Had an excellent time! Alex was a great tour guide, knowledgeable on area history and sites, made the trip to the Falls fly by. Roman drove the tour bus to destinations, navigating fastest routes. Niagara Falls Hornblower boat tour was the highlight of the tour. Bus and other guest were punctual, avoiding tour delays. Picked up at 8:15 by large bus, and returned by 5:30. Unrelated traffic accident on return caused slight delay and alternate route. Out of tour operator control. Would highly recommend! Company has been in the game for a long time, they clearly know what they’re doing.

Everything about this tour was a wonderful experience, we would highly recommend. Pick up from downtown Toronto worked smoothly (the bus was actually early), Michael our tour guide struck the right balance between informative, entertaining and allowing us time to relax. All information about the day was given ahead of any stops, it was made super clear when and where to re-join the bus after a stop and we had plenty of time at each. Highlight of course was the boat tour into the Falls (just WOW) but Niagara on the Lake also beautiful. We went on a Sunday which meant less traffic in/out of Toronto so more time at the stops. A brilliant day trip.

Easy pick up frpm Downtown Toronto. Stopped at Niagara on the Lake which is a picture perfect town with quaint shops and cafes. Niagara was amazing and the trip on the Hornblower cruise just awesome. Great coach driver and host. Would highly recommend.

The tour was wonderful, the driver Tony was fun and entertaining. My friend was visiting from Kenya and she enjoyed every moment throughout the day including the boat cruise.

Our guide, Michael was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, delivering his information in a fun and entertaining way. He made the tour one of the best I have ever taken!!! The boat portion of the tour to the base of the falls should not be missed! It was exhilarating, wet and a blast!!! The tour provided a great combination of local information coupled with the beauty of the Niagara region.

It was a great trip from beginning to end. I liked the little side trip to the beach, and our guide, Michael, was a terrific host.

Well organised, Michael was great and explained history of the falls well, as well as information about the general area, in a really fun and genuine way. We had to take a detour through vineyards and stop and Walkers instead, which was really beautiful, and those views of Toronto over the vineyards were stunning! The boat trip makes the day for sure. Thanks for everything Michael and Roman (driver).

An amazing awesome experience………the falls are beautiful and nature leaves you open ended mouthed and in awe. September with great weather and no queues was a real bonus

I booked this two days before my trip. On the morning my young granddaughter was vomiting. I phoned and Michael was very rude and extremely unhelpful. Would not help with an alternative date. He agreed I could not bring her when she was vomiting. I had traveled from Nr Ireland and have lost nearly £200. My sister who lives in Canada rang him and again he was very rude and unhelpful. I emailed them to say it was COVID but have had no reply. Dreadful customer service. I definitely would not recommend dealing with them.

We recently had a lovely day out with Tony as our tour guide and bus driver. A visit to the falls is a must. Just be aware that you will get wet but it is well worth it, it is only for a very short time anyway. Tony was most accommodating and really looked after everyone. The stops along the route were just ok, some nice photo opportunities though.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. We booked this trip, waited at the wrong location which was totally our fault as we are tourist and not used to the street numbering. 10 mins after the due pick up time the driver rang shouting that we were holding up a bus full of people. We told him we would not make it to the pick up location. We didn't make that trip but went with City sightseeing Toronto tours who were absolutely brilliant (thanks Alex) and cost less. We contacted the company to see if we could be reimbursed for the boat trip as we believe the company would not have paid for this part of the tour as we didn't attend. Michael was very rude through email and phone calls, he was also very rude to hotel staff who also tried to deal with him on our behalf.

Has to be the best tour we’ve done in Canada! The tour guide, Micheal, was great from start to finish and really made the day enjoyable. We stopped for wine tasting and at the picturesque village of Niagara on the lake. Tickets for the Hornblower Niagara cruise came as part of the tour and were well worth it. With this tour you get 3 hours free time in Niagara which is plenty of time to empty your pockets of money.
