Our group tour turned into a private tour that went very wrong. The driver stated he was supposed to open the doors for us but wanted to know if we minded that he didn’t do that. Our tour guide Johni then needed to hurry back to Toronto for another tour, our tour was rushed and at the end he gave us a parking pass to park close to the boat tour and instead of taking us and waiting as he was supposed to he gave us this pass and made it sound like a great help he was until we found out from Sheraton that the pass is only for tour busses and that if we parked their we could be fined and have our car towed. I reached out to management to inform them of our bad experience and after a run around and constant following up, they finally decided to give us $50 back as if that was sufficient enough for the trouble and inconvenience that this company left us with on our vacation. Very disappointing and would not recommend this company tour for anyone.

Loved the tour, we are glad to book our tour with zoom tours, they were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them for Niagara Falls tours.

Good tour. Late confirmation of hotel pickup done only one afternoon before departure. The lunch offered, frankly, is bad with an emphasis only on quantity not quality and next to nothing for vegetarians. Flies hovered over the dessert section. Our guide, Gary was, however, outstanding. His humour and the information he gave and his friendliness gives him 5 stars or ten out of ten. Gary is outstanding as a guide

Great time visiting all the sites. Beautiful day with partially cloudy skies made for great photos. Friendly guide provided great information and bypassed all the ticket lines and showed us all the great photo locations. Enjoyable day. We signed up for the day/evening cruise/dinner tour but subsequently notified that that tour was full. We ended up switching to a day/lunch tour. Not what we originally wanted but still a great day.

I think for most people, going to Niagara Falls is a "once in a lifetime" or "bucket list" item. If that is indeed the case, why not let someone else do all of the heavy lifting so you can enjoy the experience? Who better than a local to take you to all the hidden gems along the way and show you the best spots to observe from? Our tour guide, Johnny, was an ABSOLUTE GEM!!! You can tell he loves what he does and that he's good at it! From Canadian history to just interesting facts, Johnny knows it all, and he'll make sure you have fun, too! On our way to the falls, we stopped by a beautiful winery to take some pictures. We then stopped at a small farm that sells fresh fruit and vegetables and makes their own hot apple cider, YUM! We then made our way to the Whirlpool which was mesmerizing to look at. After this, we made our way to a shop for a maple syrup tasting! This was bith enlightening and fascinating. Finally, we stopped at the falls! Johnny bought everyone's boat tickets, and gave us about 45 minutes to take pictures and walk along until the boat ride. Forewarning: YOU WILL GET WET AND THE PONCHOS DO NOT DO MUCH! However, totally worth it. If youpaid for the dinner (which I highly recommend) yiu make your way across the street to the Sheraton where you have a buffet dinner overlooking the falls. Ladies and gentlemen, that view is worth the price of the dinner. Finally, at the conclusion of dinner, you get to spend a few more minutes watching the falls as they illuminate. Absolutely breathtaking. Now tell me, is this something you could have experienced withiut the help of an expert tour guide? 😉

Gary was our tour guy, very friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience, you get wet going into the falls and at any time other than summer the poncho's are mandatory but not enough, so dress appropriately. Lunch was tasty, but the view was amazing.

The tour guide was great, and we did and saw a lot. The falls were beautiful and we got a lot of photos. My only complaint would be that they didn't tell us that (non alcoholic) beverages weren't included with our buffet.

The company has our phone number and should have updated us on the late pickup. They had changed the location, and we were unsure about the place. Once on board, the speaker system did not clearly convey messages to the back of the 15-passenger van. What we heard was either too quiet or garbled. While driving through downtown Toronto, a running commentary was made about the buildings and history. But those of us in the back couldn't hear. Finally, Ali spoke without the PA system, and we heard most of what he had to say. The tour of the falls was included with this tour, and we were handed off to Hornblowers. This part of the tour was wonderful. After the Falls tour, we were treated to a tour of the waterways coming off the falls and the local landscape. We saw a small church, local produce stand, flowered clock in the ground, and other local sites. The evening ended with an open buffer dinner and fireworks 🎆. It was a fun filled day.

A very good itinerary and lots of time at each site. Our guide seemed to be a but inexperienced as he had some facts wrong and wasn't always clear about the agenda.

It was a good day out for us.The Niagra falls experience was unique.However the boat ride was 20 minutes but had to spend 5-6 hours with no other activity.The wait till the fireworks display was worth however.

The tour/location itself was great. Niagara falls and all of the stops along the way were great and absolutely worth it, and I opted to go on the boat ride, which was an incredible experience and worth the price. Our tour guide Karen was great, and paid close attention to the needs of the guests. However, as a warning, this tour company provided very little communication about some critical details, the first being pickup. This tour picks up at various hotels, and while the pickup time is listed as 8am, you may end up being picked up any time between 8 and 9 depending on when the bus gets to your location. There was no communication from the company about this or about approximate pickup times, so you are just left standing on the street for up to an hour, with no idea of whether you've missed your bus or not. I contacted the company multiple times with no response on their supposed live chat function, and by 8:45 with no word from the company, I finally called and was told the bus was on its way. Once on the tour, the pickup times at each tour location were also not always very specific, and often ran late, so some people were left waiting around for others or for the bus to get back. Also, this is a very long tour, depending on delays and traffic. For example, we hit very mild traffic, and the first set of passengers on my tour did not get dropped off until close to 7pm, so this was an 11-12 hour tour depending on when you get dropped off. All of these things would have been fine had they been communicated clearly by the tour company prior to signing up, but with very little information provided up front, you're basically left guessing what's happening from 8am on.

The boat trip, journey behind the falls and whirlpools were amazing. The views were stunning and I got absolutely soaked on the boat, but it was totally worth it to be that close to the falls! There was a good selection of food at lunch. Our tour guide Gary was friendly, informative, shared interesting knowledge and truly made the trip one to remember. Would definitely recommend!

This tour was a wonderful way to see all Niagara Falls has to offer without the stress of not knowing your way around. Our tour guide Gary was great. We went to Niagara Falls, the whirlpool, the Floral Clock, drove around the city, had lunch at the Sheraton and even made a pit stop at a Maple shop for syrup and fudge tastings. Highly recommend!
