Fun trip to Niagara

We faced some issue during boarding time in the morning..It was communicated 8 am from Sheraton Airport Hotel, Gate 3.. Because we are new to the country..we called up thrice Zoom travels and then they reconfirmed that the Mercedes Benz 9 seater bus will arrive at the foyer of Sheraton opposite departure terminal Gate 3 ..Bus will arrive at 830 am..This was the only confusion..We started at 845 am and reached Niagara by 10 am

Fabio the tour guide was excellent..Very smooth operator..He knows the facts..He knows how to keep the audience engaged and we had a wonderful time with him ..

We went to the Journey behind the falls (30 CAD each extra) , Boat cruise (price included), around Niagara Valley and also visited the smallest Chappel in the world..

Since we had opted a Non Lunch option..we had a lot of time exploring the city ..Had lunch at Kelsey's.. Fantastic place and very neat and trim..Not at all crowded..

Lot of snippets and info shared by Fabio around the Villas in Niagara, power house, about Niagara Falls.

We had a wonderful trip and highly recommend that u guys choose Fabio and Zoom for your trip

We were three of us and we paid a total of 443 USD

Jam packed with amazing sights and very informative!

The trip was jam packed with sightseeing. Fabio our tour guide picked us up on time. He was super informative and very helpful. He provided information the moment we got in the van and continuously from Toronto to Niagara Falls to Niagara On the Lake. He knew places to stop and see. He escorted us to the right lines and he made sure that we got to the correct activities. Despite COVID and minor changes with events he made accommodations. The tour was all day long! The Behind the Falls tour was incredible. You can see and hear the water so closely. There are two decks. I didn't go to the lower deck where they take pictures. The higher deck was stunning. The Hornblower Cruise was more than I expected. If you don't want to get wet, this isn't the tour for you. Once you leave the dock you sail past the American Falls, Bridal Veil Falls and then the Canadian Horseshoe Falls. You not only feel the mist, you get into the choppy water from the Falls and the boat rocks. You get splashed the mist is heavier. So much fun. The floral clock was beautiful. Skylon tower gave you visibility to Toronto from Niagara. Plus you get amazing views of the Falls. I highly recommend this tour.

Comprehensive tour.

Our guide Fabio was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Niagara area and it’s history. He added in a few extra stops to tell us about and extended the tour about an hour.

The tour itself was comprehensive and hit most of what we wanted to see. The lunchtime included an hour to shop which I didn’t care but a lot of people would like.

Just back from the day tour to Niagara Falls with Fabio..

The hotel pick up option is not available, and we had to walk for 30-35 minutes to get to the bus so not sure why that is still on the website, we were notified the night before about the change but again.. don’t advertise a service you don’t provide.

Fabio was our tour guide, what a character :) he was informative, witty, helpful and is a credit to the tour group.. but his microphone was broken so it was hard to hear him at times on the bus.

The bus drops at all the important points and I highly recommend the behind the falls and the cruise journey (we originally hadn’t booked them but Fabio arranged that when we got there)

The falls are amazing and definitely worth a trip, Fabio made the trip more interesting!

I knocked points off for the misleading hotel

Hi Louise, I am glad that you had a wonderful time at the Falls and I'm very pleased that Fabio was "fabulous" in delivering excellent customer service, was meticulous in his duties despite the fact that the mike broke down. I agree with you that we shouldn't be advertising that we offer hotel pick-up and should have put a statement stating that hotel pick-ups are temporarily on hold due to traffic volumes and sometimes using a big coach bus in Downtown Toronto during peak hours can be a challenge. Due to heavy traffic volumes in Downtown Toronto & in greater Toronto areas on some routes; we've had to postpone our plans on doing hotel pick-ups which is something that's work in progress for us. Secondly, we also have to use our 56 passenger coach bus when we have a large group touring and it's very difficult to stop at every hotel in Downtown Toronto combatting traffic and picking up each or a group of guests from each hotel. Return drop-off in the evening/night is much easier with the 56 Coach bus since their is lesser traffic and our guests aren't stuck waiting idle on the bus for a longer duration, which is why we're able to guarantee return drop-off in central downtown Toronto and Airport hotel areas. I hope this sheds some light as to why we currently have our hotel pick-up on freeze. Thanks again for your feedback, thoughts and praise for our driver. Best regards, Kristine

I took this tour last year and everything went well so every time I had the chance I recommended my family and friends to take the tour with this company, but not anymore. This year I got tours for my family and unfortunately my experience changed.

When you book the tour you have the chance to choose where do you want to be picked up, I chose a hotel and a couple of days before the tour people from this tour company would call me to arrange the pick up time. Nevertheless I would get a text around 10:00 - 10:30 p.m. from someone from that same company letting me know (not even asking) that they would pick us up in a completely different spot. Last couple of times that this happened I called that number and a really unprofessional and rude person would answer letting me know that they wouldn't go pick us up. The last time he ever dared to tell me to stop getting tours from Zoom tours and that they would refund our money if that is what we wanted.

I am not recommending Zoom tours never again. What suppose to be a nice experience became on a really uncomfortable one.

If anyone from the company wants to contact me I have the phone number from the person that always calls me.

Received a confirmation email of an 8am pick up. This company didn't turn up. Thankfully we were saved by Kevin from King Tours who let us join his group and really made our day brilliant. On phoning Zoom tours, they said they has sent an email saying we would be on an afternoon tour (unlikely as the trip is 9-10 hours long and also untrue as I received no such email) . Having contacted them also by email, I got no reply. Very poor.

Amazing!

It was an amazing day packed with a lot of activities! I recommend taking the boat, it was a breathtaking experience.

Fabio was an amazing guide. He provided us with a lot of information, stopped at every attraction and took pictures of us. He knew the best places and even stopped at an ice cream place with the most amazing ice cream.

Overall an amazing day at Niagara Falls, if we just went by ourselves there is no chance that we would have seen as much as we did.

We really enjoyed our trip from Toronto to Niagara Falls (Canadian side). Fabio was an excellent source of information & took very good care of our tour. Humor was injected as needed. We recommend the Boat Ride into the falls & the Skylon tower. Great bang for the buck. Highly recommend.

On a wet early March day Fabio took us to the falls. How he keeps the whole thing interesting day in. day out I don'y know. Nothing was too much trouble and despite the weather we had a good day out. Recommended.

A Day of New Friends at the Falls

Our guide Gary was so nice and helped us all have the best time! Our group got along really well and some of us have stayed in touch since. It was a great day that included sights like the Smallest Chapel that probably wouldn’t make the effort to see on your own. Highly recommend!
