Pickup details- A complimentary pick up from several hotels in Downtown Montreal can be arranged when requested at least 24 hours in advance. This can also be done by choosing from the hotel list upon booking. If your hotel is not included, please send us a message as early as possible and we will advise the closest pick-up point. Pick-up from the listed hotels starts at 9 am. Please wait patiently in the hotel entrance level at 9 am. Your provided mobile number will be contacted when you need to meet your guide outside. Pickup and drop off services are provided on a complementary basis courtesy of Ntours. In case of road closure or intense traffic in the area of a hotel, we shall make our best to advise alternative pickup/drop off location as close as possible to your hotel. If you choose to join at the start point at Square Philips, please be in the Square Phillips by the monument by 9:15 am, and make sure you are reachable on your provided mobile number.

- Most travelers can participate
- COVID-19 prevention measures: Wearing a face mask is highly recommended in the vehicle and in closed spaces during visits, but not obligatory. Wearing gloves is highly recommended inside the vehicle. Our guides/drivers who have tested for COVID19 and are positive, or have been in contact with a confirmed case will not be allowed to do any tours. Some activities/visits might not be doable due to 3rd party temporary closure.
- In case of special events or roads closure tour/attractions could be modified without prior notice.
- Smoking, e-cigarettes and alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle
- No luggage or bags in general can be left on our unattended vehicles during visits or lunch break. Anything, you bring on with you must by curried on while not on the vehicle.
- This experience includes several attractions. Guests will be getting on and off the van frequently. It is not suitable for persons with limited mobility.
- While children and special need individuals are welcomed on our tour. In case of any disturbance that make other guests uncomfortable, interfere with guides' commentary or rise a security concern, participants may be asked to leave the tour. No refund will be granted.

Fran our tour guide was terrific in giving details about each and every site’s history and clicking our pictures as well. She was courteous, understanding and loyally dropped us off at our car garage after the tour. As it was only me and my son it seemed like a private tour. The van was also very comfortable. She shared her knowledge and her love for the city through her commentary and the selection of the sites (Mont Royal and its history, Westmount, the history of the French and English influence and the cultural differences and similarities. In the afternoon we visited the Italian market where we sampled maple syrup. We ended up at the bagel bakery (St Viateur) where we saw the bagel making and sampled the final product. There were only 3 of us as it wasn’t peak season to her credit she still ran the tour which went incredibly smoothly from pick up to drop off. This was a lovely afternoon tour with Mounir which carried on from the Montréal in a Nutshell tour in the morning. I absolutely recommend both to make a good day of sightseeing around Montreal as there is so much to see. Mounir is a wonderful guide and the afternoon included a lovely stroll around Old Montreal and a visit to a maple co-op where you can learn more about maple production and product tasting plus a maple ice cream! The many cultures and districts which comprise this beautiful city are fascinating to understand and in how Montreal came to be as cosmopolitan as it is. Another favourite-a delicious warm and fresh bagel from the oven with cream cheese. I thoroughly recommend this tour with the knowledgeable Mounir - a wonderful day!

If you are looking for an amazing intercultural experience in Montreal, you should try this City Tour. Mounir is a wonderful guide. He is aswell a careful driver, shared interesting facts about the city, well-organized with time and stops at important places, and made the whole-day tour full of enjoyable tastings (including delicious bagels, maple butter, and ice cream). Yes! Your will relish warm and delicious bagels as a special part of the 6-hour tour. Trust me, all the visits and tastings are worth it!

My husband and I were in Montreal and was staying only for 3 nights, we wanted to get to know the City and booked this tour. Mounir was excellent! He answered all our questions and treated us like long time friends visiting the city for the first time. It was a great and full day.

During our afternoon tour of Montreal, there was an torrential downpour in the city. David, our tour guide, was able to change the itinerary to defeat the weather. Less walking, more riding. While highly knowledgeable, he was also entertaining. I would definitely recommend this tour.

There was only one other couple, so we got to ask a lot of questions. The tour guide was friendly and informative and took us to the sites we were interested in. He had a little step stool for helping us in and out of the van and offered us each a bottle of water. It was a good mix of walking and riding in the van. It was interesting to see and learn about the different ethnic neighborhoods and other areas of the city (Mile End, LePlatea, the Underground,etc). At the end of the tour he offered to drop us off as close to possible to the areas we wanted to revisit. Highly recommended. I would recommend that the guide clean the windows of the van. Ordinarily I wouldn’t mind, but this is a sightseeing tour. So for that reason I would rate him a 4.5.

We have taken note of your observation and we are sorry for that. I can assure you that the van was cleaned that same day in the morning, but with humidity on windows and dust coming from the construction sites it could become challenging to ensure the high elevated windows of the van are always clean during the tour. We will continue to do our best to overcome this challenge.

I combined the Montreal in a nutshell tour in the morning with this tour in the afternoon. The pace of the tour allows you to see all the main attractions and some hidden gems. I chose this tour based on previous reviews of the tour guide, Mounir, and he exceeded my expectations. Mounir goes out of his way to deliver the best experience.

I love the customer service offered by Mounir of NTours. The original Montreal Night Tour we had reserved was cancelled because there weren't enough participants. He offered to change our reservation to the Montreal Intercultural City Tour. We lucked out! It was not only a great, informative tour, but our guide - Harald - was fun and knowledgeable. There were only five of us in this small group tour, which offered a unique personalized experience.

This was the first excursion we went on in Montreal. It's the perfect way to get to know the City. Tour was in a clean van and was uncrowded. Our guide, Harald, gave us a great tour with a lot of information. We stopped in spots long enough to get a feel for the various neighborhoods, and that made it easier to return to these places on our own later in the week. We had a blast. Highly recommended.

This tour was very nice. Started with a pickup at your hotel (excellent communication with Tour company setting it up the day prior to trip). Our ride was in a very comfortable van with clean windows and lots of space. Tour guide Monu (??spelling) was very nice and cordial. The selected visits along the way were excellent... perfect start at the famous St Viateur Bagel Shop.. the tour moved on visiting many excellent locations (see tour descriptions). Our tour ended with our guide driving us back to our hotel. In all, I found this Montreal Tour to be very worthwhile and highly recommended.

Our guide, Mounir, was so competent, interesting and full of information. We asked to get a feel for this beautiful city and he really delivered! From the Oratory to Expo, Chinatown to Little Italy, delicious bagels to the Underground, we saw it all. Lots of history, current events, insights, he was a wonderful guide and driver. Thank you!

I have a bad leg, use a cane, and cannot walk long distances. What do you mean by short walks? Also getting aboard a high step into a bus is challenging. City buses with low steps are no problem. How is yours?
