- kerrie p00Awesome tourWe had a fantastic day driving around Gozo. Our guide for the day was Keegan and he was awesome at explaining the sites and history involved. Lunch was mediocre but it didn’t spoil the day even though it was 43 degrees. We were taken to 3 swimming spots which was appreciated given the temperature
- Y7TAsophiad00Amazing experienceMichael was absolutely amazing. He is an incredible tour guide. Super thoughtful and patient but also great at keeping us to schedule so we got to see everything on the island. It was a fantastic tour that let us see all of gozo in a really fun and exciting way. All of the stops were really great and the quad bikes were really safe and easy to use.
- sonnyj30100Great day touring Gozo!Had a great time with our tour guide Joe (Keegan) yesterday! Knowing our time on Gozo was limited, he made sure we saw every last highlight and hidden gem of this beautiful island and really catered to the needs of our family. Joe, thanks for keeping us energized for a full day of touring despite the hot weather! We appreciate it!
- Melissa4d00Gozo ATV Experience and More +++From the moment we arrived to the company this experience was top notch. The pride that this company takes in making your excursion is top notch. Bikes are reviewed throughout the trip and at the end upon return to make sure they’re all operating at 100%. Our guides gave us the right level of history of this gorgeous island, along with sufficient time for pictures. They provided an informed overview of how to operate the machine and were patient with questions. The course of this tour is an opportune way to see a lot of sights all by ATV, incorporating some adventure and feeling the light breeze while out. I will definitely do this again on my next visit to Gozo. We also met Joseph the owner who is extremely welcoming and shows passion for his customers and making sure they have a great tour.
- sueputt00Great trip around GozoFantastic day out exploring Gozo on the quad bikes. Very well organised from start to finish, from the office to the tour. Mark our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about the island & took us to some great spots. Lunch was a 3 course meal in a lovely cafe. I thoroughly recommend this trip, my husband & I booked it for our anniversary, the lady in the office had even printed a sign for us & took photos. Thank you for a great day 😊
- U1545PEdavidc00One the best activities to do in Gozo!My first time in Gozo and I had the most incredible and fun experience driving around on a quad bike and looking at all the fantastic views and the architecture. The tour guide was very knowledgeable on the history and culture of the island. 100% would recommend and would definitely do it again! The lunch was simple and delicious. Just the right amount of food.
- X6578UBianl00Sunny GozoGood day trip, great weather, Michael is an excellent tour guide. Group of about 18 people, got to go swimming also and shown some great sights.
- Wanderer11345400Great day with a great driver!Went with my family today. Enjoyed it a lot. Keegan was a fantastic guide! Lovely guy and knew all the great site seeing spots.
- escd201700Private (full day) keep tourWe had a wonderful time on our full day private jeep tour! Our driver Keegan was absolutely phenomenal, he was kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable of the island. He tailored the tour to our interests and even came with us into a few of the attractions to show us around and/or give us extra information! We would highly recommend this tour and if you are lucky enough to be allocated Keegan as your driver you are in very good hands! Thanks so much! Emma & Chris
- Joshab199500Best way to see Gozo! What a brilliant day out. Very well organised and ran on time all the way from pick up to drop off. We were a very large group, they made sure we were all safe and comfortable before we set off, and split us into English and French speaking groups. The routes through a mixture of narrow streets and countryside farm roads was brilliant, with always something to see and breathtaking views. The provided 3 course lunch was also very good, made up of Maltese classics and gelato ice cream, also catering to vegetarian and vegan diets of others in the group. The boat trip back to Malta from Gozo also included a stop in at blue lagoon to take in a few of the caves and the crystal blue water. All in all, a fantastic day out and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting.
- 942domt00Breathtaking views of Gozo and amazing value for money! We were really impressed with this tour. We were picked up promptly from our hotel accommodation and after a few other stops taking to the private boat which took us straight over to Gozo. Arriving on the island we were taking quickly to the main office to sign the paperwork. This was the only part of the tour that could have been improved. Other people on the trip were slow and had forgotten their IDs meaning that we then had a delayed start. We had already sent photos of our IDs and then still had to go through the long process so think this could be more organised. We then started on the quad bikes where we felt super comfortable with the briefing and the tour guides really worked hard to keep us all together and safe. Lunch was nice and then we continued to explore the island. I don't think we expected SO much driving- it was amazing! We literally explored the entire island and got to stop at some incredible places. Time was enough to explore and get photos but you didnt feel like you were spending too long there which was great! We also did the optional boat tour of the caves which was so pretty and really worth the 4 euros each! We would recommend getting the shared quad so that one of you can take photos and videos- there are loads of opportunities to switch and both get loads of time driving! Not part of the tour but we also got to go via the Blue Lagoon on the shuttle boat on the way back from Gozo which was breathtaking and a lovely addition to a great day! If you want to see the most breathtaking views of Gozo while zooming through the winding streets and hilly countryside then this is absolutely the tour for you! So worth the money and such good value! Thank you to all the team 🙏
- 944la_titiav00Superb moment !!Thank you very much for your welcome ! the guide, Jo, is welcoming, friendly and allowed us to have a great time. Thank you again for this experience and for your support. an authentic discovery of the island, I recommend them! thanks again !
- 921acp00FantasticWe've had a wonderful moment with Joseph. He has made our trip a perfect moment. Our guide was adaptable, responsive and attentive, this getaway is a must!
- Joanne F00Must Do in Malta!! If you've never ridden a quad, it is so much FUN! Hope you get Mack as a guide, he was awesome. The HIGHLIGHT of our short Malta trip. The day started off cold and rainy, was scared the day would be a disaster but once we reached Gozo at 1100 the skies had cleared up. Our guide Mack was awesome!!!! He took good care of our group of four, none of us had ridden a quad before. Took us to some beautiful spots on the island and just touring around enjoying the scenery was amazing. I highly recommend this tour while you're in Malta. Only complaint would be I would have liked to have more local dish for lunch, you're provided a pasta and a roast chicken with potatoes. It was tasty but I would have loved something more traditional to the area.
- op64700Not so GozoTerrible customer service. We were given to understand this was a small group tour. Instead, packed onto a massive bus, stuck on said bus for hours before even getting to Gozo ferry, massive hour-long queue at ferry. Aplreciate that ferry is out of tour opetator's control, but they gave no information, bus driver had no information, when we called the office we were told it was "out of our hands" and no offer was made of any sort of apology or compensation. This is not a cheap tour and we expected a lot better. Would not recommend.

