- rikkiw1350 contributions1 hour Harbour cruiseThe boat tour was nice, it offered an upper and lower section for seating. We did not go to the lower part but the top did have a bar/ snacks. There was a host who was nice and explained lots of things while keeping it entertainingWritten December 10, 2024
- MAOH010 contributionsA great value brunch cruise. This brunch cruise was excellent and the staff and food were great. When we entered the boat we were met by Jay who introduced himself as our server. He explained how the cruise worked and about what was included in the price. The food for brunch was very nice and as it was buffet service we were actively encouraged to get more food whenever we wanted to. Jay served us some beautiful cocktails (not included in the price). As two people on our first visit to Toronto this cruise was great and I got some great photo opportunities.Written December 2, 2024

- theresaf6440 contributionsPremier Lunch Cruise on OdysseyThoroughly enjoyed our lunch cruise onboard the Odyssey today, Aug 30/24. The weather was perfect, the staff was excellent and our meal was amazing and delicious! The dining room where our lunch was served is first class all the way, including white tablecloths! After our meal, we went up to the open air upper deck to take in the beautiful weather and the picturesque Toronto Skyline. We were treated to an added bonus today as we experienced watching the Snow Birds and the Red Arrows doing their practice before the opening at the CNE Air Show starting tomorrow. We live in Toronto and were very happy to enjoy our experience. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the waterfront, both residents and visitors. You will not be disappointed!Written August 30, 2024

We throughly enjoyed our sightseeing cruise. We went on the 6.30pm one , just as the sun was setting and we got some fabulous photos of the city.
Our tour guide was Lawrie , he gave a very informative commentary, with lots of interesting facts with a gentle sense of humour. He interacted well with the guests , mingling amongst us , chatting to everyone, answering questions and offering to take photos on your own phone.

Enjoyed our boat trip included within the City Pass. Some of the instructions were unclear e.g. we waited in line at City Cruises kiosk as directed on our tickets, only to be told we could have joined the specific boat queue straight away so that wasted a few minutes. The boat was late leaving by 8 minutes but returned dead on time, so it wasn’t quite the 1-hour experience as promised. Commentary from Alistair was entertaining and informative - it was a shame some people talked over this, which made parts difficult to hear. We would recommend sitting port side of the vessel as our seats were starboard and we kept having to turn around to look behind us at what the narration was referring to. Seats were not the most comfortable but overall it was a good experience learning more about Toronto from the water.

Nice leisurely cruise of the city waterfront. Narration by a friendly and knowledgeable guide, gave us information of the unique buildings of the city, the islands, nearby airport, etc.
It was a little cool being early May with a light breeze. Lower deck is enclosed, so it was warmer, but upper deck had clear plastic coverings over the sides that broke the breeze and made it more comfortable.

We picked a magnificent day to cruise. The weather was cool but pleasant. Our guide for that trip was a lovely local Woman called JJ. We didn’t pre book the trip but decided to try our luck getting a ride on the spur of the moment. At this time of year a lot of the tour boats I believe don’t start to operate until later in April but there was still heaps of room to comfortably move around and take some great photos of the Toronto Skyline. JJ certainly knew the ins and outs of the City with many funny quips about local identities and landmarks. A pleasant way to spend a relaxing one hour on the Toronto Harbour

I went on the Oriole cruise with my family yesterday at 8:00 PM. Overall, we were all very disappointed (a group of 12). First of all, as advertised, it’s not a 60-minute trip; it’s a 40-minute cruise. You could have a better experience on a water taxi for $12 or on much smaller cruises.
The cruise trip started at 8:04 PM (four minutes late) and lasted for 40 minutes, essentially circling the same area without going very far and not even close to the Toronto Island. After 40 minutes, the cruise started backing up to the dock and stopped exactly at 8:48 PM. The final 12 minutes were spent disembarking. By 8:58 PM, the cruise was empty, and the entire experience was less than an hour. It's not worth the money. There are better and cheaper options available around the harborbay on smaller cruises that take you much farther towards and around the back of Toronto Island.

It was 29 degrees and feels like 27 but was worth it to see the Toronto City from other angle and to take beautiful pictures. You can use the lower deck to mitigate the cold and go the upper deck just for few minutes. I recommend it

We could only spend an hour in Toronto before catching a flight out and we came for a harbour tour to get some quick views of the city, which were amazing. The staff were really helpful and even found a space for our suitcases which saved us some money on storing them. The boat was clean and there was sufficient seating for top deck views. This is a great way to see the city if you're short on time, as the docks are only a short walk from Union station.

I travelled to Toronto for the first time. As a highlight of the trip, we chose this cruise as our evening activity on the last day. I was expecting the night view of the CN Tower and the skyscrapers in the darkness of the night to be beautiful. We booked a 21:30 cruise and went to the designated embarkation point at around 21:00, but the boat was not there. When asked an attendant of the another ship she replied that the cruise had been cancelled. They had cancelled the booking without informing the customer without any notice. My trip to Toronto ended with a disappointing experience at the end. I wish they had at least contacted me. This is a terrible tour with no regard for the customer.

This experience was terribly disappointing from start to finish. There was a huge queue, no signage and tonnes of people all along the quays, which meant it was difficult to even find the correct boat. We lined up and when we got on the boat there were no seats left on top - only on the bottom. It was terribly noisy and hot with children screaming and people talking loudly over the commentary. The person doing the commentary had the most annoying voice I have ever heard. There wasps on the window you look out. The whole experience was excruciating. NEVER again!!!!

We took the 11am cruise on the Oriole and stood in the front of the boat. We took off promptly at 11am. The guide provided great insights into the history of local landmarks. The views of the skyline and islands were beautiful. A great wary to quickly see a lot of Toronto from the harbor. I’d recommend.
