      Prefect weather, perfect view
The check-in is easy, the schedule is pretty on time, I was so lucky to get a window seat. Recommend doing it around sunset, it’s pretty amazing. only that 20 mins ride is too short.

      Vancouver panorama seaplane
Unforgettable experience a seaplane flight in Vancouver offers breathtaking views of the city, mountains, and coastline. The process begins with check-in and a short safety briefing, followed by boarding from a dock. Once airborne, passengers can enjoy stunning panoramic views during the flight, which typically lasts 20 minutes. Landing on water is a unique and exhilarating part of the experience. Remember to book at-least a day in advance

      Panorama classic seaplane tour
A great experience and good value for money, we hadn’t booked but managed to get on one of the experiences the same day (there was limited choice so booking might be advisable in peak season) Our pilot was friendly and we had great vows of the harbor and the city, would definitely recommend.

10/10 - one of the best things we did while in Canada
We did the Victoria Classic Panorama Tour, and it was wonderful. It was a 50th birthday present which I mentioned at check-in as I was so excited about the trip, and the lady who checked us in said that as the tour we were doing was in a 1 pilot plane, I may get the opportunity to sit in the co-pilot seat for the trip..... which I did - it was AMAZING, a real bonus! All staff we met, and the pilot (Shaun), were lovely. Shaun was happy to pose for pictures with us with the plane when we landed. My wife sat in the 1st row and had just a good time, being able to see all the views out the windows. The trip is a round trip so whichever side of the plane you sit, you don't miss any of the views and as the plane flies fairly low, the views are amazing. I would 100% recommend this trip, and this company.

      Stunning views of Vancouver
One of the highlights of our holiday. Fantastic views of Vancouver on our 20 minute flight. Helped that we had recently done the hop on off bus tour so we could spot the places we had visited from the air.

      So worth it
What a great experience. Staff are so friendly and easy to find. Great value for money. It's a free shuttle bus to the suspension bridgexwhich leaves every 15 minutes which enabled us to go and return when we wanted to. Both experiences were excellent and with it being near Halloween the decorations were an extra benefit

Average Tour, suspension bridge was great
Our flight time had changed, and the email went into my junk so we arrived way earlier than our flight time, the staff explained that they can change the times if you book externally if the flight doesn't get filled. Luckily it was fine, as it was only half an hour, but if it had changed to a much later time, we would have ran into a problem as we had plans that night. The flight it's self was lovely and the views were exceptional. Only issue is thst, if you are in a two as I was, it is a functional plane so one person has the window and one person has the seat next to you, essentially the aisle, as the pilot told us twos had to sit together and leave the single seats. So this meant that one person had to lean over constantly to try and see the views, as the windows are slightly lower than normal. It wasn't a turn off, but it would have been great if everyone was able to get window seats somehow. Another thing that could be a put off is that there is no guide explaining where you are or what you can see, this didn't bother me, but my friend was like it would have been nice to know what we were looking at: the pilot did explain where we were going to be flying at the start but due to us not really knowing where we were it was forgotten what he said. What i do think is slightly misleading is that it sounds like the free shuttle is through this ticket, but it is infact provided free by the city, so all you would need to do is go to Canada Place and get the free shuttle, most hotels also provide a schedule, and then by the tickets there, not sure how much they are though. The issue we ran into was at capilno bridge and not for any of their fault. We arrived and it turned out that the harbour air was supposed to give us a specific receipt so they could see we have done the flight etc but they didn't and no one even said anything about a receipt or anything and they seen my actual trip advisor booking email. So the people at the bridge had to take details and phone the harbour air, and as I said they were great, and they alluded to the fact this has happened a few times, but we only had to wait 5-10minutes as the manager there said that they would deal with the paperwork at their end so they gave us our tickets and we were on our way. The suspension bridge is lovely and was very sweet and Halloween themed and it was so fun.

      Great tour
Visited Vancouver for a few days and this was my favorite tour. It’s 20-30 minutes flight time and you see quite a bit; even saw two whales from the air when pilot pointed them out. My first seaplane tour - takeoff & landing on the water was pretty cool!

      Fantasy day trip
What a fabulous trip/day out. We were lucky and the weather was just perfect. We were treated very well and professionally by Harbour Air and after the seaplane, we hopped on a bus which took us to the Capilano suspension bridge which was stunning all round the rainforest. Would highly recommend this day out to anyone.