I can only view this on if I would do it again or recommend it and no I wouldn’t. We had confirmation of an 8.00 pick up, after a number of calls a packed minibus turned up , supposedly 3 guys had kept them waiting...the drive to the port was a further 45 minutes during which time the minibus broke down. It would have been good to have a cooler with some water...we met a very small boat who took us to Gozo. On arrival there were not enough Jeeps...we left the port at 1030 and only really visited the temples which we had to pay an extra €10 for. We got to lunch at 12.00 and then were given one of the worst meals ever which took nearly 2 hours! There was zero service and no offer of anything other than water or white wine. The tour then went to the Blue Grotto which again we had to pay for. The Jeeps are incredibly small so if you are more than about 5 feet 5 you will see nothing as you are bent double. The drivers were so lovely but I would strongly recommend that you hire a car and do it yourself. Overall a really disappointing experience

Dear Leony,
Thank you for taking your time to review us after your compensation was rejected as all the itenerary we promised was done.
On the confirmation email that we have sent you, we informed you as you can see on your confirmation email, that the pickup was at 8.15am. You kept on insisting that it was at 8am and even sent me a screen shot of the ticket you received from your booking platform with the DEFAULT time at 8.00am. and I explained it to you but you still kept on arguing and shouting on the phone. You told me that we are terrible, and I told you that you can cancel even at that last minute if you feel that we are terrible as we want our clients to be happy and we also knew right away that after the tour you would ask for a compensation. It is true that the van was late around 35 minutes due that we had 3 other clients who booked also from the same platform who were irresponsible and showed up late for the pickup. The van broke down only for 5 minutes maximum literally and you also sent me a message and I contacted the van driver which by then he was already driving the van and I sent a message to you but obviously you did not reply as you did not want proof by messaging that all was ok and sorted.
Although your pickup was late, the tour in Gozo still started on the normal time which is 10.30am as we always calculate some extra time for situations like this. It is not true that we did not have enough Jeeps at the harbor at the time you arrived as actually you arrived a bit earlier. Lunch was like usual. The drivers and the rest of the clients were also bothered and uncomfortably by your attitude which is honestly unacceptable but we tried to be very patient with you.
We wish you alot of positivity!!

