I booked a 4pm extended tour with this company and had prebooked the day before. Check in was very easy with a friendly staff member and was informed that I would be the only passenger on a 14 seat single otter. I was surprised that my tour was not postponed due to a lack of bookings for this flight but was informed by the checkin lady that they would proceed anyways due to not disappointing me their customer. I appreciated this gesture by the company. The pilot was very professional and the amazing view of Victoria harbour and the surrounding coastline was amazing. Besides a few bumps in the sky, the flight was fairly smooth. Thank you Harbour air for this opportunity to fly on a seaplane and was able to take some great photos.

Excellent half hour tour around Victoria. Harbor air is a very professional business. Tours are conducted as professionally as if going from A to B. Very good. Recommendable to do that tour if you are passing through. Get a good look of the surroundings of Victoria.

We loved this tour, its such a novel experience, climbing into a float plane, accommodating around 12 passengers, it boats through Victoria harbour, before taking off and touring round Victoria then further round the coast. I was lucky to be on the left so saw all the views on the way out, but passengers on the right get equally good views on the way back. If you haven't done this before, then it's definitely worth it

A seaplane flight was a bucket list item. It was fun taking off and landing on the water. Flight was nice, great views of Victoria and the inner harbor. It was disappointing that there was no narration. When an activity is listed as a "tour", my expectation was there would be communication regarding some of the sights or areas below. I think that would have enhanced the experience.

We appreciate your feedback the lack of commentary. Due to the high volume of traffic in and around the harbours, our pilots are constantly in contact with Air Traffic Control which does not allow for them to provide a commentary throughout the flight. We however recommend our FlyGuide Flight companion to those guests interested in a guided excursion- a handheld multimedia device which offers customized audio commentary photos, and maps in five different languages. This additional narration is $10 CAD.
Hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back aboard again someday.

An incredible flight over Victoria and just very cool trip with partners from Harbourfront Wealth. Beautiful sunny day and truly remarkable the landing, felt like any large plane landing on runway as opposed to water.

In Victoria for a few days in late September and we decided to take a 20 minute float plane tour of Victoria. This was a fantastic experience that my wife and I had always wanted to try and I am sure glad we did. There are different tour packages to suit everyone's needs and the airport is a very short walk from the downtown hotels. This is something I think everyone should try a least once.

Booked a 45min sea plane tour around Victoria (about 30min on the air) and we had such an awesome time (aside from the occasional mini turbulence bumps). If you never had any experience flying on a small planes or sea planes, this is the perfect introduction to it. The take off and landing was actually very smooth and less stressful than large airliners. But once you're up there, you will feel every wind shifts and drops u like in large jetliners. If you're not a good flyer or if you just hate rollercoaster, this might not be for you. Although I heard that it was a windy day when we did ours, so on calmer day it wouldnt be as bumpy. Still a great experience. Also, service were excellent throughout. You could also request to sit in the copilot seat, although no guarantee

The experience of taking off from water and viewing the harbour and sights surrounding the lovely city of Victoria cannot be underestimated. My wife and I will have lifelong memories of the area bathed in sunlight and with a blue sky even though it was October.
The flight really helps bring the city into focus and the pilots and staff are knowledgeable and helpful as well as attentive and intent on making your trip a solid and enjoyable experience.

We went on the extended tour. We picked our seats but didn't really have too. There were large windows in our Otter. We do recommend the headsets with the commentary. All the staff were friendly amd helpful which were the counter staff, deck persons and the pilot. Very enjoyable trip. Highly recommended.
