        Horrible experience in London
        Horrible experience in London (with www.mytransfers.com) I do not recommend the service. (maybe it's different for other cities) way out (21/12/2024): Meet&Greet with welcome sign Door-to-Door -> I had to walk around the airport looking for the parking lot where the car was parked. Child seats -> I paid extra for this service, I didn't have it, and they still haven't refunded the extra money paid. At the right time -> I spent more than 1 hour waiting for the car to arrive Private Minivan -> A different category car came way back (26/12/2024): Meet&Greet with welcome sign Door-to-Door Child seats -> I paid extra for this service, I didn't have it, and they still haven't refunded the extra money paid. At the right time ==> -> Despite the first driver arriving 4 hours earlier, the second driver arrived at the correct time. Private Business Minivan -> A different category car came I hired the transfer service to make my life easier, instead, I was on my cell phone asking for help, which took a while to arrive.

        Unreliable and unhelpful customer service-Mexico Cancun
        We booked a private transfer for 7 people in Mexico- Cancun from the airport to the resort and back at the end of our stay. Initially, we informed them that we were only 3, but they stated that the price would remain the same. However, when booking a car, they ask for the number of passengers, and the prices differ based on the number of people. Our flight arrived 25 minutes late, and we had to wait for a long time for our luggage. Finally, when we exited the terminal, we could not find our driver or anyone from MyTransfer. After half an hour of searching, a person claiming to be a representative of MyTransfer informed us that our driver had left because he could not reach us. We explained that our flight was delayed, that we had to wait for our luggage, and that we had no reception on our phones while inside the terminal. The representative told us they could not provide another driver, so we would have to use another company’s driver, which was three times more expensive. Additionally, we had no cash on us, so they charged us extra for paying with cards. The representative assured us we would receive a refund. When we contacted customer service, they refused to issue a refund, stating that their driver had done everything possible and provided a screenshot of the call times. When I requested proof that they checked the flight status for delays or confirmation of a relationship with the airport to ensure all passengers collected their luggage, they never responded to my email. On the return trip, the driver was 20 minutes late and still had to pick up other passengers, despite our booking being for a private transfer. He could not speak English, and when we attempted to contact customer service, they did not answer our calls. We later discovered that the other passengers had also booked and paid for a private transfer, but we were all placed together in one vehicle and charged for the private transfer. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I hope for a resolution to these issues.

        Don't use this transfer service. I booked a Transfer from London's St. Pancras train station after taking EuroStar from Paris to London. The www.mytransfers.com website promises a meet by the driver in the waiting area with your name on a sign, as well as 24-hour customer service. I paid a premium price for a meet and greet pickup and what I ended up getting was an Uber Ride to my hotel (which I can book myself via the app without 3rd part help). Basically, I was charged 86 euro for a 20-euro Uber ride. There was no meeting and greet. I had to wander around outside the terminal for 20 minutes attempting to find the Uber they booked for me. There is no 24-hour customer support either as their website does NOT contain a phone number, nor even an email address. Given the responses from MyTransfer.com to the various negative reviews on this website I am providing my boking number which is 1628823. Let's see if they actually provide me with a resolution.

        Disappointing service
        On arrivals no one was present for meet and greet as promised on booking. Called company and they said driver arriving soon he went around as parking is expensive. 30min waiting for the driver at arrival. Return trip. Driver was on time to be fair but disaster started when we began the trip. My wife and son sat in the back seats and a terrible disgusting smell of vomiting was present. We asked the driver if someone had vomited in the car the day before and he confirmed that yes a person had vomited from the passenger side back seat. We were extremely disappointed with the service we received. He told us that he cleaned the car but clearly it wasn't cleaned as supposed to be. We tried to speak to the company but they kept denying these facts despite showing chat conversations as proof of time waiting. Definitely not recommend.

        SCAMMERS and THIEVES Do not use this company.
        Prepaid and booked a transfer with these clowns through Ryanair website. Went from london stansted to Malaga, where I was expecting to be picked up. My flight was delayed by an hour, (they had my flight details) the booking email says to inform them of any delays yet when you call them you can't get through to anyone and get told to go to the website. I tried ringing the driver but got no answer so text him instead. Couldn't have done anymore before boarding. I arrived in Malaga to a voicemail saying that the driver had to go elsewhere and I couldn't be picked up. Fair enough, il get a taxi and they will pay me back.... nope. They will not pay me back my money. I spoke to Ryan air who I paid through... they say speak to mytransfers... I spoke to mytransfers and they say I need to speak to cartrawler? Who are cartrawler? I speak with them, they all give me nonsense about no refunds when they haven't supplied a driver??? It's a scam. Bunch of thieves. Proper scumbags, stealing money from a young family on their holiday, Ryanair should remove them from trusted partners.