You can tell a lot about a tour company by the way they respond to customer's reviews. And having just read several responses made to reviews making the same points as I am, I expect I will get a rude, insulting and dishonest response too, which is all you need to know.
Avoid this tour.
The lunch is dreadful. No social distancing, restaurant was dirty, staff rude.
The jeeps are old and dangerous, uncomfortable, and they go nowhere that large coaches do not go. There is not enough room for 4 adults to sit comfortably and safely, and in compliance with Malta's rules on social distancing, let alone the 6 plus driver we had. And it is a driver, NOT a guide at all.
It clearly states you pay extra for the Temple visit, but as this is the MAIN point of the trip you should get a decent amount of time to enjoy it.
The boat trip was not running, but we were still taken to the car park for it, for no reason at all. We did not get to see any of the capital although we kept driving around it. The local food tasting was a far too long stop at a tourist shop, packed with non mask wearing trippers. No beach stop for swimming, not that we wanted to, but a walk out of that jeep would have been nice.
Most stops were a couple of minutes to see something in the distance.
No stop at the salt pans.
The speed boat was equally dangerous, and there was no opportunity to take a toilet break anywhere at all but the Temples Museum and the "restaurant"....queues longer than the visits.
The biggest worry was the long, long, minibus journey to and from the port from Hotels. Hours of 18 strangers crammed like sardines into an unventilated minibus, with mask wearing NOT enforced, and 2 of us perched over wheel hub seats with nowhere to put legs or bags, and no seat belts. NOT ACCEPTABLE at anytime, let alone during a pandemic.

1. Jeeps are overcrowded - a total of 6 persons per jeep means being cramped and uncomfortable the whole day. Also - social distancing is impossible.
2. You sit facing each other, so most of what you see are other peoples sweaty faces.
3. Guides barely speak English and share no information about objects, places you visit.
4. Jeeps are so old, that even the speedometer doesn't work. Dangerous!
5. In most places you only get 5 min just to take photos. So at the end of the day, you haven't really seen much of Gozo.
6. No time in the capital Victoria!!!
7. "Local food tasting" means spending 30 min in a sad souvenir shop, where you can taste coffee and liqueur.
8. You get to visit a church in the middle of nowhere, with no backstory for 15 min, but at the beautiful salt pans only 5 min. Shame!
9. Lunch is very simple and cheap, with no added value. Better to give free time, so people can go somewhere else to eat.
Suggestions:
x No souvenir shop.
x No churches.
x Shorter time at the beach.
x Lunch as a free time in Victoria.
x More free time in salt pans and Xlendi.
x Hire guides, who can tell about places where you go.
x Renovate the jeeps and change seating.
x Rule of no more than 4 people in a jeep.
OR SLASH PRICES BY HALF. This looked so nice on paper but ended up as a disaster. Hoped for a day full of adventure, but got cramped in an old jeep with pensioners to drive around Gozo in a hurry. Such a waste of a beautiful day!

Dear Kristine,
Thank you for your feedback. With most of what you wrote no this.... no that.... I only have one suggestion for you. Next time take a private tour so you can customize it how you like and not a programmed tour with other clients expecially if you don't like other clients, maybe you should have took also a private jet to come to Malta too.
The driver that was driving you on our tour, have been working for us for 13 years. Saying that he can hardly speak english, is more than enough for me to ignore your complaint.
Thank you very much and I wish you pozitivity in life!

