An informative and interesting trip. Andy, our driver for the day, guided us through the day with information about Vancouver and Victoria. The two hour visit to the gardens was enough time to walk all the way round and have time for an ice cream. The gardens are stunning and worth exploring, particularly the Japanese garden. Two hours in Victoria is a pleasure; such a lovely town on the water.

First shuttlebus was good to go to this place. Not many people in the bus and not long line to enter the gate. Pay attention to go to bus stop. Bus stop was change the place. Difficult to find new bus stop from tour information desk. but there are sign board near the tour information desk.

Anthony, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable of the place and all the information he shared were very informative. He was energetic and very professional. He was helpful and funny. He made our trip enjoyable throughout the day. His driving made us feel secured and safe👍

As we toured Vancouver we learned a lot about the areas we visited. The Island and its arts were great. The lookout was fun to see how vast the city is from 40 floors up! Being picked up and returned to our hotel was awesome! Leslie did a great job.

Handy transport option, great guides, particularly our lovely Sherry who was cheerful, informative and amusing. Seats weren't that great though and the different types of buses was a little confusing.

This was an excellent way to see Butchart Gardens and Victoria while staying in the Vancouver area. The tour company took care of all transportation details and the entrance fee to the gardens. Jessica, our guide, was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The tour was worth the extra cost because they picked us up at our downtown hotel. On the day of our tour, unfortunately, the ferry that we were scheduled to take broke down. So we had to take the next one. Jessica made the change seamlessly by pivoting and giving us a ride through Vancouver and telling us about the city and its history. What a bonus!

After a cruise to Alaska, my five sisters and I spent an extra day in Vancouver. Bobby Wilson of Grayline was a fantastic tour guide and went out of his way for this group. Capilano Suspension Bridge, beautiful city tour, Granville Island, Prospect Point, Totem poles in a beautiful park. Highly recommend!

Spectacular tour of Grouse Mountain and the Capilano Suspension Bridge. Our tour guide, Bobby, was very knowledgeable of the areas and also threw in a couple of extra side tours that were very beautiful and interesting. Highly recommend this tour if you’re in Vancouver!

Brief tour. Pickup at hotel at 9:15am - 45 minutes before tour begins. Drive through Stanley Park, visit gift shop for 25 minutes. Around the island and left off at the market for 85 minutes. Late gerring back to bus by 10 minutes and it left without us. Driver never had count of how many were left off in the 1st place. Called office and took cab to meet at Lookout Towef. Up to tower for 15 minutes. Back on bus to hotel dropoff right at 2:30pm. No stops at Chinatown or Gastown.

It was fantastic!!! We saw more in one day then we ever anticipated. After the tour we were able to select places we wanted to go back to on the following days.

Fantastic trip to the Capilano Bridge and Grouse mountain! Made all the better by our driver and tour guide, Jack, who was super friendly and shared loads of interesting facts with us. Really wonderful experience, would highly recommend this company and tour, especially Jack!

We stored our luggage at Canada Place while riding the hop on hop off bus. From start to finish the staff of Grayline Westcoast was fantastic! They were friendly and helpful. Due to multiple bus driver and tour guide changes our bus ran late and was going to be later than the 4:30 luggage pick up. In a panic I called the number on our luggage ticket and explained the situation. The woman said she’d let the luggage folks know we’d be there by 4:45. We got off the bus and sprinted to the luggage pickup which is extremely hard to find!! I got down there at 4:45 and was totally winded and exhausted. Mike at luggage pickup had me sit in his seat, calm down and catch my breath. My husband and I got separated while searching for the pickup location. Mike talked to my husband on my phone and tried explaining how to get to it. In the end, at 5:00, Mike helped me and our 3 suitcases go up to the convention center to meet my husband. People like Mike are a true asset to this company!!!

This was a rip off! Over $120 for 2 people. They claim there is a pick up every 25 minutes. At our first stop (Stanley Park) we waited over 40 minutes for a bus the2nd stop at Sutton Place Hotel we waited 20 minutes for a bus and it was full. The driver said one was 5 minutes behind him. It arrived almost 30 minutes later. Terrible service!
