Not only was our pickup more than 30 minutes after the “start” time, they didn’t even make the window of when they said they would pick us up nor did they communicate that to us- we had to call the office and be told “they’re on their way.” Enter a brusque tour guide that mumbled into his mic about this and the other- all things we can see with our own eyes, not the “tour” experience with historical or interesting facts- just “this is a really busy street.” For the first activity, he opted to take us to the journey behind the falls at table rock, instructing those who didn’t purchase that to meet him at the stop in 45 minutes before proceeding to practically SPRINT away. Was journey beyond the falls worth it? Couldnt tell you since we didn’t get to do it despite having paid for it. When we got to the entrance, he was no where to be found. Returned to the designated meet spot, he wasn’t there either. Waited an extra 10 minutes and he showed up, no mention of us missing a whole event. The boat was great and I would do it again. I just wouldn’t bother with a tour- especially from this company or a guide who can’t answer basic trivia about the falls. What a waste, the boat is $40/ person- just do that alone instead of blowing $200+

We saw so many things! The guide was fabulous. Great time. The pick-up was quick and easy. The trip started 9:30 was not over until 3:30pm because of so many things to pack in.

Great tour! The tour guide, Tom was fantastic. He’s knowledgeable and interacts well. Enjoyed and would recommend. The only reason I gave a 4 star and not 5 is it did not mention in the description that some in the group chose a lunch option which makes the tour like 6 hours long as the trip is stalled until after their lunch. I thought it would have been two separate tours one for lunch option and one for non lunch people in group.

The tour takes longer than advertised which is perfect because it gives time to enjoy many places and learn more about history and facts. Our tour guide, Tom was very kind, knowledgeable, approachable and funny. He turned a tour into an unforgettable life experience. I really recommend this tour, it's worth every penny.

Great way to experience Nigeria Falls Canada!!! Loved that we were picked up and dropped off at our hotel!!! We were able to skip the lines with this tour and our driver Mike was the best. He even gave us a personal list of restaurants that he has visited.

Tom was our guide. He had lots of info. He delivered it with humor! Worth the cost. We got around town with no problems. With city tales all along.

This was one of the best tour ever of Niagra falls with the buss pilot Anthony He made our trip so comfortable, safe and enjoyable that we would remember this trip for long! We loved every minute. Tom was a great driver and guide. Since the tour includes tickets, you skip the lines. The day was packed with fun, from behind the falls to the boat. Whirlpools, flower clock and more. We also had a great commentary.

We had a wonderful time! We did behind the falls, the boat ride, whirlpools, and sight seeing in a van with fabulous Tom as our guide. Tom gave us our tickets, which meant we skipped ticket lines. His commentary was excellent. He is friendly and engaging. We were a family group of four, grandmother, dad, teenage girl and 10 year old boy. Loved it. Best way to see Niagara

Dwayne was an excellent tour guide that made our trip to Niagara Falls entertaining and informative. We were picked up outside our hotel. It was nice (but cold) day trip down to the falls with few stops (like flower (snow) clock and Maple Leaf Place) along the way.

By far the best all round experience you will get from zoom tours with the guide Fabio. We went Mob Oct 31st when all of niagara falls is quiet and there was no ques anywhere. Fabio was extremely knowledgeable and attentive and took us to many many photo stop locations that other similar tours don't do. We were lucky as we were the only 3 on the trip and Fabio kept us busy throughout 6hrs. The journey behind falls and maid of the must and skylon tower are must does in niagara. Can't fault any part of the day including the varied selection food inc.lunch in Sheraton hotel again with superb views.

Highly recommend this company! A nice size "bus". About 15 people. They picked us up at our hotel. Didn't have to wait in any lines to get tickets for any of the attractions. That is a BIG plus!!! Some of the lines were really long. We saw everything we wanted to see about the Falls. Just spectacular! Best part of the tour was our guide, Fabio! He was so knowledgeable and entertaining. Talked about lots of highlights of the city and the Falls without being boring. Great sense of humor.! Be sure to request him if you take this tour!
