Pickup details- ARRIVAL TRANSFER. After you have collected your luggages, head trough custom and out in the arrival hall. Your driver will be waiting in the arrival hall by the DRIVER MEETING POINT/LIMO SERVICE holding a signboard with lead traveller name on it. DEPARTURE TRANSFER. Your chosen time (transfers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week). Please advise your preferred pickup time in the Special Requirements field on booking. We recommend that you request your pick up at least three hours in advance of your flight departure time.

It was answered by an unprofessional “hello?” with no identifier as to name or the company. I explained that we were early and ready to go whenever the driver could arrive. When the driver arrived and texted us (from a different ph#) 40m later, it was clear he had no idea I’d called. From there, it was a mixup with the driver being in holding lot and was another 20+ mins before our actual pickup. Horrible experience. I was over charge by another taxi driver from the airport to the hotel. Maher was prompt professional and polite. I would recommend his services to any one needing a ride from airport to hotel and back. I highly recommend Maher to all friends and associates.Written May 19, 2024
