Overview
No visit to Montreal is complete without a walk through its Old City, arguably North-America's most charming and well-preserved historical neighborhood.  This 3-hour small-group tour (10 participants max) is casual yet informative, with no two tours being the same. Our guides adapt the tour to the interests of their group and choose their favourite off-the-beaten-path stops. This intimate walk is the perfect experience to begin your Montreal visit.
Highlights
  • Small-group walking tour explores a historic neighborhood
  • A guide tells you all about Montreal's history
  • Check off a top site: tour includes admission to Notre-Dame Basilica
  • Group size limited to 10, ensuring personalized service
What to Expect
Meet a guide in Montreal’s Old City, and set out on foot through the neighborhood's narrow streets, following a route that’s designed to take in key landmarks and lesser-known areas.
You’ll see ships at the dock and pause to check out galleries and restaurants. This is a great time to get recommendations on how to experience the real Montreal.
Then, visit the magnificent Notre Dame Basilica, a cathedral with distinctively Quebecois design.

Leah is very knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. The 3-hour wall doesn’t feel long at all. Plus quick access to the Basilica. Small group is better, especially on a busy day. Definitely worth it.

Notre Dame was the highlight and well worth paying for a tour not to stand in line. Guide focused on the historic places, politics and culture.

Hello! The Basilica is a working Church with several Masses and other events throughout the days. You may want to check their website for hours.
