About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Crazy_3650 contributionsDefinitely recommend, would book again!Had an excellent time! Alex was a great tour guide, knowledgeable on area history and sites, made the trip to the Falls fly by. Roman drove the tour bus to destinations, navigating fastest routes. Niagara Falls Hornblower boat tour was the highlight of the tour. Bus and other guest were punctual, avoiding tour delays. Picked up at 8:15 by large bus, and returned by 5:30. Unrelated traffic accident on return caused slight delay and alternate route. Out of tour operator control. Would highly recommend! Company has been in the game for a long time, they clearly know what they’re doing.Written August 24, 2024
- nat_keene0 contributionsFirst class tourEverything about this tour was a wonderful experience, we would highly recommend. Pick up from downtown Toronto worked smoothly (the bus was actually early), Michael our tour guide struck the right balance between informative, entertaining and allowing us time to relax. All information about the day was given ahead of any stops, it was made super clear when and where to re-join the bus after a stop and we had plenty of time at each. Highlight of course was the boat tour into the Falls (just WOW) but Niagara on the Lake also beautiful. We went on a Sunday which meant less traffic in/out of Toronto so more time at the stops. A brilliant day trip.Written August 23, 2024
- paulinecooper140 contributionsFantastic tourEasy pick up frpm Downtown Toronto. Stopped at Niagara on the Lake which is a picture perfect town with quaint shops and cafes. Niagara was amazing and the trip on the Hornblower cruise just awesome. Great coach driver and host. Would highly recommend.Written October 6, 2023

- Smdjrjfjfmedn0 contributionsOne of the best tours I have ever been onOur guide, Michael was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, delivering his information in a fun and entertaining way. He made the tour one of the best I have ever taken!!! The boat portion of the tour to the base of the falls should not be missed! It was exhilarating, wet and a blast!!! The tour provided a great combination of local information coupled with the beauty of the Niagara region.Written April 29, 2023
- B3OU0 contributionsToronto Niagara FallsIt was a great trip from beginning to end. I liked the little side trip to the beach, and our guide, Michael, was a terrific host.Written April 10, 2023

- 328sarahl0 contributionsExcellent and well organised dayWell organised, Michael was great and explained history of the falls well, as well as information about the general area, in a really fun and genuine way. We had to take a detour through vineyards and stop and Walkers instead, which was really beautiful, and those views of Toronto over the vineyards were stunning! The boat trip makes the day for sure. Thanks for everything Michael and Roman (driver).Written September 30, 2022
- kct330 contributionsIncredible experienceAn amazing awesome experience………the falls are beautiful and nature leaves you open ended mouthed and in awe. September with great weather and no queues was a real bonusWritten September 19, 2022
- LYT-CES0 contributionsRude. Dreadful customer service!I booked this two days before my trip. On the morning my young granddaughter was vomiting. I phoned and Michael was very rude and extremely unhelpful. Would not help with an alternative date. He agreed I could not bring her when she was vomiting. I had traveled from Nr Ireland and have lost nearly £200. My sister who lives in Canada rang him and again he was very rude and unhelpful. I emailed them to say it was COVID but have had no reply. Dreadful customer service. I definitely would not recommend dealing with them.Written September 9, 2022
- mairin m0 contributionsLovely DayWe recently had a lovely day out with Tony as our tour guide and bus driver. A visit to the falls is a must. Just be aware that you will get wet but it is well worth it, it is only for a very short time anyway. Tony was most accommodating and really looked after everyone. The stops along the route were just ok, some nice photo opportunities though.Written October 27, 2019
- Alirickard0 contributionsRUDE, RUDE, RUDERUDE, RUDE, RUDE. We booked this trip, waited at the wrong location which was totally our fault as we are tourist and not used to the street numbering. 10 mins after the due pick up time the driver rang shouting that we were holding up a bus full of people. We told him we would not make it to the pick up location. We didn't make that trip but went with City sightseeing Toronto tours who were absolutely brilliant (thanks Alex) and cost less. We contacted the company to see if we could be reimbursed for the boat trip as we believe the company would not have paid for this part of the tour as we didn't attend. Michael was very rude through email and phone calls, he was also very rude to hotel staff who also tried to deal with him on our behalf.Written September 24, 2019
- 0-Norrie-00 contributionsA great day out!Has to be the best tour we’ve done in Canada! The tour guide, Micheal, was great from start to finish and really made the day enjoyable. We stopped for wine tasting and at the picturesque village of Niagara on the lake. Tickets for the Hornblower Niagara cruise came as part of the tour and were well worth it. With this tour you get 3 hours free time in Niagara which is plenty of time to empty your pockets of money.Written August 5, 2019

I would highly recommend this tour to first timers/regulars and everyone in between. Our amazing tour guide was Michael, as soon as we jumped onto the bus we were told the itinerary for the day and Michael was incredibly knowledgeable about every stop. Michael made an effort to speak and get to know every single member of the tour group and made sure everyone was included in conversations. Each stop was great and the bus was comfy. Another fantastic area checked off the check list! Massive thank you to Michael for making us feel incredibly safe and welcomed. If Michael is anyone to go by the whole team/family are great!

