Interesting to see the batman of fundy and how the tides affect the flow of water in the"reverse rapids". So cool to see the water flow in one direction then later see it flow the opposite way.

Steve our guide was amazing and did a very special tour with us. The whole group had a lot of fun. The kids enjoyed a lot. We will always remember this amazing trip.

Myla, our tour guide, was on time, friendly, and attentive. She appeared to love what she was doing. We learned local history of St. John. What was most amazing was learning about the tides and actually seeing how powerful and extensive they were. She showed us the different of low and high tide on the St. John River. And further east in St. Martin, she showed us the tide effects on the caves and the beach. The seafood luncheon in St. Martin was delicious, and the vegetarian option was very pleasing. By mischance, we left our water bottle in the vehicle, and they made an effort to return it to our hotel later that day. We highly recommended Abdul and his tour guide.

Excellent driver and tour guide. Very comfortable bus. Excellent food chowder and fish and chips at the Bay of Fundy cave restaurant. And the weather was perfect all in all excellent day. Would recommend this tour.

We were only 2 signed up for this tour so they kept trying to get us switched to another tour. We were in 3 different buses and ended up in a van which meant tour started an hour late. Very frustrating. Final tour did not deliver what was listed. We did see a few things we wanted but drove an hour to eat yummy chowder and see a less than spectacular Bay of Fundy view. The reversing river in St. John was spectacular. If you are considering this tour read all the reviews and be prepared it might go fabulously…or not. We were part of the Not. Steve the final guide was a colorful & entertaining character but drove like on a NASCAR track which was a little nail-biting. After talking to owner about our disappointment ….refund was denied. But the Reversing River was spectacular!

We just happened to find Edgar as we got off the Royal Caribbean ship and took an all day tour. Edgar is the guy you want! He knows EVERYTHING and never stops trying to make your day better. He stops if you are hungry, thirsty or need the bathroom. He knows everone and more. Trust me, the hardest working guy out there! Donna and Lee, Long Island NY

I booked this tour as we were cruising and this tour would meet us at the ship. When I went online and found the Bay of Fundy Tour by Bus, it stated that the group maximum would be 33 people. I made the assumption that my wife and I would be a part of a group on a motorcoach tour. As our ship was having some delay issues with debarkation, I notified the tour company that we could possibly delayed. They responded that the driver had arrived would be at the meeting location with a sign with our name on it. When we got to the meeting point, we were met by Ali our driver and our guide. We followed him to our transportation and was surprised that it was a passenger van, not the motorcoach I had expected. There was one other couple on the tour, the husband was seated in the shotgun seat up front and his wife was settled into the second row when we arrived. It would have been crowded and uncomfortable if three of us were in that second row. Therefore, my wife and I had to crawl our way back to the third row of the van. Every time we stopped, we crawled out and back into the van. Ali was quite pleasant and showed us a lot of interesting things around the Bay of Fundy but he wasn't a typical tour guide loaded with information about the area. There was a lot of silence as we drove around. It was a reasonable tour but would hesitate to recommend this tour to someone with any mobility issues. Given an opportunity of a "do over", I would have spent the money to have a private tour for just my wife and me.

Abdul was an amazing guide. He was patient and knowledgeable and took us to scenic spots. Was punctual and really professional. Highly recommend! Thank you. We had a memorable experience.

I selected this tour as it was a small group. I had been here before but on a big tour bus. Our tour guide was "Steady" Eddie. He was wonderful. We were all engaged with the activities and sights. Upon arriving at the Bay of Fundy he offered to help us across the running water so that we could explore the caves at low tide. Only 5 of us took him up on it. I have to say this was the most spectacular event of my entire cruise. I am a 74 year old out of shape grandmother and he directed us well and physically helps us at a few places where necessary. He made my day!

Would not recommend. did this tour on 10/2 when we stopped here in Liberty of the Seas. we only went to the rapids for 15 mins and the bay of fundy for an hour and then back to the cruise port. the whole thing seemed rushed. we did not do the tower or the market. we paid 90 dollars for nothing. also others who were on the same tour only paid 70 at the port. we paid 20 dollars more by booking it through trip advisor. would not recommend at all.

I cannot recommend this tour and Steve, our driver and guide, too highly. If I could give him ten stars, I would. He was extremely knowledgeable and not only covered everything in the tour but included some side stops at out of the way places, which added hugely to our overall experience (12 siblings, spouses and cousins in our group). Steve had a delightful and non stop sense of humor that kept the trip lively and informative, start to finish. Even though it was supposed to last about 7 hours, ours was 8 hours, due to the extra stops. There was never any sense of rush to get the tour done and be finished with us, just the exact opposite. I hope others are as lucky as we were to take this tour and have Steve as your driver. It was the highlight of our entire 10 day cruise.

Excellent excursion Steven made it so much more fun he is knowledgeable about the area. Will definitely use this company again if I return to Saint John

We were picked up by Abdul. I had to contact him a couple of times because we were going to get off the ship later than we agreed on. He answered the phone every time and was quick to reassure me that the tour would be wait for me. We had a fantastic day and we were not just stuck riding a sightseeing bus. We had several stops where we could actually get out of the bus, view the areas, hike to the caves and tower and take pictures. Abdul gave us very interesting information at all the stops. Even bathroom breaks and a quick lunch were scheduled. It’s an amazing area to see and very affordable for a 5-6 hour tour. Would recommend this to all!

When booking, operator requires $100 nonrefundable deposit. We booked tour for six, due to arrive St. John on 9/23/22. Due to Hurricane Fiona, our stop was rescheduled to 9/24/22 and then port was cancelled due to hurricane damage. When we originally were advised port stop would be delayed by one day, we were able to reschedule. However, they are declining to refund us even though all tours for days in question were cancelled and all cruise ship stops in port were cancelled. I'm disappointed that under these unforseen circumstances, that they did not offer at least a partial refund. We had a total of three ports cancelled and two other ports had changes and this is the only operator that is denying a refund. So sad, but hopefully I will be back to St John one day soon and will find a more reliable operator.
