Quick check in, quick getting through security and clean both in the communal areas and the toilets. Been through here a couple of times

Airport wasn't to busy and got through all check-in etc pretty quickly which was a bonus so managed to have some time to eat etc before boarding

Ive flown internationally well over a thousand times in my career. I'm familiar with crap airports like Detroit, LAX, La Guardia & excellent airports like Singapore & Doha. LHR T2 isn't quite at the crap level but it's not much better. 1) Signage to the terminal is poor. We wanted to stop at Hilton then goto T2 & ended up paying GBP6 just to escape from parking we didn't want to have another drive around to get what we wanted 2) Overnight parking costs GBP74, yes, almost the price of a hotel room. 3) To get to the Singapore Airlines First Class lounge, we had to walk 20+ min & take FOUR elevator rides. T2 is like a badly constructed & worse signed rabbit warren While neither Paris nor Schipol are excellent airports, they are much better than LHR. Last time we fly into or out of it. Crap.

Food a little bland but amazing staff which made the stay very pleasant. Especially Ioana who was lovely.

Even with the recent hikes in inflation & fuel prices, we've found that the cost of reliable one-way private transfers between Southampton and LHR average about £130 to £145 PER CAR. That's good for two or three plus luggage, obviously higher for minibuses (vans in American-speak) Per person fares make sense for buses and trains & planes, not for private transfers

Our chauffeur was Greg. Greg is a polished, professional and customer-focused chauffeur. From the first interaction over the phone, the meet and greet wearing a suit and showcasing excellent manners, to the conversation on our way to the parking, offering water and setting up the temperature for kids' comfort, even stopping when one of our passengers had an “emergency” and finally helping us to bring the luggage to our home. Excellent professional. We will definitely travel again with Greg. Superb experience, even better than Emirates business class chauffeur service.

Heathrow airport is a mess. It took 2 hours for our bags to arrive. Our driver Mr Nusca, waited patiently. We kept in touch through WhatsApp. Very professional. We booked him for our return trip to the airport and he was there to pick us up 15 mins before time. He waited patiently again, for us to get ready.

The price for the service was very reasonable and I would definitely use them again if ever I needed it. Catalin Neacsu was a very capable driver. He was also quite helpful and patient as I was not familiar with the place I went to. Keep up the good job!

Driver was at the port on time ready to pick us up. He originally went to the wrong ship but patience prevailed. He helped with baggage and was very courteous. I would use Celine again!