        Don't do it
        Terrible company. Was over an hour late picking us up and then lied about it. Charged an outrageous amount. We cancelled the trip back to the airport and yet they still charged us. I would highly recommend any other transportation!

        Okay service
        Generally when someone booked a service in advance, he/she expect someone to wait once they land. I had to wait for the driver. Not that long, but I thought at once to go with the taxi to avoid the waiting.

        Horrible service in Airport Transfer in London-BEWARE-Do not book
        MyLondonTransfer-Be careful when booking this service. They do not show and will scam you out of money. They are not a reliable company. They billed our service even after I canceled them 14 days in advance.

        Luton Airport is Horrible!!!
        What an absolutely disgusting and horrible experience I had in Luton Airport. I was a solo traveller thankfully, can't imagine how it would be travelling with kids. Security was horrendous, never felt like I was herded like cattle just as badly as there. The coralling staff rude! It was so disorganised. Going through security I felt like a criminal, truly awful. Then getting through and going to the toilets. They were filthy. Most airports have people cleaning constantly because they're so busy. These were not cleaned!! If you can fly from anywhere else in London I would highly recommend it. I will certainly not try and save money flying from there again!!!

        Fine except for security
        Facilities adequate, cleanliness above average, information desk knowledgeable and friendly, onward travel patchy, security staff deplorable. Never seen so many barking, scowling, sour faced people in one department before. Must be a miserable working environment. At the moment things are completely chaotic at times with delays and cancellations so take plenty of reading material or entertainment as there's absolutely nothing to do here, it is after all only an airport. Get that security, you work at the airport, you're really nothing important or special.

        SHAMEFUL AIRPORT TO SERVE LONDON
        I was flying from STN - London Stansted Airport. Firstly the drop off charges for a passenger by car is now over £7 Train fares on Stansted Express is £19.00 one way from Tottenham Hale- disgraceful Passing security I was pulled over for having a tin of Mushy Peas in my bag which the security guard regarded as liquid, I politely replied its process food. Anyway he decided to swap for drugs which was fine since I had laser eye treatment at Moorfields Hospital and my eyes were still red & swollen. However in spite he didn't return my Ipad, which I only realized getting to the departure gate. I had to ran back to security via security guards having to let me through security doors areas. I nearly missed my flight! I inform the owners of Stansted airport but no reply. This put me off using this airport since I travel frequently to London

        Gatwick to Oliver Plaza
        Ors was great. He was helpful and very personable. He pointed out landmarks as we drove to our destination and we would ask for his services again!

        Some Good, Some Bad
        I prearranged and paid for 4 transfers. The 2 that happened in London, didn’t go as planned. Our transfer from the EcoStar station to our hotel sort of happened. The driver was waiting for us and then called an Uber to take us to the hotel. I guess he had a better deal. Our transfer from the hotel to the airport didn’t happen. The driver was going to be more than 30 minutes late. So had to take a black cab to the airport which cost more. The company only refunded what I paid to them. Not what I had to pay black cab. Don’t plan to use this company in the future. The transfers in Switzerland and France were good.

        Fantastic!
        Flew with Jet 2 to Heraklion Crete for a holiday. Very pleasant flight with entertaining Captain & good onboard service. The minus was the cramped seating on the plane!

      Service was awful. We booked for 15:30 and because our bag was delayed we exited at 16:20 and were surprised driver was no where to be found. I called the number and after 7 mins on hold was told I have to wait another 10 mins for the driver so he was now over an hour late. Then the driver called me and instead of coming inside the terminal to find us he told me to look for him outside in a random pick up zone. He also spoke terrible English so finding him took 3 phone calls. Once we got to the car another surprise - the car seat I booked was not there. He claimed he has one for my child which is over 2 and tall and the. Pulled out an infant carrier my son can’t possibly fit into. The cherry on the cake - I was told I have to pay an extra - 15 pounds cash for the car seat which of course was going to be totally fine if there was a car seat but even though there was no such car seat they still made me pay the 15 pounds cash. Lastly, the car was quite dirty beaten up minivan and the driver spent most of the call on his phone driving in dark and rain which I don’t consider safe. Overall horrendous experience and will never book with this company again.