Great tour guide with great people, strangers, travelers etc. I honestly just wanted to get out of the city for a bit. I’ve been to Niagara before but never been on the boat that takes you that close to the falls (got some amazing shots) + it was just a great overall experience. Also getting to do the wine tasting was amazing. I never tried ice wine before so that was cool I also dooo love wine & I’ve never been wine tasting. It was great to learn a lot of new things about a space that really isn’t as far away as you think from the city but with a bit of a different culture and appreciation for things. One thing about not being able to travel outside of the country during this time is realizing how fun and interesting it can be, being a tourist in/around your own city and or province. Our tour guide did an amazing job with providing us with his great sense of humour and all of the cool facts I learned during my trip. I would 100% recommend doing this tour to anyone really!!

This trip was the highlight of my tour to Toronto. From start to finish everything was as I expected, in fact in some cases more.
Tony, the tour guide and driver of the small bus I was lucky to be on, was friendly, interesting and very helpful. He went out of his way to help me by getting a charger cable for my phone, which for some reason had not charged properly overnight. I am usually a nervous passenger but felt totally relaxed with Tony's driving.
He was very informative about places to see, where to go to for the best view etc and even suggested types of food and souvenirs we might be interested in buying. One suggestion he made was that we buy something for a picnic lunch as we would have long queues in the crowded restaurants at Niagara Falls. This was good advice and I am very glad I bought a sandwich at an earlier stop, so I didnt waste precious time waiting for lunch.
The Falls were an amazing experience. Definitely ticked off my bucket list. Yes, there were huge crowds, but it wasn't unpleasant, they were all very friendly and the staff were helpful, friendly and everything was very organised and well controlled. Despite the long queues, they moved fairly quickly.
As this tour does not include it in the summer trips, I would strongly recommend you pay extra for a trip up the Skylon Tower. It is a bit of a steep walk up from the area where the bus drops you off, but it is well worth the effort. You get a magnificent view of the falls and the landscape all around.
I went on the boat into the mist, which was a lot of fun. Don't wear long trousers, unless they dry off quickly, you will get soaked. Word from the wise, the photo they take is a major rip-off price. It cost me $50 and I did not realise that I could have refused to purchase it.
The bus trip back to the city was timed to get us back at around 4.30pm, so we had a few more hours of daylight in which to wander around the waterfront.

Saw the beautiful Niagara Falls and the bus was always on time. Ed was very friendly.
Downsides
1) we didn’t see the winery or tasting
2) too little time to have lunch after the hornblower. We only realistically had 30 mins to find somewhere to eat and quickly eat. By the time we finished the hornblower, there were big queues everywhere so it was either eat some super quickly or don’t eat at all which isn’t great at all. There was little time to expire Clifton hill and the village near Niagara.
3) driver recommended that we shouldn’t turn the air con on the way there as there is air circulating once the bus is moving. Although he said we can ask for this to be switched on, I think most of us felt awkward to ask and didn’t want to seem demanding at the beginning of the trip!

The winery experience is difficult during covid, I understand. During peak season long lines are expected and unfortunate. Yes we try and keep air circulating as best we can, air con is used when appropriate & safe. We appreciate your feedback & wish you safe travels!

With just three days in Toronto, we had been debating whether to book a guided tour or just get a bus to Niagara ourselves. In the end we booked last minute for a tour the next morning (without the Hornblower cruise).
Pick up was straightforward, from Hasty Market on Bremner Blvd, just a few minutes’ walk from Union Station.
Tour guide Michael was good fun and engaged with everyone in the group. He struck a great balance between talking to to the group about Niagara at various scenic stops and allowing us free time to mooch about on our own.
The highlight obviously was two hours of free time at the Falls. We opted to “Journey Behind the Falls” which was definitely worth the few extra dollars, especially as the Hornblower wasn’t operating when we visited.
Taking an organised tour made visiting Niagara Falls hassle-free and gave us the opportunity to see more of the area than if we’d gone it alone. All in all a great day out and good value for money. Would recommend!

