We were lucky enough to have two tours with Mystical Tours around Salento and Luisa could not have been more helpful. Was really easy to book and the communication throughout was excellent. Our first tour was an incredible 10k hike through the beautiful Cocora Valley. Everything was super easy, starting with transfer in an iconic Willy's jeep and slowly making our way through the breathtaking scenery. What made it more special was the insight and knowledge shared by Beto, on the area's history, wildlife, topography, geology... It made what could have just been a pleasant hike so much more meaningful. There were some great surprises and stops along the way, too. The second tour was a coffee tour at the tiny Finca El Jazmin. Once more, the depth of knowledge shared by Beto, the slow process of making our own coffee from picking, roasting and grinding was truly special. We learned so much in our small group and it was a really memorable experience. Again, logistics were super easy, taxi to and from the Finca, great communication and even returned my hat which I left in the car. Cannot recommend the tours and the guide highly enough. Me and my friends (mid twenties, F) toured Cocora Valley with Jefferson and Beto from Mystical Tours and had the most incredible time, that we went with them on a bike ride, to a waterfall and to their family’s coffee farm the following day! They were very knowledgeable, kind and funny - and helped us feel energised and get the most from the experience and views throughout the tours. 100% recommend!

We had an amazing time with Beto and Jeff, doing 2 tours with them over 2 days. The long loop of the Corcora valley was absolutely amazing, and made all the better by their intimate knowledge of the area and it’s history - and I’m not sure I’d have got up the uphill part without them! The next day they took us to the beautiful Cascada de Santa Rita and then to their family coffee farm, taking us through the whole process of picking, washing, drying and roasting the coffee

We did two tours with Mystical Tours. We hiked the Cocora Valley on the first day, and on the second day we did the mountain biking tour to the waterfall hike, finishing up with a tour of the family’s coffee farm. During both days, the guides, Beto and Jeff, were very knowledgable and passionate about the areas we visited. We learnt about plants, animals, history and life in Colombia. Luisa and the team organised the tour on the second day when we mentioned how much we wanted to hike to the waterfall and visit a coffee farm, but only had one day left in Salento, which made exploring this beautiful area even better. I will be recommending Mystical Tours to any friends or family that travel to Salento!

Absolutely amazing company, cannot recommend their tours enough. Me and 4 of my friends booked them to do the long loop in the Cocorà valley and it was amazing. The guides Jeff and Beto were so kind and knowledgeable, they pointed out every animal and plant as we went as well as talking us through the history of the region. It was such a good day that we asked them to give us another tour the next day, this time hike to a waterfall followed by a tour of a coffee farm that afternoon. Another great day, I wish I was staying in Salento later! Would highly recommend booking them to go on excursions around Salento!

Fantastic tour - on day 1 we went on a hike around the Corcora valley and learnt so much from our lovely tour guides Jeff and Beto, they helped us navigate so well and showed us all the best hidden viewpoints. We enjoyed the tour so much we did a second one with them the next day. They took us to the Santa Rita waterfalls and then to a family coffee farm where we got a full tour and explanation of how to make coffee. We got to pick some coffee fruits ourselves and learned a lot about coffee production and the history of the region. We got to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee and fresh lemonade! We got transfers to and from Salento both days that were organised by them, so we didn’t have to worry about anything.

Today we had a fantastic coffeetour with Mystical Tours to Finca el Jazmin. We got a very good explanation of the whole coffee proces, a tour along all different trees and plants, a mini hike downhill and on our way we had to pick the red beans. The 2 tourleader guys were so nice and very enthusiastic. We had a wonderfull day with good coffee and we will recommend everyone to do this tour.

During my month trip in Colombia, I spent one day on a hike through Valle de Cocora. Our guide was Gio Walteros. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful of a job he did in showing us the beauty of Valle de Cocora and all the wonderful secrets within it. His passion was infectious and it made this hike one of the highlights of my trip. Furthermore, he went above and beyond with taking a variety of beautiful photos and even provided us with a little montage as a free souvenir of our day.

I did a guided tour of the Cocora Valley in a group of two and it was such a wonderful experience. Communication was 10/10 right from booking until after the tour. Our tour guide, Gio, is so knowledgeable and it was an honour learning about the history behind the Cocora Valley, the Indigenous people, animals and plants. I do not speak Spanish so I was grateful that our tour guide was fluent in English. Gio was very phenominal, very helpful throughout the tour, patient, attentive and was kind enough to take photos and vidoes of me. He even helped out other tourists who needed direction and shared his knowledge with them. Also, he made sure we returned on time so I could catch my flight. I cannot say enough my experience. If you are still thinking about this experience, just book it. You won't regret it. I highly recommend.

We enjoyed a wonderful hike in the Cocorà valley and the day after picked and roasted coffee beans in a small coffee plantation and farm. An absolute must if you travel to amazing Ciolombia!