      Stressful and disappointing
Unfortunately due to weather conditions the plane trip was delayed for nearly 2 hours which didn’t leave us enough time to explore Victoria and Butchart Gardens. We decided on Butchart Gardens but didn’t have enough time to go back and meet BC Ferries connector. We took a transit bus to the Ferry and then had to pay another $38.20 for the ticket. Lucky we found the bus driver on the Ferry and we had a way to get back downtown. So whole trip was a bit of a disappointment.

      Seaplane ride was the best!
Brittany was our pilot and was very friendly and sweet. She offered to take our pictures in front of the plane, described everything about our flight before we took off. We got to see a large freighters’ hold being loaded with grain from the sky. Our flight over the city and out over the surrounding harbor and waters was beautiful. The takeoffs and landings were very smooth. We felt safe and comfortable inside the plane. The terminal is down on the water and was not well marked from the main road next to it. Once we found it it was smooth sailing from there.

This is entirely emphasising the added value that we COULD have had from a pilot who might have treated the five passengers as important customers. The route was spectacular, but we returned after our 40min trip learning absolutely nothing about where we had been and what we had seen! Apart from fasten your seat belts and watch the safety video, the pilot did not communicate with anyone over the whole trip. He really looked as if he didn’t want to be there and therefore we all flew over Vancouver and its many attractions, over snow covered mountains and learnt NOTHING. That was terribly disappointing and very poor value. A recent helicopter trip in a different location was informative, warm and from an enthusiastic pilot. What a difference.

Mike - We appreciate your feedback regarding the lack of commentary from your pilot. Due to the high volume of traffic in and around Canada's largest port, our pilots are strictly in contact with Air Traffic Control which does not allow for them to provide a commentary throughout the flight. However, we genuinely appreciate hearing about ways in which we can enhance guest experience and are grateful for your review. Hope to have the opportunity to welcome you aboard again in the future!

For our trip to Canada I had all our tours etc planned more than 6 months in advance, except for this one. After watching the seaplanes take off and land my husband mentioned doing a seaplane flight. We went in and booked for the next day. On arrival I asked about window seats and was advised everyone would have a window seat (there was only 5 passengers and we were on a 6 seater plane). After boarding the pilot advised us of our flight plan (flying over the city and then up to Howe Sound and return), then we floated out for take-off. It was a little noisy taking off (we didnt use the provided earplugs), but once we were in the air the views took over. I can not explain what we saw in detail but it was breathtaking, from the City Skyline, Beaches, Mountains, Lakes, then onto Howe Sound where we got to see Islands, snow-capped mountain ranges, frozen lakes and roadways we would drive in a week’s time. There were times it was a little bumpy but again the views were amazing. Our flight was around 45minutes with 35minutes in the air and our landing was very smooth. It is not something I had ever thought of doing (being a nervous flyer on normal planes, the plane being small, landing and taking off on water), but it was as an amazing experience and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. And yes, I would do it again.

These seaplane flights are highly recommended, particularly as an unusual experience for British travellers. The Sea Otter aircraft may be old and a little tight, for comfort but they are maintained in excellent condition and flown by highly skilled pilots.

As a later flight, in their day's programme, our departure was delayed by about 20 minutes. However, Captain Rob apologised and provided us with an extended flight, as compensation.... How good was that?! So, in place of a 45 minute 'experience', including taxiing and flight, we had nearly an hour I'm the air, with spectacular views of Vancouver city and the mountains to the North.

Thank you, Captain Rob, and Harbour Air.

I have always wanted to take a flight on a float plane, so we booked the Vancouver Extended Panorama Tour for our 10 year anniversary. It not only met, but exceeded our expectations.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the views were stunning. We have lived here our whole lives, and have never seen the city like this. It truly is one of the most beautiful places in the world.
We look forward to booking more flights. The idea that we can travel around the province quicker is definitely worth it to us.

I booked a scenic view tour package with two senior family members, both over the age of 70, and one handicapped individual. We anticipated a pleasant and accommodating experience, as advertised. However, we were met with a lack of consideration for our mobility needs and a seating policy that did not account for the elderly or handicapped passengers. It was disheartening to find that the policy of ‘first come, first serve’ for seat allocation does not take into account the slower pace at which older or handicapped individuals may board the aircraft. As a result, by the time we boarded, all seats with a view were taken, which is the essence of a scenic tour experience.
Moreover, the staff’s unwillingness to understand or accommodate our needs was unexpected and upsetting.

The highlight of our visit to Vancouver this year. It was easy to book and was great value. The pilot was charming. There were five passengers, each with a window view. The take off and landing was exhilarating and the views of Vancouver, the harbour, Grouse Mountain , Lion Bridge & Stanley Park & surrounding areas were wonderful.