Trip began with an extremely hospitable chap, Edmond, who runs his own minivan for hire company. Edmond was an extremely friendly and happy to answer any queries regarding the history of the island.
After that, we made our way across to Gozo, which was a quick crossing and met our Jeep guide on the other side. The Jeep guide was a very friendly and knowledgeable local that took us round thenumerous sites.
Fair warning for anyone with allergies and intolerances to make it clear in your booking for the designated restaurant, C Seven, as had trouble initially getting the standard set meal with dairy replaced with an alternative.

I ordered 4 tickets, paid for four tickets, got confirmation I had four tickets, and then…
At today’s pick-up location the driver confirmed that my group was to be picked up at that location but he neglected to check that the company only had me down for 2 spots, so all 4 of us alighted. Several pick-ups later, when there were no more seats for other confirmed passengers, and after much confusion, we were summarily kicked off the bus, being told that they would get us a taxi to take us to the boat. The taxi was directed to where we were initially picked up, not where we were kicked off. Eventually he came and when we arrived at the boat, we were subject to resentment by other passengers as being the cause for the delayed departure. Nice. This company's incompetence caused us embarrassment and awkwardness, When we got to Gozo we were crammed into one small jeep with others making the group tally six in this tiny jeep. No other jeeps were so full. No jeeps on the website are so full. We were squashed all day. I know this happened because there were only so many jeeps booked for the day and they had to fit 2 unplanned extras in somewhere. Here is a picture of how we had to splay and connect our legs in the back with others, like gears to fit the space. This went on all day as we got on and off. The pleasant driver was just learning English having arrived in Gozo about a year ago. He knew nothing about the places we were being dropped off to visit, nothing about the history of Gozo, nothing about the culture and his only words to us were how many minutes we had as he dropped us off at each location. I am not trying to be a Karen here, but this was a major disappointment. I expect some insights from a tour guide. Nice guy, good driver, but sucked as a guide. Hopeless, in fact. Finally, all day, we smelled the exhaust of the jeep as it travelled. I honestly don’t know if this is how all jeeps of this type work or it was a faulty exhaust system. The only way to get non-exhaust fumed air was to lean back over the seats and breath air directly, up high as you went along. Save yourself the frustration. This tour company does not deserve your business, but Gozo does. It is beautiful. We had a horrible experience, you've been warned. Book here at your own peril.

Dear Larry,
I understand your frustration and we apologise again as it is true we made a mistake with your booking.
We corrected it by sending you the taxi and you still made it with the other clients on time so you did not miss any of the tour. I understand that by this point you were already too angry.
Please note that the jeeps can always seat up to 6 people which consists of 5 people + the driver. As for the exhaust we got the complaints from others for the same jeep and we fixed it the next day.
It is quite unfortunate that you has such a bad day with us. We would love you offer you a discount to come and do another proper day with us and enjoy it as it should be.

The tour could have been great, if the time management would have been better.
Pick up service and communication were very well organised. As soon as we got to Gozo, we were put on two Jeeps (there were 9 adults and one child), asked what we would like to eat later and were told which places we are going to visit. There also was one small quad group, which was driving another route, but visiting same locations.
So from the beginning we spent more time at less interesting places like at Ramla Bay, where we were offered to go for a swim ( this part could be taken from the tour right away, in my opinion, as this can be done any time, but seeing the island not), so by the end of the day we had only 15 Minutes at Victoria (we were promised 45 Minutes in the morning) and didn’t go to Salt pans at all! This two locations were the reason why my husband and I booked the tour in a first place. So this was very very disappointing for us. And this at Covid-times, when most of the places are almost empty! Beside that one of the Jeep drivers simply had lied to us, saying according to Google maps there was a car accident so that’s why we didn’t go to salt pans. I checked google maps and there were no such information. Later I also asked people from the quad tour and they said they visited the place and they didn’t see any car accident. This situation made the impression of the tour even worse.
I have to tell, that our driver Lisa was very very friendly, helpful at all times and a very good driver too! We really loved her! The other driver (he was kind of a lead driver at that day) was quite unprofessional, because of the reason mentioned above and because of his jokes, which were inappropriate and not funny at all.
Anyhow, we saw some incredibly beautiful views and tried to enjoy the day anyway.
So if you don’t have any specific expectations of the tour, you can do it. If you would like to see any specific places, be aware of changes due to poor time management.

