- Cardozo9200Long day, but great sites visitedThis is a great tour, but it’s a very long day (14 hours). Our bus was packed and the air conditioning worked very, very poorly. It seemed as if our driver Tim Hanson did not want to turn the air up. People really struggled while on the bus. Our bus was named Laurel. The gardens are lovely as is Victoria. The ferry ride across to Vancouver island was nice.
- Cardozo9200Great, easy tour of two Vancouver highlightsGreat way to get around and learn a bit about the City. Granville Island is lovey and I’ll be back. The hotel pick up was great.
- Paul K00An afternoon tour of Stanley and Granville ParkCarol was a super fun knowledgeable guide. We had a great afternoon. Would definitely recommend any tour led by her. She was considerate and mindful of the mixed age group.
- iwood195400Tourist TheftThe day I was booked for this tour the weather was so bad 70% of it was unachievable. At the Capilano Bridge there was a constant downpour, therefore unable to explore the park and the Staff did not implement health and saftey measures at the bridge crossing and were allowing people to cross with umberellas and teenagers to run and jump (disaster waiting to happen). Arrived at Grouse mountain, fog was that thick you could see nothing and all activities and attractions were cancelled therefore sat in the mountain restaurant drying off until it was time to go back. When I got home I applied for some compensation and was given a very disrespectful reply. In my opinion this tour sholud have been cancelled and a reshedule or refund offered.
- D3461JPnancyh00Informative and fun tour of Vancouver we could never done on our own!The tour was so comprehensive to show the neighborhoods of the city as well as Stanley Park and the lovely Granville Islands artisan shops and a wonderful restaurant. Our guide was so informative and enthusiastic. So very glad we took the tour!
- caroltU996KB00Long weekendWe had a great time with Stella as our guide. She made our trip very relaxing and allowed time for exploration. This is a wonderful trip to take especially if you are new to Vancouver and need to figure out where you want to spend your time.
- sammK802LZ00Great day outWe had a fabulous day trip to Whistler with stops on the way. Our driver Gavin was very informative and funny. Thoroughly recommend this trip and if you are lucky enough to get Gavin, you’ll have a great time!
- maryjos20800Great way to familiarize yourself with VancouverShout out to Greg our tour guide. Greg was great, beyond great. His knowledge of Vancouver just spilled over during our 3.5 hour tour. He was funny, informative and engaging - we couldn't have asked for a better tour guide. The 2 stops were nice and we were given ample time at each stop. When we were done, we felt we really had gotten to know Vancouver. Also, we were picked up and dropped off at our hotel, a very nice perk
- allygirl_0500Easy access to major highlightsGreat guide and comfortable ride - so grateful we didn’t have to navigate the Granville Market traffic! We enjoyed to tour of the park (and quick stop for the story poles), the visit to Granville Market (if a bit rushed because of the unbelievably heavy traffic), and fun commentary that explained history, neighborhoods and other highlights from a native Vancouver resident. Saw several highlights we otherwise would have never made it to on our own. The pick up/drop off was also very convenient and timely.
- Melissa S00Great guide and tripOur guide, Brandon, was fantastic. He kept us fully informed about the area we were visiting as well as keeping us entertained without being annoying. Butchardt Gardens is absolutely stunning and Victoria is a beautiful city with much to see.
- 35bertc00The whole tour took us around Vancouver in each direction. China town was interesting as usual. Our guide was very inforCapalano suspension bridge was very interesting. The last time I crossed it probably 1982 there was no tourism there at all. The tree top adventure was challenging as my husband and I are 80+ but to see the height and width of the trees was really great
- bethh58400Worth the time and moneyGreat tour on a small tour bus. Really got a feel for the city. We enjoyed the stops at Stanley Park and Granville and felt we had enough time at each
- Jeannie C00Relaxing Experience 10/10Very good and well-timed. Gavin was our guide and did an excellent job with introducing facts about Vancouver Island, Victoria, and the Butchart Gardens. The ferry crossing was interesting as it's something I usually don't see or do back home in LA. Would recommend to friends and family!
- 800scoto00A relaxing experience. Our guide Carrol was knowledgeable, a great personality, an excellent driver and overall a great asset representing your tour company. A most enjoyable tour. Thanks
- kenL2412VJ00A remarkable cityA great way to get a lot of info on Vancouver. Definitely a good idea for a first timer in the city...