We were picked up at 8am this morning and delivered to the tour bus.
At that point we were introduced to our driver and tour guide, Micheal.
We boarded the bus and began our trip to Niagra Falls. For the most part the trip there was uneventful. When we pulled off of the Highway and approached the traffic light, which was Yellow at the time he did not slow down at all and ran the light, with a hard left turn. At that moment I was wondering "what the hell" but I thought it was a one off.
During our trip through Niagra on the Lake we approached a hill that Micheal wanted to get "a run at". Keep in mind that we are in a small bus with 18 people and the bus has a automatic transmission. Meaning that he didn't need to drop gears and downshift. We caught up to a blue vehicle before the hill and Micheal pulled out to pass. He couldn't pass the vehicle due to oncoming traffic. So, he laid on the horn trying to get that blue vehicle to speed up. Then at the top of the hill, we parked at a look out spot on the left side of the road. What was the hurry??
This is when I became concerned about our safety. Not of the sites or vantage point but by our your guides driving.
When we were pulling up to the Niagra Falls stop, there were pedestrians crossing the left lane and then into our lane. Micheal laid on the horn and went into our right hand lane. Too my knowledge pedestrians have the right away.
We got off and experienced Niagra Falls and enjoyed our 2 hr break.
Then on our way to the Sky Tower we had to make a right hand turn. Again, there were pedestrians trying to cross the road and again he was on the horn and cut them off.
Again, don't pedestrians have the right of way?? I know that during our tour the previous day with a different tour guide that pedestrians did infact get the right of way. And thay was in d/t Toronto, much busier than anything we experienced with Micheal.
After the Sky Tower, we boarded the bus and made it back to Toronto.
To be honest, I am a "professional driver" as is Micheal in my opinion.
When you are in charge of people on a bus and the public in general, their safety has to be your number 1 priority.
Unfortunately when you are a professional driver you are a traveling bill-board.
The sites of Niagra Falls on the Lake and Niagra Falls was amazing and I belive that the price point was fair.
Anyways myself, I would not take another tour with him.

Our safe driving record speaks for itself. 40 years on the road and ZERO ACCIDENTS or incidents. And as I said several times on the microphone I use my horn for many different reasons, never once was it in anger. We celebrated a birthday with the horn and even toasted our infant passenger. This review is misguided, sorry you feel that way but glad you enjoyed Niagara Falls and the tour

From the moment I purchased the tickets, Mike was very attentive and made sure to establish a point of contact. He was also helpful on providing a location for us to get rapid covid tested before our arrival to Toronto which was super convenient. Our actual bus driver was a man named Saleem. He was joy to ride with! He took us to a gift shop where we were able to have a syrup tasting which is something I didn't know I needed. Delish! Then we spent 2.5 hours at Niagara. My husband and I were able to do the hornblower cruise, have lunch, and walk around for a few minutes. We made it to a winery as our last stop. It felt slightly rushed, but we still had a good time enjoying different blends of wines from a family vineyard. Day well spent!

We didn't get to go on it. The owner of company called and said it was supposed to rain all day and since we just arrived in Canada the day he called, he wanted to book for next day. That would have been too hard on us. So the gentleman said where we were staying in Canada was halfway between Toronto and the Falls it would be best if we just drove over to the falls. They are supposed to refund us a 100% of what we paid for the Tour.

A great day trip with an excellent host!
We had a really good day out to see the falls. Michael was great, very informative and enthusiastic and genuinely wanted to show us as much as he could, even in fully locked down Ontario at the time. He was really friendly and made sure everyone in our small group was welcomed and looked after. The tour and pickup info was confirmed the night before, and as there was only 6 of us in the group we were taken out in a modern, comfortable minivan rather than a big bus which was a huge plus for the enjoyment of the trip. The sights were of course fantastic and the tour provider and host were as good as we good have hoped for. Very highly recommended, thanks for a great day 👍👍

If you’re visiting Toronto, a visit to Niagara Falls is a must. Niagara Falls One Day Sightseeing Tour was a great experience. Michael was a wonderful guide. He was very informative, friendly and funny at the same time. Not only we got to see the falls as per the itinerary, we have managed to see the hydroelectric power station and the whirlpool. We had enough time to enjoy each site and fake memorable pictures. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Toronto and want to enjoy the wonderful falls of Niagara.

Thanks,
Kerry Jenkins

I have a flight leaving at 6.30 pm. Are any tours from Toronto- Niagara Falls suitable and is it ok if I bring my travelling backpack and return me to the airport or enough time to get to the airport from the return destination?

Hi meaney mum, our trip to Niagra left from the city, not the airport, so you need to factor in that journey plus pre flight requirements. It involved a minibus from approx 8.30/9.00 am, but returned at approx 5.00/5.30pm.
It would be too risky if you have a flight departure at 6.30pm, and we used a highly recommended tour company. Any traffic probs would mess you up completely.