Dear Oksana,
Thank you for taking your time to review us.
Further to your comments, the quad tour's route is different than the jeep tour route.
Ramla bay time is 30 minutes and you all stayed there for the whole 30 minutes. As I mentioned on our conversation, I spoke to the drivers, the problem was that on stops our clients were not always on time to start driving to another stop and on the way to the Salt Pans, our driver was informed that there was an accident. Therefore he had to change the route and it would have been impossible to pass the tour to the Salt Pans. Our leader was also planning to pass you by Xewkija the Dome (which is not part of our tour) but since there were delays and the accident the plan had to change. Our tour always manage to visit all the places in the program, however due to traffic, an accident or delays, these issues are beyond our control.

This was a great trip from start to finish. We were picked up on time and the private ferries avoided the need for queues. Our guide Joe was a local man, who went out of his way to meet the needs of the four of us in his jeep to tailor it to our needs. A really lovely man whose love of his beloved island shone through making the trip one to remember. The ferry boat return was fun too. If you only have one day to do Gozo, do it this way. Thank you.

Booking experience was excellent. The transfer company used (Edson) for the shuttle transfer and private boat transfer was shockingly bad. late to collect us, dumped at the dock with no clear instructions of what boat to go to.Skippers completely disorganised, waited another 30 minutes dock side. Did not help people on and off the boat. One elderly lady fell. The jeep experience with Gozo tours was great. Our driver Lisa was friendly and knowledgeable. Lunch was fine. The return boat trip was horrible, very rough sea and we should have been transferred to the ferry in my opinion. If it wasn’t for some of the passengers taking the reins and doing a roll call for the return shuttle we wouldn’t have got everyone back on the bus as other random passengers had got on. Gozo tours should strongly rethink who they get to do their transfers!

For me was important that we had a pick up point not far away from our apartment. The van took us to marina. We were taken from marina to Gozo by the boat. On Gozo the jeeps were waiting for us.Our driver was Godwin if I well remember. He was really nice man who told us a lot about the history of Gozo and It's inhabitants. He shared with us the legends that circulate around the Island and told us about his life there. We have been surprised how multiskilled he is.We saw all the most interesting places and buildings on Gozo including the oldest windmill and the oldest temple. We visited places where the scenes from "The Game of Thrones" and " Gladiator" was filming. Moreover we had a boat trip to the cave and lunch break..We also saw panoramic , beautiful view from the Citadel in Victoria and another view point. This trip was really worth the price.Whem we returned to Malta on the boat we were surprised by the rain which in the heat was a pleasant change😃Then we could admire a beautiful rainbow☺️.I am really happy as well as my relatives that we could participate in it.I highly recommend this type of sightseeing.Bogusia with family UK

It is the best way to see and visit all of main attractions of Gozo. The crew was very well organized, therefore we spent a wonderful day sightseeing the most picturesque sights of the island. We were guided by a very polite and informed driver (Gregory) who made sure each of us had a good time on the trip. The lunch and the restaurant they took us to eat were quite lovely (with a beautiful view). The power boat ride at the end was spectacular (as well as the boat trip at Dwejra Bay).
I highly recommend this experience when deciding to visit Gozo.

We went to them all but your time at each is limited and may depend on the preferences of your group... still very worth it in my opinion! You will see more of Gozo this way than if you would do it on your own in the same amount of time.

When I went there, was 6 people on the jeep but counting with the driver, unless you asked them to be 6 in one car, maybe they will let you.

I am sure that you can be picked up in Gozo by one of the companies who organise trips around Gozo. I would recommend that you look for day trips to Gozo and then send an email to these companies and I am sure that they will be able to help you.

Hallo,
Wij zijn. een groep van 8 dames en hadden graag geweten hoe de verdeling is per jeep. Hoeveel personen kunnen er in een jeep en rijden zij dan samen of is dat met een hele groep van mensen?
