- 1Dragon's Backbone Rice TerracesStop: 4 hours - Admission includedMeet your private guide and private driver at the hotel lobby at 8:30am. This is a private tour with a private vehicle. English speaking guide is at your service. Depart from hotel to Ping'an. If your hotel is at Guilin, it will take about 2 and half hours to reach Ping'an. But if your hotel is at Yangshuo, then it will take about 4 hour plus to reach the destination. The first stop will be Huangluo which also known as the "Long Hair Village" where you get to see the Yao's minority women with their super long hair. After that, you will continue your journey to Ping'an Village to learn more about the Zhuang and Yao minorities. Ping'an Village is located at the very peak of Longsheng County's famous rice terraces, 1200 meters above sea-level and is home to over 100 peasant households who are of Zhuang and Yao ethnic minority living on terraced fields. As lunch is not included in this tour, local tour guide will recommend some restaurant with nice food for you to have your lunch. Continue to visit the rice terraces which you can immerse yourself in the beauty of Longji Rice Terraces. Indulge yourself with the fresh air and the magnificent view there which is recognized by the world. Around 3:30pm, you will depart from Longji Rice Terraces back to Guilin. You will arrive at your hotel in Guilin approximately 5:30pm to 6pm. If your hotel is at Yangshuo, then you will depart from Longji Rice Terraces at about 4:30pm and arrive at your hotel in Yangshuo at about 8.30pm to 9pm.Read more

He is also very thoughtful in preparing some drinking water and local snacks for us in the morning when he picked us up at the hotel. Booked a tour with JS Tour. Went to Longji Rice Terraces the view was so spectacular. Our guide was so kind. One of our friend got a bad stomach ache and the guide took care of her really well. Really good service from JS tour. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful time during the tour. The guide was wonderful and very friendly. The guide was able to communicate English and Chinese very well. So I did not have any trouble during the trip

Guide was very helpful throughout the tour. Gave us assistance and his English is unexpectedly well. Scenic view for the rice terrace. Worth every penny!!!
