My husband and I went on a delightful ride with "Mike the Bike," a lively and fascinating guide for Ca Roule Montreal on Wheels, a bicycle rental and tour company in Montreal. On our "Vista Architecture Tour," Mike shared many entertaining facts and anecdotes about local buildings and their history. We especially enjoyed hearing Mike's thoughtful opinions about the influence architecture has had on human society and vice versa. The ride itself was mostly flat, the pace was easy, and we made many stops to look and listen along Montreal's waterfront. When you sign up for a bicycle tour with Ca Roule, be sure to ask for "Mike the Bike."

Amazing historical tour of Montreal by bike! Our guide Mike was fun & knowledgeable, and kept us all safe as we bicycled through different neighborhoods of Montreal! If you can ride a bicycle, you can do this tour. We got to see SO much more than we would have by walking. All the staff at Montreal On Wheels were very friendly & helpful. This tour is well worth the price!

Our favorite activity in Montreal! We learned about architecture, history, culture and the bike system! Our leader Mike, was a semi retired professor with McGill University. Extremely knowledgeable about everything Montreal, and very enthusiastic which made it fun!!!

Mike is a phenomenal tour guide. He knows the city and its history very well. He was engaging and answered all our questions. Definitely recommend as one if the first things you do when visiting Montreal!

Mike was outstanding, knowledgeable and fun. We highly recommend the e-bike tour because there are two sections of extreme hills. I would not have been able to bike up those two hills but the e-bike made it possible. I’ve had 7 knee surgeries and was still able to have a great time. I only wish they had more choices of bikes that are for short or small women’s

The bike tour was wonderful - a bit of history and lots of interesting facts were shared. Our guide was Mike and he was absolutely fantastic- funny, clever, well informed and a bike lover. Everyone should be lucky enough to be guided by Mike💙!

I had a fab day seeing Montreal on two wheels and a chance to explore parts I would not have seen otherwise. Along the canal, river side and island The trails are flat and safe (away from traffic) and would really suggest this as an activity while here.

Mike on the bike was great. We learned a lot about the city and the guide added his sense of humor throughout. Great for anyone who is new to Montreal and enjoys biking!

Great bikes and an even better guide. Mike was superb. Easy spot to walk to from our hotel,right in the main tourist district. Bikes were easy to use and even better after the tour we could use the bike till 6pm. We got to see a lot of montreal and then we biked by ourselves to the top of Mt royal. Mike knew a ton about montreal and had a good path for us. The city is very bikeable. Oh plus we got a free drink and snack, not sure if that is normal. Some improvements I would suggest. 1) give better clothing guidance. At the shop it was fairly warm, but the rivers and bridges were much cooler. Bring a windbreaker. 2) did not like the mixed language tour. It's a big waste of time and frustrating to repeat everything twice. Ask to see if they have an all English or all French tour.

As probably the weakest of the group, I was very comfortable with the ride. Truth be told, most were on electric, we weren't. Not many hills. Didn't crash. Mike was as good a guide as one could ask. Going through the neighborhoods taught us a lot about the history and culture. If you can, ask for Mike as the tour guide. He was delightful and imparted so much knowledge along with putting safety first.

Such a great way to see the city and learn about its history and architecture while doing something fun outdoors together. Mike was our tour guide and he was exceptional - very knowledgeable, focused on safety and made sure to engage every member of the group. The staff at the shop were super friendly and helpful. The options to keep bikes thru rest of the day after the tour was a nice feature too - we ended up biking to Mt Royale and exploring the massive park on bikes.

Great service! Everyone there so was courteous, friendly and helpful! Especially the guys getting the bikes for us and taking our returns. They showed us how to use the bikes, made sure they were set up , and kept asking if we needed a water bottle. The guide, Pasquale, was superb and very knowledgeable! He really knew his stuff!
