The tour to the falls and back through old Quebec was fantastic. The route is flat and an easy bike ride. Guy was an excellent tour guide! He is very friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the city. We highly recommend this tour!

Even through the rain- enjoyed our tour.
Sep 2020
Rain!! Oh well. The company called us the day before and explained weather. Gave us the option of cancelling or accepting Mother Nature and going for it. We thought this was very proactive and admirable to contact their customers ahead of time. Professional. We decided to go for it. Our guides were Guy and Emily. They explained bikes and adjusted seats to our height. They were both very knowledgeable regarding equipment and our path to the falls. Our safety, seemed to be of utmost concern to them both which was appreciated. We stopped at certain points where Guy would explain points of interest and historical significance. There are a few inclines in which I struggled. ( Haven’t biked since I was 12. Clearly need to strengthen my legs). Thank you Emily! She was right beside me, with encouraging words. So kind. The falls were indeed, impressive. The snack the company provided was quite delicious with a chocolate power bar, cheese, crackers and an extremely unique box of maple water. They also provided us with water. The ride back was mostly down hill and we made our way quickly. Thanks Guy and Emily for a great tour.

Great ride and tour
Oct 2019
This was an excellent, easy, informative 16 mile bike ride. Guide was superb. Location of bike shop/starting point was a pleasant 10 minute walk along the main street. Ample time at the Montmorency Falls. Gondola ride that was included was great and certainly necessary to truly experience the beauty of the falls and views of the river, etc. Care was given by the staff to ensure each bike was properly adjusted for each customer. Highly recommend.

Awesome way to spend a half-day!
Oct 2019
Overall a very enjoyable experience! The bike ride was a perfect length (not too lang but not too short) and was on a very pleasant bike path with great views along the way. Our tour guide, Guy, was very friendly, funny, and informative. The actual falls are amazing as well with picturesque views from the base and from the top! Really enjoyed the entire experience and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Quebec City.

Absolute Must
Such a relaxing way to spend a few hours cycling to the waterfalls. The bike path is very flat and Guy the leader set a relaxing pace. A couple of stops on the way up including a bathroom break. The bikes are well maintained and they provide a bottle of water, apple granola bar, and cheese snack. The waterfalls are absolutely gorgeous especially now in October. Cant recommend this more!

A great tour our tour guide Benoit was friendly and provided local history along the way. It’s about 18 miles round trip predominately flat. Getting out of the city is a little tricky but otherwise a ride most anyone can do. The gals themself were beautiful.

Beautiful ride!
Oct 2019 • Couples
My husband and I really enjoyed this tour. We happened to get a beautiful sunny fall day which allowed us gorgeous views from the top of the falls. Our tour guide, Guy Ouellett, was excellent. He was very kind and knowledgeable about the history of Quebec. We learned a lot about the region’s history. Guy also did a great job making sure the group stayed together and that were riding at an appropriate pace. Not too fast, not too slow. The amount of time riding there and back was perfect (about 40 min each way, with some stops to talk about history, politics, and the natural landscape). This left us a few hours to take the gondola up to the top of the waterfall for breathtaking views and to explore a bit on our own, have a snack, use the bathroom, etc. It was a very pleasant thing to do on our trip and I would recommend it.

Wonderful trip to the Falls!
Sep 2019
Although not a bicyclist, I really enjoyed this guided tour to Montmorency Falls. Our guide Guy was very knowledgeable and attentive to the needs of the group. We saw beautiful vistas and learned a bit of history along with info about the native trees and plants.
The trip was roughly 16 miles total. I did find it a bit challenging at some points but mostly an easy ride.

We are very glad to hear that you enjoyed your tour with Guy! Every guide in our team is unique and great in their own way! The bike path to the Falls is almost flat all the way and the challenging part can be the distance or the wind. Happily, our guides always try to adapt themselves to the pace of their group, and we have people of all ages and of all levels who do it every day! We hope to see you again, Émilie from Cyclo Services!
