About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- 634aber0 contributionsFun for all agesWe were a group of six seniors looking for something to do in Whistler on a rainy day. This ATV tour of the Callaghan Valey was perfect. They provided raingear and helmets. You could ride solo or tandem. Our guide, Joam, did a great job of tailoring the ride to our respective riding skills. Riding after a rain was actually ideal. Eliminated any trail dust and made for some interesting water crossings. Fun for all ages. Plus, they gave us 50% off e-bike rentals the next day.Written October 2, 2024

My husband drove this tour in a 4-seat buggy, which accommodated our kids (ages 15 & 11) and the two of us. Even before our tour, our booking agent was amazing…she answered all of my husband’s questions and guided him through deciding which tour was right for our family,
Our tour guide, Sascha, was also great! He was attentive, knowledgeable and patient with people who were driving these buggies / navigating this terrain for the first time. We felt safe being guided by Sascha, as we knew safety was his top priority. But he wasn’t too serious. He took the time to socialize and chat with group members, and he offered to help everyone take pics at a very scenic spot. He also took video of each buggy as we took turns running / splashing through a larger body of water, and offered these videos to us all at the end of the tour. His balance of fun - professional was much appreciated.

Tegan took me, my wife, and a fun group of other people on a fantastic tour of trails in the Blackcomb mountains. We were in the only 2 seater buggy in the group and had a blast bouncing along the rocky roads!
The 2 seater was really fun to drive, if you want a smoother ride, go for one of the 4 seaters.
The rest breaks were always at beautifully scenic places that were great places to take wonderful pictures.
Tegan told us everything we needed to know to have a safe and fun ride and was always there to help us over the challenging parts of the trail.
We have previously done a snowmobile tour with Canadian Wilderness Adventures and were very keen to do the ATV or Buggy tour. We are so glad we did this! And we will definitely consider taking another tour with the company in the future!

An exhilarating, adrenaline filled adventure. As a family of four of two adults, a 12 and 14 your old we elected to have two 2-seater buggies which was a great decision, even though it made it more expensive. Craig was our fabulous tour guide and gave us a good briefing before we headed off. All I can say is wow, so much fun whipping along over rough terrain, bouncing around. The buggies are easy to drive. We had the option of going calmly through the river and staying dry or flooring it through and getting wet. When I say wet I mean very very wet! I put my foot down and we roared through the water and got hit with a wave of very cold water which had us laughing our heads off. We were absolutely soaked! Just to make it more fun we got a second chance to go through the river at the end of the tour so we got drenched again! There is a skills course you get to have a drive around which is great fun before heading back to the start. Craig gave us interesting information about the mountain and local area on the eat around which was nice. Overall a fantastic tour, which we rated as joint first with white water rafting. Not to be missed.

Our guide Jonas did a great job kept all 10 of us safe and comfortable during the drive. Had a few stops and took us on unique trails, he could tell we were responsible drivers. I would recommend a scarf to cover your mouth and mosquito repellant. Great experience over all, would definitely book again. Thanks Jonas, you’re the best!

Amazing trip! Really worth the experience! Thrilling and fun to drive, racing up old logging roads and through streams. It was easy and intuitive to drive, and my 70 yr old Mother really enjoyed the passenger seat! True rugged and off road experience. Got up to about 40 km per hour for speed, they give you all the safest gear and the vehicles are very good quality. Our guide Sasha was really great, knowledgeable on the location, focused on keeping us safe and providing great routes to travel. I would recommend this to anyone, especially if you don’t mountain bike but still want an off road experience.

Meant to do this a few weeks back, but wanted to leave a review commending Sascha and the team at Canadian Wilderness Adventures for our immensely fun 4x4 buggy adventure. We loved the experience and enjoyed having Sascha as our guide. He was professional and funny. He was considerate of the members of the group, making sure we were protected from the dust and offering to switch orders so that the last group wasn't always driving through all the kicked up dust. One member of the party asked if there were any water features or puddles we could drive through and he happily obliged - with the added instructions on how to either stay dry or get very wet depending on your preference. He shared some cool history about the lake and provided some funny stories. Can't forget to mention the breathtaking scenery that we were allowed to stop and take pictures of (and have Sascha offer to take photos of us as well!) Overall great time and would recommend to friends!

Our family of 4 went on this today and had an awesome time! We got 2 buggies as the kids are a bit older (10 and 13) and would have been squished in the 4 seater. 2 seaters were awesome as the kids were up front and in the action. Michelle was a fantastic guide. Recommend getting the wet gear as there are some BIG puddles that are super fun to whip through. Bit expensive but totally worth it!

I am on the bus after an amazing tour with Craig. He went above and beyond to ensure that we all had a great time, that we all got great scenic pics, and that we got great videos of us blazing through the water. He offered a few times to take photos and videos of us which was fun to get. I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone - we had a family with a kid, we had an adult granddaughter w/grandma, a set of friends, etc. everyone had a blast. Thank you again Craig! We got dusty, and some people chose to get soaked, and it was quite bumpy at times but you can go whatever speed you want. Definitely recommend!
