by 2 hours and our driver Luís was there waiting for us still. Had ice cold beverages on hand and a very clean vehicle. Air conditioning and music were perfect. Luis was a great driver and will request him again.

I was flying into PUNTA CANA with my wife for a wedding for 7 days and needed private transportation. I wanted something spacious and reliable. After research , I found the company Luxury Airport Transfers RD. The price is great and they track your flight and will have a sign with our name on it waiting for you at arrivals. The driver was very friendly , loaded our bags , and offered great local advise. The vehicle was a nice suburban with A/C and tinted windows. I am very satisfied. I recommend this company to anyone who wants to have peace of mind and sit back and relax for your vacation.
