Think of all the things you require in a tour operator--helpful advice on programming, timeliness, flexibility, accountability, availability, responsiveness, reasonable pricing, personable and knowledgeable staff, clean and modern vehicles, excellent guide/drivers. Wheelz Niagara checks every box. Over the course of several weeks of discussions and suggestions, they patiently put together a full day tour of the Falls and surrounding area for our group of 8, made all the reservations, purchased all necessary passes, programmed the day tightly but not so tight that we were ever rushed, provided a comfortable van that easily fit our group, were on time, and provided a knowledgable, entertaining and absolutely professional guide/driver (Bill--ask for him, you won't be disappointed). They did everything that needed doing, answered every call and email promptly, efficiently and completely. Whatever it is you want to see in the Niagara area, Wheelz Niagara is up to the challenge. We have nothing but praise for these guys--it can't be done better!

Steve Hannemann and his Wheelz team in Niagara Falls was absolutely amazing. From the moment they picked us up at the hotel in Toronto, to all of the excursions at the Falls and in the surrounding region that day, they were always with us, guiding and answering any questions we had. We not only enjoyed the Falls from several different perspectives, but also the Niagara-on-the-Lake (beautiful, quaint town nearby) and one of their top wineries. We also learned a lot along the way. You should feel confident booking private tours with Steve in the future. It was really an unforgettable day and we especially loved avoiding many of the longer lines during the busy tourist season.

Awesome experience with Wheelz Niagara! Arranged a full day tour from Toronto downtown to Niagara Falls. Special mention to April for her patience and attention to detail throughout the planning phases months before we arrived from Australia. Steven organised an amazing itinerary, which he and Judy executed with passion and finesse on the day! Nothing was too to much trouble, they never left our side for the full 10 hours, whilst we felt free to roam as if we were on our own. The local knowledge helped to make our one day in the area fun, educational and exciting all at the same time. This is our second tour with Wheelz. Steve has a great resource to gain knowledge and help us craft the best tour based on our desires. He and the Wheelz team were able to hit some of the highlights of our previous tour and add in some up-and-coming vineyards and well-run tastings. We were met promptly at the scheduled time by Bernie who remained with us throughout the day taking us to the various locations and providing great commentary along the way. A great experience!

We spoke with Steve from Wheels early last summer (2023) to make sure we were able to book in for the Sunday of the eclipse weekend April 2024. He was amazing to deal with and created a custom tour for our 16 people for 3 wineries, a distillery along with a great spot for lunch. Steve and Bernie (the 2nd driver) were knowledgeable, very friendly and showed us spots we never would have found without them. I would highly recommend them!

We had a great time. all the perks we got. Food was excellent many places to choose from. Pool and Hot Tubs were great. Spacious rooms. Naturally did some gambling and won a little, but had so much fun.We even went to Bingo(not a bingo player) but everyone was so helpful. I hope I get to go again with my friends next year. Staff was friendly and helpfull. We were there for 4 night, I think I gained 4 pounds also but it was worth it.

It was as a great day for all the family starting with a very polite welcome from our Tour guide Steven who gave us a detail explanation of the activities for our day ay Niagara. On the way down he gave us detailed information of the important things or sites we where seeing.Overall his service and also Bernies was excellent in Niagara and all the day we spent in this fabulous place . We wanted private tour from Niagara Falls , NY to Niagara on the Lake, ON on our own time schedule. Bernie was our driver and he was delightful. Very thoughtful, accomodating and informative. He knew a great deal about the history of the area and was very knowledgeable about the vineyards. The trip was relaxing and fun. The only way to see the area would be using Wheelz Niagara.

Driver was well versed in local points of interest. Arrived on time and accompanied us up to the observation platform to point out areas of interest. Specifically knowledgeable of winery details.

We booked a custom trip through Steve & he built a trip out that had all the things we wanted to see. Bernie was our guide for the day & he was great with very good knowledge & history of the area. John did great getting us to & from our hotel in downtown Toronto. You can’t go wrong with booking with them.

Steve and Bernie picked our group of 14 up from our hotel in Canada and took us to several wineries, Niagara on the Lake and back to a brewery along with stops to see the rapids down from the falls. On the way we learned from both the history of the area and the falls themself. Also provided airport transfers from Buffalo to Niagara Falls, Ontario. Guys were great guides and very funny.