The suspension bridge is amazing, however it is reached only by paying over $60-. The park has become set up for crowds so folks are directed through one. Way paths, that are bordered by fake plastic and wire “cute” animals, piped music. In all I found the experience had been over manipulated in order to be accessible to all levels of fitness and disability, seniors and children. So if you have the money and a range of abilities in your group, this is a wonderful way to see an amazing bridge. Be prepared to spend $5- for a bottle of water and hundreds in the gift shops.
To me this took away from the natural beauty. You could hardly hear the roar of the spectacular falls and water below in the river because of the piped music along the bridge. If you are fit and love nature more naturally, I recommend going by road to another access point to the river system next follow a hiking trail. There are other suspension bridges at different points along the river accessible by public paths, free.

I usually don’t provide reviews of anything, however, our tour (yesterday 7/18/23) and guide was AMAZING! Basil/Bazil provided a most excellence experience. He brought a wonderful combination of Vancouver historical facts, a real picture of Vancouver’s various areas and neighborhoods, and liberally sprinkled his own history and experiences which provided an insiders view of life in the city in a very humanistic manner. His background of growing up in Vancouver and sharing of extra little details added so much to the tour he gave us. I’m sure someone will have a criticism of something and that’s natural, but for us, it was absolutely perfect!
Soooo thankful!!! We wish him and LandSea tours all the best.

Alex, our driver and tour guide, was very personable and knowledgeable. Enjoyed the tidbits about life in Vancouver and Canada in general—down to the proliferation of Teslas in downtown Vancouver. This tour gave a good view of the city and culminated with ample time exploring Capilano Suspension Bridge park —- which surprisingly offered more than just a walk across the dizzyingly high bridge. Highly recommend this tour!

I had a day to see the city before my cruise and this was just the perfect choice. Pickup was at my hotel and our tour guide, Brandon, was just the right amount of friendly. The tour itself hit the highlights of the city, and when we were dropped off at different sites, we had ample time to explore without being rushed. The suspension bridge area was beautiful and a little scary. If I come back to Vancouver, I'd probably set aside time to walk or bike around Stanley Park, but this tour gave me the overview of it. Shopping and eating at Granville Island was another highlight.

For anyone visiting Vancouver for the first time, this is a must. The excursion was especially memorable because of our amazing guide, Alessio, a Vancouver native, who was punctual, professional, highly knowledgeable, and really exemplifies what a tour guide should be. They will come pick you up from your hotel, or select a location that is close to you. We were staying at an Airbnb condo, and they picked us up from a hotel that was about 5 min walk. We were also fortunate enough to have Alessio the next day when we did the one day Victoria trip. He’s a great resource for any local recommendations for food! Highly recommend and if you can, ask for Alessio.

This tour gave us a very good introduction to Vancouver. Our guide, Basil, was very informative, knowledgeable and witty which gave the whole experience an enjoyable and interesting character. I would certainly recommend this tour particularly for those who have little time or at the beginning of a visit to Vancouver.

We enjoyed the experience; the suspension bridges at Capilano Park were awesome! The wooded surroundings were refreshing. We love being and hiking in the woods! All the pathways are very secure but there are several steps. They have places to sit & eat and a nice gift shop. We should have more time here to see it all. Same goes with our time on Granville Island. We barely had enough time to order & eat lunch. Our guide/driver Tim was great! He talked all along about the history of the city and places we passed by, etc. He also answered questions. Very informed which made him very interesting. Thumbs up!

What a wonderful experience from our pick up to drop off. Our tour guide, Tim, was knowledgeable, smart, personable, and funny. We saw all that Vancouver has to offer. All of our stops were wonderful and full of history and beauty. We would recommend the 6 hour tour if you have time. The added stops will take your breathe away and give you an adrenaline high. Thank you for making our first time visiting your beautiful city a memorable one.

I picked this tour originally as I wanted to do the Capilano bridge and I am so glad I did ! The guide Bazil was amazing and explained the history of Vancouver in such a personal and informative way I feel so much more knowledgeable after the tour. He showed us the best places for shopping, certain cuisines and told us a very comprehensive history of Stanley Park ! I had no idea it was bigger than Central Park and that you could do so many activities there !He is a true asset to Landsea and when people ask me what to do in Vancouver I will recommend this tour and that they request Bazil !
